Hi all, Working full-time (CBD, finance, 9-5), with the same employer for over a decade. Non smoker, been renting most of my life, like pets, will help with chores/maintenance. I'm outgoing and like to keep my home, room and bathroom tidy and orderly, and am conscious of the noise I make. While I am content on my own in my room (reading, streaming etc) I prefer to be part of a household with other clean and outgoing people where a conversion can spark up. I enjoy dining out, cooking and relaxing with a drink and nibblies. Happy to live anywhere within 10km of the CBD. My only significant preference is to have covered car parking.
