It is a new, modern and spacious house. The garden is just newly built, therefore, it does not have any flowers or trees at the moment. This is a long-term development for my garden. You are more than welcome to join me to build it.
The house is an airy two bedroom cottage at the end of a street so the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only a 10minute drive to Westfield Chermside, 5minutes to the gateway motorway and 2minute drive to the local woolies and restaurants. There is a great yard ( no pets allowed as I have a staffy), beautiful back deck with a spa. The room fits a queen bed, has a cupboard, ceiling fan and window with blinds. The house is nice and breezy with wooden floorboards throughout and open plan layout. Internet is $45 each a month and elec is split equally every 3months.
Fully furnished neat clean house. Is close to public transport, easy walk to station. All housemates expected to clean up after themselves. Shared living area, equipt kitchen and laundry. Outside area with BBQ and seating. Must be an animal lover, home to an adorable beagle.

Heya! I'm Jade *insert wave emoji* I'm a 2nd year occupational therapy student born & raised in Cairns, for the past 3 years I have been studying in Melbourne, but the cold has finally got the best of me and I'm moving back North! My friends would describe me as bright like glitter & bubbly like champagne, I'm social, love to chat, go out for brunch, watch trash tv (aka the bachelor) and I'm an avid f45 enthusiast (yes one of those!). More importantly I'm drama free, pay my bills, wash my dishes & I'm neat and tidy! I am hoping to get a puppy in the future so if you're open to that, that would be a bonus but not a necessity! At the moment I just want to see whats out there as I'm leaving Melbourne on the 20th of August and want to get the ball rolling!
LOOKING FOR A NORTH-SIDE HOME FOR ME AND MY DOG FUR-BABY (our picture is when we did the million paws walk.. please don't think the face harness is for aggression.. it was just an aid to keep him close with so many new dogs around).. I may be a touch over protective.. but gram-ma says he's just a sook! LOL I’m a project administrator; working Mon-Fri. I'm a clean and tidy person who loves to share a few beers on a Friday afternoon after work. I'm outgoing and friendly but respectful of personal space. I have had renters in my home before so sharing living space isn't an issue for me. - Will be arriving (from Townsville) Monday 21st May 2018.. only 4 weeks to go :D - Would prefer storage space and bills inc. if rent cost is more than by budget (I own a property in TSV that has solar so I'm electricity conscious and this rain has taken us off serious water restrictions for the first time in MANY years so conserving water is second nature). No need to worry about excessive bills! - Will be bringing my dog (who is animal and people friendly, quiet, and well behaved) Will be in town Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th April. Would really like to use this weekend to meet my future housemates and lock in a place for my big move 3 weeks later! :)
clean tidy house proud respectful of others privacy and lifestyle choices. never late when paying bills.I'm from perth been in Brisbane for work but now looking to stay.if possible would prefer a furnished or semi furnished room and live with 2-3 people at most.I work hard and like to relax when I'm home so I'm not looking for a party house either.
I am a longhaul flight attendant looking at moving from interstate to brisbane. I am searching for a studio, granny flat or even a room that is fully furnished inclusive of all utility bills and fast speed internet. Ideally would like to live near brisbane airport. I can go further as I have a car. I will also require parking space. I am super tidy and organised. I am friendly natured and am young at heart. I work alot, which means I am never home. If I am home, i would be sleeping or resting. I am very respectful of people's things when sharing. I like to have a good laugh or chat when I am not jetlagged. Let me know if you have anything that will suit my needs. Thanks for reading. Cheers!
