I am relocating from NSW to QLD and looking for property that will allow pets as I have 4 very well behaved Border Collies. Would prefer detached granny flat on acreage. I don't smoke or drink and live a quiet lifestyle. I enjoy my privacy and don't really do parties. I am employed as a full time professional. I am very clean and tidy and am prepared to also help maintain garden.

Large 4 bedroom house with a great outside area including a pool & tennis court. The room available is large with a built in wardrobe and air conditioning. A queen bed can be provided if needed. As we have an en suite you would have the use of your own bathroom the majority of the time (aside from when we have guests come to stay). We have only recently moved in to the house so the pictures in the listing show the house with the furniture of the previous owners and I have used them to give an idea of the house. The bedroom shown in the pictures is the one available for board. Please note that we are aprox 4kms from public transport so you will need to have your own car. There is off street parking and plenty of storage space in the house.

I'm in my last year of uni and work part time. I am organised and like a clean home but am not uptight. I think a house should be somewhere you can relax and have fun with flat mates and friends. I'm looking to live with nice people - pretty simple.
My son will go to kenmore state school, he is 6 years old, we are from china. In china, I am a scuba instructor, teach others diving. Now, I just accompany my son and learning English.
Recline by the pool, or relax in aircon watching your own entertainment or simply retire to your own double room. The house is too big for one person and two people can live here without ever hearing each other. The area is quiet, the shops are near, the transport is extensive and the view from the deck is beautiful. I am a care free relaxed open minded person and nothing really bothers me. Must be my age.

Hello!! I'm Eliza, I'm 21 years old. I'll pretty well say what everyone else does, but it is true. I am a super respectful and tidy person (no really, I'll do your dishes if you leave them out but I don't mind - as long as you tidy up sometimes). I'm a very sarcastic person and most of the time I'm laughing. I work full time in Indooroopilly, and I would like to be within a fifteen minute drive to work. My current 45 minute+ commute is literally driving me nuts. Pun intended. I would genuinely like to hang with my future 'roomies' - however I do like my own time as well. I'm not too much of a partier, so if it's a party household then we won't suit. However I would partake in the occasion drink of a night time with my room mates. My max budget is $250 p/w including bills. I can move in April, however that can be moved forward a little. I would like more of a long term lease as well. This will be my first time moving out but I'm very independent so there won't be any dramas. Please feel free to message me if my little novel above didn't cover anything. :)
A little about myself, I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself but am always down for a chat. I am currently studying at QUT doing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Arts) so my space can be a little cluttered sometimes. I play a lot of video games mainly on my Computer and watch a lot of TV. Pretty tidy and will clean up after myself in the shared living spaces. I have a 10 month old Staffyx who can be a bit of a handful at times but she is very loving and house trained. If she is going to be outside she needs a large fence.
Hi, I'm Julianne, 25, an exchange student from Germany and will be studying English Linguistics at UQ till November. I'm not a party person, but rather prefer exploring my surroundings by bike or on foot, sitting outside enjoying an evening breeze, watching movies, bellringing or cooking. I am very tidy and like it if things are clean (and will thus be a reliable cleaner :)). About the most interesting thing I can come up with about myself is that I can teach you how to solve a Rubik's Cube! :)
I’m relaxed and happy, and quite easy going. Working a good full-time job in IT research in the CBD, and following my hobbies (diving, photography, nature) whenever I find time. I do enjoy a clean and quiet living environment, as I’m not much of a noisy person myself. Looking for a green and quiet place to share with good peeps, a few months to start with but I’d be open to stay longer if things work out well...
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
Hi! I'm moving to Brisbane in Feburary next year, and I'm looking for a place to live for the next year or so. I'll be starting a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education at University of Queensland after completing a bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2015. I enjoy music festivals, exploring the outdoors and a love of cooking.. I don't mind a night out but much prefer a casual drink and dinner these days, but I also enjoy chilling at home, watching TV and chatting over a glass of wine and exercising. Have a love for travelling and backpacking the world! I've lived on residence in Geelong, Victoria for two years, and lived in shared houses over the pass two years. I'm hoping to find some people I will get along with as id love to make friends and go explore Queensland with someone. I'm shy at first, but I open up once I get to know people. If you think we'd get along or have any questions send me a message! :)
Hey were Mykeala & Amy, were students at UQ and looking for some new housemates! We are after 1 or 2 people in similar situations/ages and preferably males, to move into a new sharehouse with. We prefer to move end of March but can move earlier if needed. We have started looking but would love to find our new housemates now so we can all look together! We are super outgoing, social people who are keen for others who like to be social and create a home rather then just a house! We like to have fun and go out but also still maintain a semi decent study routine! We are both super clean and decent in the kitchen. Mykeala has 2 beautiful cats and fosters dogs so our new housemates have to be SUPER pet friendly. We are flexible about location, we both go to UQ but have placements/internships in various places this year anyway. We both also work part time! Let us know if you would like to meet and discuss further!
G'day! Im Greg, and clean, quiet and easy going bloke. Who does like a discussion lol. By April 2nd, i will be well into my final semester of uni and am looking for a place to stay for a few months before I head out bush for work after graduation (as a teacher). I also currently work two jobs, as a personal trainer and an uber driver. I do have a dog, which i would love to bring with me, but also am aware the difficulty that can pose - so i do have somewhere he can stay for those few months before graduation if need be. Looking forward to having a chat! :) Happy to stay anywhere in west or south brisbane for the most part :)
I'm a young, easy-going guy that's starting a double degree (business/InfoTech) at QUT and looking for a place to live with some friendly, down to earth kind of people. For fun I'm into anything from a night out, to a night on the couch with pizza and friends. I'm a pretty clean, hygienic kinda dude and believe in respecting one another's privacy.
I am 17 years old, currently looking for part-time work/ To be enrolled into Tafe in the middle of the year. I was born in Australia and am part Egyptian. I am a quiet house mate who will be respectful of others around and clean up after my self.
Hey! I'm an easy-going, tidy, full-time travel consultant that can cook up a mean katsu curry. During the week I like to keep it pretty low key, but weekends I love heading to the beach, checking out gigs, and seeing friends. I play piano and guitar, adore all animals, and I always put my cups in the dishwasher. Seeking a social household, with room mates who are neat, relaxed, and who might enjoy a kebab after a night out every once in a while. Not so much looking for a party house, but I'd love to live with people who are like-minded, and can also become great friends. Pros about living with me - - I love putting food on people's plates, and I over-cater. Never go hungry again! - My little feline friend is basically a dog in a cat's body and will absolutely melt your heart - Steady income, great at keeping on top of bills, and I consider myself an expert when it comes to leaving the bathroom clean Cons about living with me - - May force you to watch a horror movie with me occasionally (actually a pro)
