Hey! I'm Jay. I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom house. My housemate Emily and I are looking for someone that's mature minded and easy going. The house is on a subdivided block. It's spacious and has a nice covered deck out the back. The bathroom is quite small but has a great shower. There is air-conditioning in the living room and central heating throughout the house. I will be looking at installing evaporative cooling, replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and painting outside in the future. I'm happy to consider furnishing the bedroom for rent but at this stage it is unfurnished. If the room is furnished then the rent will be $190 per week. The bed shown in the photos is queen size and is for display purposes only. The room dimensions are approximately 3m by 3m. I'm happy to install internet and tv points in the room. WiFi is included in the rent. The rest of the house is furnished.
Looking for someone to share a two bedroom unit with me. The room is medium-sized with nice carpets, in-built wardrobe, and unfurnished. There is a big kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher that is ideal for cooking. Its less than 10 min walk to Wattle Park Reserve, Deakin University -Burwood, tram stops, and shops. Roughly 10 min drive to Box Hill CBD, Burwood, and Camberwell area. There are two driveways for parking and a big garage that can be used for storage. The Bond is $682. Water bill paid by real estate agent. Rent is $782 per month plus other bills. Applicant must have employment and good rental history.
Hi, I'm Zoe. I'm 19 and am interested in renting a room in a share house or starting a share house from early-mid January for 12 months. I'm a second year arts student at Deakin University and have never lived out of home. I consider myself to be organised, responsible and honest. I like to joke and have fun but I take things seriously too. I currently work in retail and I'm also a freelance blogger and photographer. I like time alone but do enjoy being with others. I love watching TV series. My favourite show is the classic episodes of the Simpsons. I love alternative music. I love to cook (I’m a vegetarian.) I also adore dogs. I rarely drink but enjoy a little bit on social occasions. I don't have any habits such as smoking and would like to live in a smoke free house. I also don't have any pets or dependants. I have a boyfriend who lives and works in West Gippsland which is where I also currently live. He will not be moving with me but he does drive so off street parking is important to me, my parents will also drive when they visit me. I'm a tidy person and while I like to keep my belongings safe but I’m willing to share whatever you need. I don't have a car and I like to live as sustainably as possible. I have progressive thoughts on social issues but I'm definitely not pushy. An all female house is preferred but not necessary. I'd love to get in touch so set up a viewing with my parents. Thanks :)
I am Filipino and a BS Psychology graduate in the Philippines. It's my first time in Australia and I will be taking my 2nd Bachelor's degree at Deakin University this coming November. I am very friendly and I get along easily with the people around me. I am very hospitable, and I always try to make my friends laugh. I respect other people's privacy and I can contribute any kind of help to keep the house clean. I love interesting conversations and dancing is my passion. I am a workout enthusiast and I am very adventurous. I am an extrovert, but I also love being in a quiet place. I am not a fan of watching tv and movies, but I prefer having good interactions with the people around me. So feel free to message me if you are interested for teamups or if you offer good deals that'll suit my budget. :)
Hey guys. I'm looking for a house to move into in the next couple of months. I'm a student at Deakin Uni, and I currently work at a pub in the city (think of the discount on alcohol). I have literally the best taste in movies and tv shows so expect movies nights 24/7. I'm studying over the summer (because I hate myself) so I will probably spend a bit of time procrastinating, so I'm also looking for housemate/s who wanna get black out drunk time to time. But I do also enjoy quiet (partially sober) nights in. Anyway to sum up, I'm basically always down to eat, drink, binge watch shows and go on fun adventures. Feel free to message me if you have a room available or if you're interested in finding a house to rent out together!

I'll be working full time. I spend my free time, hiking, skateboarding and scuba diving, but I also would like to spend some time learning to surf. I'm an electrical engineering student, so I like to make gadgets and work on electronics when I'm not out. Hope to hear from you, Ben

Hey! My name is Asad and I am currently looking for a room for myself(private or shared). I am from India and I want to move to a new house on 7th November. I'll be studying Masters in Information Systems at Deakin University. I am a clean and friendly person. I love meeting new people. I am pretty quiet and mainly keep to myself.
I'm an Anthropology student at Deakin also studying Korean at Monash and I'll be graduating in May next year. I also work part-time at a supermarket (That means free out-of-date food, yay!). I like to be social and have a drink or two, but I'm also happy to have alone time. I study a lot and I work a lot, but I also like to go out drinking and would like to be able to have a friend over on the odd occasion (by no means a party animal, though). I'm respectful and tidy and I can get along with anyone. If there's anything more you'd like to know just send me a message!
I'm a 22 year old currently taking a break from study, working in sales. I spend most of my free time training for my competitive cheerleading and dance squads, and also enjoy watching tv and playing video games in my spare time so a decent internet connection is a priority! I have a four year old dog, a fluffy little Japanese Spitz named Sora, that I am hoping to be able to bring along to my new home.
Hi all, Im a 22 year old registered nurse, I'm a shift worker, working a rotating roster. Rarely on nights, very considerate when getting up at odd times and aware the sucky schedule doesn't suit all. So ideally other nurses/healthcare professionals or shift workers may work better :) Outside of work, i love keeping fit and enjoy the gym as a little outlet, always keen for a spontaneous trip away and love cheap adventures. Love travel, so super interested to hear stories if thats what your into as well. I love a social glass of wine occasionally, but I'm not a big drinker and not interested in party house. Im looking for a home where we can be social, but also respect each others personal space. Lover of dogs, allergic to cats :( Happy to answer any questions thrown my way Hola if your interested in a team up. J