21yo Engineering and Business university student. Looking to move out of home, work full time hours (typically 8pm-4am) respectful of being quiet finishing work. Generally very clean, out-going guy who likes to chill/ do anything physical in between working and university
I am a kind, respectful, independent young guy looking for a relaxed environment to call home for a few months. I work full time, often 12 hour shifts so need a place that is quite, as i am not a massive party dude during the week. I clean up after myself and take pride in having a clean home, i am happy to help with house hold/ yard chores if need be. I enjoy socializing with my mates, going to music gigs, watching anime, playing guitar, being outdoors, long boarding and going to the gym, i also like participating in team sports such as touch footy, tennis and soccer. If you have any questions or what to know more about me just ask :)
Hey, my name is Jason and I'm a 25-year-old full-time shift worker at a medical alarm company in Eagle Farm. For the past 6 months, I've been living on my own in Griffin with my dog named Gambit but want to cut down my expenses so I can start saving again! I've lived in various different suburbs of Brisbane including Bellbowrie/Moggill, Taringa, Fortitude Valley, Herston & Graceville so I'm not too picky about the location of the share house but would like to be somewhat close to Auchenflower so that my sister doesn't have to drive too far to visit the dog! A little about me. I really value my alone time but want to meet some new people so wouldn't mind a place where everyone hangs out every now and then but not against everyone doing their own thing. For work, I do both afternoon and night shifts so the days I work, which includes weekends & public holidays, you probably won't see me around much. I'm also a bit of a casual gamer (don't really play much these days) so I need to be able to fit a desk in my room for my PC unless there is an extra study/space somewhere else in the house (would be happy to negotiate increase in rent for the extra space). A little about the dog. He is a 14-year-old King Charles Cavalier/Poodle (or so the breeders told us) but looks more like a young labrador. Medium sized, sleeps all day (except for at food time) and loves attention. Very friendly towards people but a bit iffy towards other dogs. He did stay with a family and their dog when I went on a cruise a couple of months ago for about half a week and apparently had no problems with their dog or other dogs at the dog park but would prefer the household to not have a dog. If needed I can provide pictures. Deal breakers would be places that wouldn't allow the dog to be inside when I'm at home as well as places with steep staircases as due to his age, he's not as nimble as he used to be so preferably a downstairs room with easy access to the garden or a single story house. Anyway, if you think I'd be a good fit for your place or want to know more, don't hesitate to hit me up. I'm looking to move sometime in the next month as my current lease is ending mid-May! Also have a LG washing machine, 3-seater chaise couch, coffee table, TV stand, bottom mount LG fridge and LG microwave (all purchased 5 months ago) plus a 55 inch Hisense 4K TV (which I purchased from my mom and step-dad when they upgraded) and an old tumble dryer (which I've had since I moved out) if the house needs any furniture or appliances.
Hi, I'm Jade. I am currently studying at ACU and need to find a place in Brisbane asap, as I live on the sunshine coast. Im fairly flexible and clean. I like a good chat and a drink from time to time. I am not the biggest party animal and will usually just keep to myself and study, work or go to gym. I do like to go out on the odd occasion but there will be no loud rucus at home.
My name is Cam. Originally from Dunsborough, a small town in south west WA. I am a working professional in the aviation procurement field who has just moved to Brisbane. I'm looking for short term accommodation (3 months) while my partner sorts out the boring stuff back in Perth!! Looking forward to hearing from you, Cam.
I am a creative cook after years of experimenting with novel combinations of ingredients given limited resources. I am educated and good for an intellectual conversation. My idea is fun is a DVD night working through cult animation or classics of cinema.
Hey Guys. Looking to team up with other professional easy going flat mates. I am clean and tidy and would expect the same. I respect others space and privacy yet happy to hang out and chat sometimes as well. I don't want a party house but do enjoy a few drinks after work and on the weekend. I work full time in the city but some days work from home. I have a 1yr beautiful Border Collie who absolutely loves people so you also must love dogs. I would say that I have a good sense of humour and don't take things too seriously. I dislike drama! I enjoy spending time with my mates and riding my dirt bike as much as I can....even though I'm not that great. I also like hitting the gym, playing sport and playing loads of RnB music. Ideally I’d also prefer to have my own bathroom. If you want to know anything else, send me a message and we can arrange a chat. Thanks
Hello! We are a couple looking to relocate from Newcastle to Brisbane. We have already found full time work and are searching for a place to call home. We are both respectful individuals who clean up after ourselves.
No trouble. I enjoy an intelligent conversation and am happy to keep to myself. Non smoker. Enjoy learning, especially history. I have an Xbox and am often reading or exploring the internet (which I have plenty of my own data to use). I work at the airport. Movies and car shows help pass my time. I have an Australian terrier but he will not be living with me. You probably won't see that much of me as I try to visit my grandkids when I can otherwise I'll be doing things quietly in my own space.
I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C possibly. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. Need 2x off-street parking spots for my car and the trailer. Not looking a party house. Working full time in Brisbane airport. Happy to pay upto $260 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, a granny flat, or even renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
