Hi there, My name is Tanya I am 32 years old and I work full-time in Clayton in Administration. I am currently living on the Northside and I am looking to relocate closer to work. I'm looking to join an existing share house or find a new share house, starting a fresh lease agreement with 1-3 other people. I am looking to move into a large 2/3 bedroom house or town house in and around Burwood, Box Hill, Surrey Hills etc. I am single and keep pretty quiet during the week and don't mind a glass of wine on the weekend. I like to socialise with my roommates but I also respect each others privacy and space. I am clean, tidy and friendly. I also enjoy time to myself and socialise on occasions and catchup with friends. I look forward to meeting my new roommate soon. Cheers, Tanya
Its a 3(2 bedroom+1 hall) room property with a bath and has its own back yard and a garage for additional storage space. It also provides for a big open space for BBQ's. Its located on Stanley street, Box hill and is a 10 minute walk from the station or a 2 minute bus ride with a bus stop right outside the door.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever your poison, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people.
I'm Skye! I'm 23 (almost 24) and love music, bad jokes, wearing socks and eating food. I work as high school English and media teacher at a school in the eastern suburbs. I am ideally looking to start a new place with some cool people or move into an already established house by the end of November (my current lease is up start up Dec). A little more about me! I love the outdoors, and weekends will often see me heading off on a hike or going down the coast. I'm a big fan of beer, and books although the two don't always go hand in hand if you want to remember what you're reading. I have lived in a number of share houses and they have always been great places to call home, I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples space and privacy but also love socializing so my ideal house would be one that's balanced :) I'm looking to live with like minded, easy going people who are up for a laugh and sharing the occasional glass of wine.
Hy, i am a future student at deakin college which will commence on jan 2017 but i will arrive in melbourne on dec 5. I am an easy going people, seldom hang out, and hope to find a flatmate that also easy going.
1 bedroom with built-ins, own bathroom, and own living area in a furnished house with a deck, yard, and outdoor heated spa! The house is a very large three bedroom, two bathroom property with two living areas and a study, and an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. The property is furnished so is great for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff. The house features: - ducted heating and air-conditioning - ceiling fans in rooms and bedrooms - a working fireplace - storage space in the third bedroom -a large back yard with a lot of greenery -a huge deck that's perfect for entertaining, complete with an undercover outdoor spa I also have a pretty awesome book collection and both Netflix and Stan for your free use, if you're so inclined! The house is only a few kms from the hub Box Hill Central/Box Hill Station (directly across the road is a bus stop to the station) and Deakin Uni. The area is lush, with tons of great walking and riding tracks around the place for outdoor lovers. You'd have your own medium-sized bedroom with a built-in robe and your own bathroom (both on the other side of the house from the main bedroom, which provides a fair amount of privacy). The bedroom currently has a queen bed, bedside table and lamp, which you could use if you wanted or I could get rid of them. You could also set up one living area and/or the study for your personal use, as both as essentially empty of furnishings and largely unused. There are a few caveats anyone interested needs to be aware of: -My lease is currently only for six months, but there is capacity to extend the lease at the end of that period. -Approval is subject to landlord approval, so you would be required to lodge an application form like any normal rental property. - You'll share your home with two large, very affectionate indoor/outdoor dogs: a 3yo Golden Retriever named Winston and a 3.5yo Irish Setter named Baxter. They spend their days outside while I'm at work but come and go as they please the rest of the time and sleep in my room. As such, only dog lovers should apply! **Please note: pictures are from previous tenants so are for reference only**
Quiet, out going, loves to cook.. sings in free time.. giggles and travel. Less dramatic. focused on studies.. very clean and neat. I love to sing and also hang out with others, go for movies, eat outside. Gymaholic and fitness freak meaning concerned about health.. but no dieting :) Prospective RMIT student reading for Masters in Laboratory Medicine. Works part time at Crust Pizza Boxhill. I love to learn new languages. Looking forward to find a place with bills included that is a big room with furniture included such as cupboard or wardrobe built room, study desk, mirror, medium size bed, window, heater. :D Simply to say a room which would be ideal for a student. Will need a car space.
I am an friendly easy person to live with. Like to keep the house clean. Enjoy gaming music and Netflix. Don't drink don't smoke but also don't mind people who do. Hope to speak soon.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
we are a couple from India. I am Full time student at Deakin University and my wife will be working full time. My wife is a cleanliness freak so I shud better keep it the way she likes. We like to chit chat with other people and love to cook.

Hi guys! So to introduce myself a bit: I am from the Czech Republic but currently studying in Denmark and I'll be an exchange student in Melbourne (Deakin) for almost 4 months. I think I'm pretty easy-going and I don't have too high standards regarding accommodation. I just want something clean and affordable that I will share with fun and easy-going people too. I don't mind pets at home, I actually love them and have three of them in the Czech Republic too. So if you think your place fulfills these simple conditions, please write me!
Hey! I'm Keely, i'm a full time student, part time worker. I'm looking to move out temporarily around Deakin University. I'm social and enjoy meeting new people but also enjoy a bit of alone time. I love animals, so pets aren't a problem. I work nights and head out with friends on weekends but will always be quiet and respectful coming home. Let me know if you want to know anything else. Thanks!
