Hi all, I’m Jess and I’m looking for a room in Melbourne (flexible with location), or potentially someone to team up with and find a place together. My move in date is flexible. I’m moving from Sydney to Melbourne at the end of May and will be working full time in Melbourne. I am after a calm, clean, low-drama home with friendly and respectful people. I do love a home that feels warm and friendly rather than just somewhere to sleep.

When I am not at home, I’m probably gone for a looong walk, a lil run, off by the beach or trying different coffee spots. I do like being a bit crafty as well! I’m tidy, respectful, easy to live with, and pretty independent.

What I’m looking for:

* my own bathroom
* parking, as I have a car
* ideally furnished, but happy to discuss

I’m not after for a party house, just a comfortable, easy home with respectful people and a nice vibe. It would be great to get along with my potential roommates.
