I also work a day job, so I’m out working Mon-Fri 9-3. I can move anytime (I’m month-to-month), just need to give my landlord 1 month’s notice. I’m not in a rush; willing to wait for a good fit. Looking for a creative/artistic flatmate (or 2) to team up with or a flat share. Also open to musician/artist/creative share houses! Would love to live with another creative, whether pro, student, self-taught or aspiring. An artist, musician, music producer, songwriter, videographer, content creator, designer, singer, performer, dancer, illustrator, writer, content creator, influencer, animator, actor, film person, etc. I’m also interested in content creation and I’m a musician (guitar and piano). Would love if we could naturally inspire each other and even collab if anything works for us both; mostly I’m just very much an artist and I love other artists and creatives and would love that vibe at home. I definitely don't mind a more noisy place, but can of course be quiet & respectful. I don’t mind about age but prefer 20s-30s. I'm easygoing, pay my rent on time etc. Would prefer clear cleaning schedules unless you’re actually really easygoing haha. Happy to share Netflix and down for movie nights, but completely fine with alone time too.
