Hey, I'm easy going, tidy and hard working. Just working in Brisbane to save towards travelling over to Tasmaina and New Zealand. Love cooking and music, looking for some similar chilled people to live with for a while whilst doing this.

I'm doing a business degree and work a 9-5, so I guess it's safe to say I keep busy during the weekdays. (Quick PSA, don't be stunned if you find me up at 4 in the morning walking around the house like a ninja... it's only because I like to wake up pretty early and squeeze in a little workout before leaving for work.) In saying that, if we were to run into each other over the weekdays, I would love to chat your ears off over a drink or ten (the occasional glass/bottle of wine is highly appreciated as well), chef up a mad feast, go out for dinners and all that jazz. In my downtime (which is usually the weekends) you can catch me either op shopping, wandering about the city in search of my next meal, catching up with friends, going to gigs, reading, or watching true-crime/the lakers struggling to win basketball games/stand-ups/anything disney/anime/ and obviously love island in my room…🤷🏽♂️ The only downside of having me as a housemate would probably be the fact that I would definitely eat the leftover pizza in the fridge. There's probably (definitely) a lot more I should say on here, but if I sound like a good fit for your house, flick me a message and we can go on from there! Thanks for being a part of my little ted talk - looking forward to hearing from you soon :))

I'm an 18 year old who enjoys sports, food, animals, and gaming. I live in a clean and quiet house, I’m also good with kids and elderly people. I have lived in many shared homes before and have a good sense on the rules and regulations. I do have a habit of vaping which can easily be changed. I do have a 1 year old pup.

Hey all. 58 y/o Aussie well educated ex Tassie lad moved to QLD 8 years ago and done the Goldie and Sunny coast and have been doing Brisbane (Stafford) for the last 2.5 years . Currently happily single and NOT looking to change that. Absolute pet lover of all kinds (ok - maybe not birds so much.....) but do not have any of my own however my flatmate on the Sunny coast has a toy cavoodle that I absoltely adore so see her often (and I take her away to her favourite holiday spot at least once a year!!!! - dont judge me!!!). Long term (24 year) Mon-Fri professional Federal Govt 6 figure job so money no issue. Like everyone in my world I work from home most of the time only going into the office once or at the most twice a week but luckily im not doing a "100 meetings a day" job atm, some days not even speaking to anyone so very quiet. Been living by myself for the 2.5 years in Stafford whilst I made up my mind if I would return to Tassie or not. I have now decided I will remain in QLD until I retire. Currently in a nice 1brm unit renting from owner and no sign of ever needing to leave so my motivation for this is neither financial nor a lack of accommodation - im one of the very lucky ones and I know it. As I have been moving around a lot the last 8 years and my work is completely virtual I dont really know anybody outside of immediate family and a few friends through sharing on the coasts so I am looking for something very specific. I am looking for a person (or maybe people, not sure though) that are of the same mind as me. A grown up, financial capable, not motivated by anything other than it would be nice to share the costs of living with someone else and to have somebody else around the home. I am only interested in long term 5+ years or at least have that intention as we all know things can change. I have shared with males and females in QLD but have to say my female flatmates have been the easiest to live with. Better still, if you are, or know someone who is, looking to find someone to move into a bigger place with and share the cost of living with a view to that being a longer term prospect (as much as we can see into the future) then lets talk! I absolutely will have to have the security of tenure by being on a lease (wont have an issue having me approved!) if your renting. If you own the place we would need to talk about tenure security. Location could be anywhere within reason - I had to put some locations down for this profile. I work out of one of our Brisbane City offices when I do go in but could just as easily work from one of the Goldie offices or Sunny coast offices so location is very flexible. If its somewhere a bit out of town and quiet maybe even better! Love to get out walking/running/riding (not the lycra wearing sort - trust me!!) to explore this wonderful place we have here. Mean board game player and love a hand of cards. And apparently I like writing VERY long profiles ............(sigh!) Don't smoke and goes without saying that I don't do drugs but do enjoy a weekend wine/brew but in moderation nowadays. Never have to worry about visitors or sleepovers with me. I'm an early to rise, early to bed person - would be great if household was somewhat similar (M-F at least) but am also realistic. VERY handy around the house if that would be a help at all - building/plumbing/gardening (have built 2 houses in Tassie) etc. Im a lawn guy. It would be heavan if you have a heaps of jobs around the house you always wanted to get done so you could get me to and it would give me something to do. I will be renting until I retire but always a home owner in tassie so miss being able to do some actual work. Have own furniture in my current 1 br unit - however not attached to any of it really (as its only the minimum) so flexible and have a place to store if need be or maybe sell to incoming tenant. Would be great if there was room to store/use at new place though. Would like to live with someone/people who don't mind the occasional chat and/or wine/meal whilst understanding we all need our "own" time. So basically a friendly house. It would be nice if we became friends rather than someone you just nod at every now and again.d time I would imagine people around my own age might make more sense although I can get on with anyone. I did have a couple move in once - that was just way too uncomfortable for my liking so a fellow single person would be ideal. So if your looking for someone to share the cost of living, with no ulterior motives, are looking for a longer term situation, and wants the house to be a household where everyone gets on and contributes then I'm your guy. I have a lease where I am but if your flexible with move in dates and not in a panic to get someone then I can start the lease break ball rolling where I am as my owners a super flexible and easy to get along with.
