$400/week•45 year old woman
I am a 45 year old woman with chronic illness and can no longer work. I need a place to rent in Melbourne in order to receive medical treatment. I'm chatty but also like my own space. I'm a lefty with pretty diverse interests. I like to keep my room, as well as communal areas, clean and tidy. I also come with a very cute dog, Coco, who is a puggle (beagle x pug). She is 5 years old and loves people. She gets along with cats and dogs, but unfortunately chases birds and pocket pets. Coco assists me when I have functional seizures, so she is not negotiable.

$200/week•25 year old woman
I'm a 25-year-old woman who enjoys yoga, watching TV, and listening to music. I work part-time and study, so I prefer living in a clean and well-maintained studio. I like the homestay vibe and don't smoke or own pets. My space is my sanctuary for relaxation and focus.

$300/week•36 year old woman
Hello to my future flatmate/s! I moved from Wellington, Aotearoa/New Zealand last year and quickly settled into life in Melbourne. I am however still on the hunt for a calm place to call home, as my current landlord is selling the home I'm in (no rush on moving us out though) I like to think of myself as creative so enjoy hobbies like knitting, singing, dungeons & dragons, pole dancing and op-shopping. I like to relax after work by cooking up some yummy food, getting out into nature as much as possible, listening to podcasts or music while I potter about home (happy to wear earphones!!) and catching up with flatmates or friends about our lives. Looking for others that are compatible in that they also prioritise keeping things quiet and being considerate of noise. Keeping regular hours (9am - 5pm) with work/study so a routine that is similar to mine - Cooking dinner at 7pm and in bed by 10pm as an example. Cycling is my main form of transport so location is important for me, ideally a place that has secure storage for bikes, or bikes are allowed inside at night. My key values are kindness, being considerate of others, staying socially and environmentally aware. If you're also someone who understands how to recycle then I'd love to meet up! Overall I'm interested in likeminded adults who want to form genuine connections and not just be ships in the night. Let me know if I sound like someone you'd want to live with!

$350/week•38 year old man
Hey Person Reading my Bio! My name is Andrew, 38, youth/disability worker & study psych (also, a little modelling work). Love reading, gym, gaming, cooking (great cook - and I always cook 4-6 meals, when I cook so I don't have to cook every night. If I'm cooking, I like to share, if anyone's around), foodie, podcasts, road-trips, travel, painting, singing, running, bush walking, camping, art gallary/theatre, beach, huge nerd. 50:50 split Extroverted and Introverted. Hanging out a bit is cool but also, retreating sometimes, to my room for me-time, is also good. Reasonably clean person (lived with an older Vietnamese Woman who whipped me into shape lol) but not a clean freak, who will get easilly annoyed by life's messiness. I take the attitude that it's cool just to help out a bit. I.e. If I'm washing dishes and there's a few in the sink, I'll wash them too - I'm doing it anyway. We help each other out because one of us could be having a crap day. It can be hard finding the right fit. I totally get it. Contact me to c if that is us :)
