From Melbourne originally. I'm honest, good at communication, easy to get along with, a bit spiritual, have psychology/philosophy quals, like a quiet life, and I'm healthy and fit-ish. I have a sweet 14 yr old labrador/staffy/boxer and a 1 yr old friendly cat. I'd like to move anytime before the start of June. Thank you, xx Moira
Self contained, charming studio cottage with en-suite bathroom and lovely veranda. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet acreage only 16 km drive to the city, 13 km drive to St Lucia and 4 km drive to the closest park-and-ride. Modern powerful aircon, off-street parking. Very private. Own transport is recommended. It has one large room that contains an open-plan kitchenette, living and bed area with large walk-in wardrobe. It has a separate bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The ceilings are high and raked giving a feeling of space. The walls are wood panelled. An east facing veranda welcomes the morning sun and provides shade in the afternoon. The main room has a modern air conditioner and the cottage is fully insect and security screened. The cottage is located 40m from the main house and is very private. There is a space to park your car. Normal use of electricity and water are included in the rent. There is also a space for your clothes washing machine and a retractable washing line is located on the veranda. Cottage is only for one person and would NOT suite someone with a "live-in" partner NOR someone with an "extended stay/ frequent" overnight visitor/s. Would suite a quiet, single senior person or professional or student who requires space, serenity and leafy surrounds. The property is strictly non-smoking, and sorry no pets. Rental is $240 per week. Good recent references are essential to secure. (Furniture in photos not included, for illustrative purposes only)
I'm an easy going well travelled and educated guy with a fulltime job as Construction Superintendent with a well known Project Management Engineering Construction company in Ipswich. I have a happy disposition and like a clean and relatively quiet lifestyle.
I'm 21 and have moved from up north(Bundaberg). Currently working part to full time in Chapell Hill and would love to find a great house to share with young, clean, friendly, sociable people! I love being out doors, going to watch AFL games at the Gabba, anything crime related(including having murder mystery nights!), travel, cooking and socialising(not really a clubbing person though). I do enjoy my down time either by watching nextflix, reading and sometimes baking. I love pets(preferably dogs), and am not phased by anyone's gender/race/sexual preference ect(just don't like snobby people!). Hope to find the perfect flatmate/s soon! :)

A little about myself, I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself but am always down for a chat. I am currently studying at QUT doing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Arts) so my space can be a little cluttered sometimes. I play a lot of video games mainly on my Computer and watch a lot of TV. Pretty tidy and will clean up after myself in the shared living spaces. I have a 10 month old Staffyx who can be a bit of a handful at times but she is very loving and house trained. If she is going to be outside she needs a large fence.
Hi, my name is Steph and I am 24yo. I am a qualified hairdresser and work full time in St Lucia. I am a pretty laid back person who enjoys chilling out I am a bit shy to start off but when im comfortable am really talkitive . I am an absolute sport tragic especially love love love my rugby league and cricket(yes i yell at the tv) and enjoy good footy banter. I am probably best suited to a household who loves their footy! I do like to keep to myself on occasion but keen to make new friends and creating a fun environment to live in. i am very tidy and clean up after myself. i am very respectful of others and their space. also need an unfurnished room as i have a queen bed. look forward to hearing from you.
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
I am a Australian female in my twenties, I've lived in the western suburbs of brisbane for a few years now and work full time in chapel hill. I have been in sharehouses for about 4 years now so i know all the do's and dont's of living with other people and respecting ones space. I like to have my own space but also enjoy a glass of wine on days ending with 'y'. I love chocolate, naps and walking in the early mornings. I love animals and have a cat but she can go back to the family farm if i find the perfect place but doesn't allow cats. I have a car and a motorcycle and plenty of household items (washing machine, dining table, bed, tv cabinet and general decor) if you need them but happy to sell them off if the house is already fully furnished. Would also seriously consider finding a like minded person to start up a share house so if you're interested in finding a house together please contact me as well. Kind regards Amber
For me the main requirement for living in group is mutual respect, being privacy, reduced noise and cleanness the highlights. I intend to work from home during day ( I am Artur a 51 y old working as a physicist, in Sabatic leave ). I will spend any free time with my 6y old boy living also in the area, with the Mother.
Quiet, clean, respectful :) I'm looking for an ensuite/own bathroom room, furnished, quiet location with only 1-3 others. Prefer not to live with children or dogs, cats ok :) I don't really drink, I don't smoke, I don't play loud music or TV. I'm looking for a peaceful place to live. I like some friendly interaction but I mostly lead my own life and enjoy personal space. Looking to live with someone with similar way of living. I have a car and would consider other areas.
Hey!! I am new to Brissy from Canberra. I work as a full time accountant however I am currently still studying! I am super tidy and friendly, I am sociable but also thoroughly enjoy my space. I have also lived in share houses in the past and loved them.
Hi there, im a 26yo working graduate whose looking for a room to rent. I would prefer a place to park my car off the street (driveway/garage etc..) and also highly prefer a lockable room. I am a clean quiet, non-smoker who sometimes enjoys a night out once in a blue moon but mostly like to sit on my computer or just chill out playing games or even just chilling out :) Max payable hopefully would be $250 including bills :)