An oasis in the city. This is like living in the country in the middle of the city. Beautiful rambling garden setting with gum trees and Palm trees. Relaxed vibe. Would suit creatives, academics, artists who appreciate relaxed living. Spa bath and b-b-que for shared use. Public heated pool close by. Athletic park and Surrey dive 10 minutes walk to Box Hill Station. Bit like the Addams family house.but I've not found thing yet "-))
We are 2 studying young guys (19-22 years old) in a community styled house, which includes sharing food (optional). We love music and we have a collection of guitars, drums, and ukuleles. We like throwing a party or two, there is a dart board in our lounge room. Our ideal housemate is someone who shares similar values to us (trust in relationships) and who will integrate well into our house which is important to us. The house is a short 15 minute walk to Box Hill Station, with the option of taking the 735 bus to Box Hill station which arrives every 7-10 minutes from the street corner. It has big open backyard with a clothes line, table and benches to sit outside during the warmer months, and a shed (functions also as a gym with barbells, boxing, etc, etc) for extra storage space. $170 per week is inclusive of rent, electricity, gas, water and unlimited ADSL 2+ internet. At present there are 2 rooms available. The one advertised at $170 is a single room furnished with a double bed and plenty of cupboard storage. The room has ducted heating/cooling. The room can provide a quiet environment as well as it is well distanced from the living area / dining area. Overall, an ideal location. A short walk from the Box Hill central, ALDI, Asian supermarkets, a footy oval and close to Gardiners Creek bike trail and could suit deakin or monash students.

20, Studying civil engineering at swinburne university and looking to attempt to round up some like minded people and get a place together. If that sounds like a good plan hit us up with a message :)
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible and would prefer moving in with a female as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.
-Respectful of privacy, very tidy and easy going -Always happy to do some cooking and share meals together and have a chat -Hardly home, always at uni or work(chef) -Very friendly and always happy to help with home maintenance
Im looking to move out sort of asap due to family problems, I work full time hours under a casual rate, work is based in Bayswater but we do a bit of travelling for work, wouldn't be home much as most of my time is taken up by work and catching public transport to and from work, let me know if you think it could work and we can arrange a time to meet
Hi, I'm Tanya and I'm 34yo I have a partner Le who is 33yo. We are currently living in a hotel paying $730.00 a week and have been for some time. We are looking for somewhere to call home somewhere we can settle down. We are clean, reliable with payment, honest and well past our party days. We also respect peoples privacy. If you think you may have something that would be suitable we would love to hear from you. Thanks Tanya and Le
Hello, I'm studying full time for the next 9-10 months (engineering) and looking for a room. I'm tidy, organised, and reliable with about 10 years of housesharing experience behind me. I mostly do my own thing and I'm always busy and never sit around on the couch. I lived in my last flat for 3 years in Brunswick, but I'm moving east to avoid the inner city traffic. I need a safe off-street parking spot. Look forward to finding out more about your place. Thanks.
I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy watching movies, shopping, cooking/baking. I work in a primary school but currently going through a career change, studying Vet Nursing which I am loving. I do have a dog (cavalier) who is just loving, sweet natured and snuggly, and obviously I would love it if he could come with me, however if I have to leave him at my parents house to get a place then I accept it may have to be that way.
I currently Work two jobs both in Ringwood working 5-7 days a week . I am Assistant Manager, Supervisor and Retail assistant for both jobs so I am quite busy and wont be at the location at all times. Since I work a lot I am quite busy and more of a quiet person, but do enjoy going out every now and then or having a relaxing coffee with people and relaxing with a chat. I have previous history with moving out and living with others and paying fornightly rent and will gladly give a reference to those interested in having me. I Intend to Study in the future either through uni or tafe. I do have a partner who would most likely spend some nights of the week over to be closer to uni, and will gladly pay extra for the nights stayed. Last but definitely not least is I love candles (nice smells), I collect comics and makeup and love movies and tea! So I May invite you to the movies a bit :)
I'm 26, working full time in labouring and I tend to be a quiet person due to my active lifestyle (I work & train a lot) but I'm friendly and very easy to get a long with. Im clean, I pay my bills and generally a pretty chilled out guy. I love a good bush doof or clean night out in the city (when its not absolutely frigid lol) Ask anything you'd like to know :).
Very considerate and mixes well within social situations. Run my own gardening business and play football to keep fit. Have lived in the Blackburn Nth area for the past 15 years. Always conscious of other people's space and I'm a clean and tidy person always willing to pitch in and assist with chores around the house.
Easy-going, tidy and respectful of others and their space. Have a friendly mini labradoodle who I would love to move in with me. Please contact me if you wish to know more!
I'm from Malaysia and currently studying Patisserie in Le Cordon Bleu . I will always be bringing back desserts from school and I love singing ^^ and even sometimes you might hear me sing in the bathroom ! thats all :D
I am an Internation Indian student studying about to study in Deakin University from october 2016. I am kind hearted, audicious and helpful. I don't smoke at all but i do eat meat. I love to listen to music and for my free time i love exploring the city and enjoying the food. I would be buying a car for travelling so there should be a parking storage.
I'm a respectful, easy-going person looking for a home with the same environment. I work full-time in hospitality and study part-time at Monash University, and if I have some spare time I tend to spend it reading or having a chat over a coffee or wine :-)
