Hey! I'm a 24 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as building up my own business, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a few years now, done the share house thing for a bit, I'm normally pretty considerate. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. I have a cat, he's an adorable 5yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other cats but not sure about dogs. I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, but ok as long as you smoke outside. Pets ok, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Looking to move pretty much as soon as I can, and looking for long-term like at least 12 months, but I'm easy. Any other questions let me know!
My name is Shauni, I am 20 years old and currently looking to move into a place now close to templestowe with a few nice people around the same age. I work as a florist and i love my job. I like working hard, but I also like to have a good time. I like a drink occasionally on the weekends, so hopefully I can find a home that doesn't mind a drink or two and some company. I'm a dog person, Im clean, I have a massive sweet tooth and I love my food. I enjoy reading, I was veryvery sporty growing up and now I still like the idea of exercise but often find excuses not to do it (but I feel like it's the thought that counts). I do smoke, but if it's an issue I can just keep it away from the home. Im open to a couple weeks trial period. I'd love to hear from you if you have a room :) Thank you for your time :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hello! I am a 24-year-old female from San Francisco, CA studying Communications and Media Studies at Swinburne for a semester. I also work part-time and am extremely responsible financially! I am often inspired and a lover of all things creative: dancing, music, graphic design, fine arts, and food! Whether it's a mom and pop shop, hole-in-the-wall eatery, cafe or bar, I love to explore new places (which is why I'm here in Melbourne!). I'm a friendly and considerate roommate and always prefer clean environments where I stay. I would love to discuss further details about a space to stay at during my time in the beautiful city of Melbourne!

I am am older woman who has travelled and knows a bit about the world. I am very accepting of people. My children consider me OCD but I think I am neat, tidy and organised. I am polite and considerate. I never put the water bottle back in the fridge with only a centimetre of water in it, and I do not leave the toilet roll with only two squares remaining. I am a non smoker. I drink occasionally. I can cook, I can garden, I can clean....and more importantly clean up after myself. I am moving to Melbourne to support my son through his studying and my plan is to eventually rent a house of our own once my training period for my new Government job is completed. I love dogs, cats, chooks and will happily walk dogs that I share with.

Hey! I'm Jay. I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom house. I would potentially consider renting out a second room to another person also but at this stage I'm just looking for one person that's mature minded and easy going. The house is on a subdivided block. It's spacious and has a nice covered deck out the back. The bathroom is quite small but has a great shower. There is air-conditioning in the living room and central heating throughout the house. I will be looking at installing evaporative cooling, replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and painting outside in the future. I'm happy to consider furnishing the bedroom for rent but at this stage it is unfurnished. If the room is furnished then the rent will be $200 per week. The room dimensions are 4.2m by 2.7. I'm happy to install internet and tv points in the room. WiFi is included in the rent. The rest of the house is furnished.
Hey there! I'm Mithran, a 23 year old med student looking for accommodation close to hospital placement. I'm super social, friendly, and open-minded, and would love to live in a place full of activity and laughter. I'm a big music fan, and also love to cook (especially Sri Lankan food), and most of all I really like making connections with interesting new people. My work hours will vary between placements through the year, but I'm usually working roughly 8-5. I've lived with housemates before, and I know the importance of being respectful and adaptable to your requirements - I don't have many requirements of my own as long as you're fun and friendly, and you don't mind me having friends over to visit occasionally (I promise they're all nice!)
Tidy, considerate, can adjust easily to new surroundings and I'm a social person that enjoys company and my own space. Own a gardening business and work long hours during the week, play cricket and footy on the weekends.
Hi all, studying at Deakin Uni beginning T1 2017 A little about myself : I'm an easy-going and reliable person that loves a good laugh and spending time with friends and family. Respectful of the privacy of others within the house. Love going for outdoor adventures and listening to music. Housekeeping: Will usually clean up as I go. Non-smoker. Preferably housemates who are similar in these respects and appreciate a peaceful home to return to.
Im looking to move out and find some new pals and independance. Pretty chill guy, respect privacy and all that, but still love an afternoon beer. I like to cook and will clean up after myself too. I am a graduate aerospace engineer, I'm currently looking for a job, but I do have decent savings, and won't have trouble with rent or bills. I love heading out to gigs, craft beer, cool cafes, exploring beaches and bushwalks too. I dont smoke, and will get along with any animals you have. I come with a car (but would like to bike more) and a record player and record collection but not much other baggage.
Hi all! I am looking for a place close to Deakin Uni. I will be moving to Melbourne end of February so any leads around that time or the first couple of weeks March will be highly appreciated. I am a sports enthusiast, laid back and an open minded person with a calm personality. Like TV/movies/games. I will be looking to work part time while studying as well.
An oasis in the city. This is like living in the country in the middle of the city. Beautiful rambling garden setting with gum trees and Palm trees. Relaxed vibe. Would suit creatives, academics, artists who appreciate relaxed living. Spa bath and b-b-que for shared use. Public heated pool close by. Athletic park and Surrey dive 10 minutes walk to Box Hill Station. Bit like the Addams family house.but I've not found thing yet "-))
I shall be pursuing MBA from Deakin University from February onward and currently looking for suitable in and around near my university i.e Deakin University, Burwood, Melbourne. I am adventurous and outdoorsy. I like to interact and socialize with people across various wavelengths. I am avid follower of cricket & soccer and I like to to go out on trip/treks (solo and group) at least once in a month. Definitely not an introvert.
I'm 25 years old, from India working full time. so I wont have all that much free time to annoy you. I'm friendly and pretty relaxed about most things however still enjoy my own space. Looking for a lease around about 4 to 6 months.
I currently work full time, I'm easy to get along with and am tidy. I enjoy watching tv shows, staying active, reading, occasionally cooking, and hanging out with mates.
I (Caitlin) am a Business (event management) student at La Trobe uni in Bundoora who works a couple of days a week in Box Hill (office) and occasionally in Lilydale (hospitality). Clean but not a neat-freak, love to cook (don't eat or cook meat but happy to live in a non-veg household obviously) and very social- but super happy to live in a quieter household too. My hobbies include eating food and petting dogs. I do yoga sometimes but not enough to be able to touch my toes, and I love a good horror movie. Josh is a Science (undecided major) student at Melbourne Uni.Likes cricket and board games and is quiet but sociable. Originally from Shepparton, but moved to Melbourne for uni. Redeemable qualities include witty banter, good lawn-mowing skills and shiny hair. We both study a lot because we're lame but a lot of fun.
