Hi there! I have lived in many houses with women and men. I am a young 22 year old female who is looking to share a house with people around the same age. Would rather both MEN AND WOMEN because it makes the household easier. I DO NOT OWN PETS. I AM CLEAN AND do not mind an occasional drink... Message me :D
Aircon in the living room, really quiet street, 5 minute walk to USC, 10 minutes to Mooloolabah Beach, 3 minutes to the motorway and 5 to the highway, new unit, shower over tub, compact unit which requires minimal cleaning, 2 off street parks, decent sized rooms with large built-ins, unlimited optus internet (cost shared) with Fetch TV box in the living room. We pay a little above the rent each week (equally split between 3) so we have a 'slush fund' for bills like internet, gas, electricity, water. The room available can be furnished with a queen sized bed and bedside for an additional amount. We will have most of the internal needs for the unit once our current housemate moves out but if you have your own, let us know as I'll be moving all items in unless you want to. In the future, we are moving into a home we are building and there's the potential for you to take over the whole lease or be part of the lease (valid until early Jan) or part of the break of lease if you don't wish to stay on as well.
This large home is positioned with great views to the coast line and Mt Coolum and plenty of open living spaces. The large dinning/lounge/sitting areas, big versatile kitchen and large balconies allow for plenty of quite places to enjoy this quality home. * Own Bedroom, Loungeroom & Bathroom * Unlimited internet access * Spectacular views * Large outdoor living areas * Salt water pool and water feature * Fully furnished including crockery and cutlery. * Quite street location * Great neighbourhood Walking distance to rain forest, shops, restaurants, public transport and all amenities makes this a life style choice home.
Hey guys, nice to meet you :) We are a couple Linda(24) & Michel(22) and we want to move over to the Sunshine coast. Atm we are living in New Zealand and love it over here a lot, everything and everybody is so easygoing! But after a totally exciting year and more over here and we just came back from our Asia trip, we want to work and settle down a little more again. Michel is a Brick Layer and want to work full time, same as me. I am working int he Hospitality since 8 Years in all kinds of departments and also have a bachelors degree in hospitality. So i guess it won’t be such a big problem for us to find a job. We want to move to the Sunshine Coast around the 4th of July and try to find a job instantly. But no worries - we have the money to take care of ourselves and paying the rent ;) About the life with us: As we are a couple we love to spend time with each other - but we are both very social and keen to have a beer afterwork and share some company and stories or a outgoing night. You also have to know that i am a passionated cooker. I am used to cook for the whole group of friends, family or just me and Michel :) so if you’re keen you are always invited to try some and join us if you feel like :) We both smoke but we hope you don’t mind? And we are doing this in the outside of cause:) and last but not least we are Germans, but we both wish we’d be Kiwis :D ;) Hope you still have the room available and you’re keen to get to know us! :) Cheers - Catch ya
Hello! I am seeking a preferably large room with my own bathroom, however am happy to share should I find the right place. I am a smoker; for medical reasons please message me further regarding this. I am a professional working female as a Personal Assistant/Marketing Assistant who works Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 AM to 5 PM. My workplace is based in Yandina. My partner is based in Kilcoy however comes down and stays on the coast with me regularly. He's super chilled and just surfs while he's working on his van to travel. I’d need someone to be OK with allowing my partner over and I am happy to contribute more towards utilities in that regard. I generally enjoy my own space watching Netflix, cleaning or having a wine after a big day. I am not a party person and generally keep to my small circle of family and friends. I do like to have a good relationship with my house mates/landlord though and it’s important to have that mutual respect. I do have a beautiful short haired domestic cat called Harley who is 2 years old and super affectionate. Smooches and will make you end up loving cats if you hate them! He's an indoor/outdoor cat. Will go out all night and sleep all day. Party life. I am looking to pay between $180-230 for the right room plus all other costs such as electricity and water. I am looking to move quickly, within the next two weeks preferably. Please contact me if you have anything suitable or wish to chat further.
Hey :-) my name is Sam. I’m a 25 year old zookeeper. I grew up in Cairns and have lived in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast for about 6 years now. I’m easy-going and domesticated. I love all things wild... the sunshine, beaches, travel, the great outdoors, hiking, love keeping fit and healthy, environmentally conscious and all that jazz. I'm clean and respectful and like to be a part of the household. Love all animals if you have any at home thats a big plus for me :) I highly value a house hold thats happy, social and full of good vibes. Would love to live with like minded people and go on some adventures. Looking to move from June onward...
Up for grabs is a modern and very clean townhouse located in Buderim and is only a 5-minute walk to the University of the Sunshine Coast. There is a Coles, Dominos, Liqourland, pizza shop, and gym all within walking distance as well as a bus stop right out from of the complex. Feel at home in your own private ensuite bedroom with an undercover car park as well as unlimited NBN internet to use. The complex is pet-friendly, but smaller animals are preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to live in a central location whilst only being a 10-minute drive to Mooloolaba and Kawana beach.
I’m a happy and honest person. I have just relocated from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast. I have a full time job in a supermarket and work casually as a resort cleaner. Unfortunately, the place I was moving into fell through so now I’m paying holiday accommodation which is extremely expensive. No home but have jobs :) I’m very clean and not a loner as I love people. I can cook and clean, just don’t know how to mow or clean a pool but can learn lol Looking for something safe and permanent and ASAP. Hope to hear from you
Are you looking for a peaceful, airy, and clean space surrounded by tropical trees? Only 7 minutes drive to USC and 10 minutes to beaches at Mooloolaba and Alex Headland. I have a medium sized bedroom available with large windows to allow natural light to brighten the space. The room has a ceiling fan and built in robe, dressing table and mirror. Bathroom is recently renovated and shared and there is a separate toilet. This property is two bedroom unit built at the back of the block and is surrounded by rainforest and gardens. The building is elevated and has beautiful original timber floors. This flat has a welcoming entrance with a front deck and a groomed garden. A combined kitchen, dining and living area looks over a front, north facing deck with views to the ocean and Mt Coolum. A large, private, entertaining back deck is surrounded by lush gardens. There is also a private laundry outside with washing machine. There is another house at the front of the property where 3 young friendly, active, open minded adults live, one of whom is an Ayurvedic practitioner and massage therapist and requires a peaceful, healthy environment for her clients. Willow the friendly dog also lives in the front house. The room is unfurnished but could be furnished if needed and bills are not included. There is a separate electricity and water meter for this rental. Internet is available and about $12-15 monthly as it is split between 5 people. Please message me today and I'll be available to meet you when I get home from work. Thanks, Meagan
Short walk to the shops & cafe from the self contained flat attached to the main house. There is a bus stop to USC and Maroochydore is almost at front. The place is basic but clean and functional. •Swimming Pool •All your cooking needs except oven •Shared laundry. We (family of three) live in the main house.
I am 22 and working full time in Maroochydore whilst also studying online. I love to keep active and healthy and enjoy cooking (mostly pasta) so if you are a pasta fiend we will get along fine! Wouldn't say I am a party animal, I enjoy the occasional night out and love to relax on the weekends. I won't be around home much during the week, mostly only early mornings and evenings. I have had a lot of experience in share houses so I would like to think that I am fairly considerate of everyones space.
Hey, I’m nikki. I do have a 3 year old but it’s shared care with her dad. I have her Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and every second Saturday Saturday. I’m clean, easy to get along with.. and work a lot. So we wouldn’t be there a great deal.
I"m moving back to the Sunshine Coast after being away for a couple of years, looking to find a place for 6 months till I can get work and my own place, paying $200 in rent is no problem in the mean time, can fill a house with everything I have and don't mind sharing but really need an empty room for myself, flexible on most other things, I'm 54 so older person or couple would be better but not important to me.
Walk in about 5 minutes to the village gym, shops or bus stop and drive 10 min. to the USC. Short walk to the Botanical Garden with Waterfalls and restaurant. Enjoy your own rainwater and share of fruits from the garden with views to Mt. Coolum.
Looking for team up for share house. I will be starting uni in July studying Environmental Science. Maybe consider a room in an existing property but I have a cat Chevy and not sure how he is with others. I have furniture for a two bedroom unit. Have one other housemate lined up but looking for third. Prefer vego or vegan but someone who is respectful and likes cats. Chev is chill and no trouble. Non smoker. Social drinker. Im rarely at home because of work commitments at the moment. I work 5 days a week away. Have been applying for big houses so am keen to find someone ASAP! Shoot me a message so we can chat.
This townhouse is very new, only a few years old. It has a shared swimming pool and barbeque area for the complex. On street parking is available with limited off street parking within the complex (some visitor and resident car parks). If you have a bike or scooter though, throw it in the garage no problem. Close to the university (1km), a gym, foodworks and amazing pizza store (300m) and Coles (900 metres). The house has four bedrooms, but one will be free as a place for a mate/family to crash every so often or as a study in the mean time. The place is two and a half bathrooms, fully furnished except for bedrooms. The garage will be set up with my weights, which you are welcome to use (I certainly haven't used them in awhile) Unfortunately it's currently tenanted until the end of the month, so if you're interested in looking at the property and the pictures won't satisfy you, contact me and we can make a time at the start of July to check out the room
Hey! My name is Paige and I am looking for a teamup with one other person. I am a third year Criminology student at USC, and work nights at Coles in Maroochydore. I am friendly, clean and respectful, and looking for a housemate with similar values :) I can supply general furnishings, including fridge, small washing machine, microwave, and couch. I'm ideally looking for 2 bed 2 bath apartments with easy access to public transport. If you're interested in teaming up, flick me a message!
Hey! I recently graduated as a Physiotherapist and secured a full-time job starting 02/07/18. My boyfriend Bryce has been living and working on the Sunshine Coast for a year now. We are hoping to move in together. We both will be working full time and would like to come home watch TV and relax or go for walks/exercise in the evening. We are quite easy going and not much for parties but would not mind an occasional drink. We would prefer a room with an ensuite or 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and quite flexible with parking arrangements.
A large villa-style home, on the edge of the rainforest, with the owner living upstairs. Electronic security-gate entry. Handy to all amenities, including Sunshine Plaza, USC, hospitals, beaches, golf course and the Foote Reserve. The person renting would have almost complete privacy, with well furnished rooms, including own bathroom, a lounge room (with TV), a study and own fridge. Only the kitchen is shared. Use of the pool, tennis court and internal auto garage is included. A bus stop is adjacent to the front gate. Fast NBN wi-fi is also available. Overlooks forest, so plenty of trees and wildlife, especially lorikeets and friendly possums.
