Hey guys, My name is Kristen. I am self employed and am very easy to live with :-) I am clean, respectful, thoughtful and considerate of others. I love dancing, yoga, spending time by the ocean, socialising with friends and some down time to myself. I have just moved up from Melbourne and am looking to live somewhere on the Sunshine Coast as I like the vibe up there. Aloha :-)

Hola! I'm currently studying post-grad at USC for the next year so looking for a rad set of housemates that are chilled out but enjoy hanging around each other! Currently commuting from Brisbane, and it's getting old pretty quickly. I'm an old hand at sharing accom - very well housetrained. I appreciate a clean area, but I'm not going to lose it if someone forgets to put the goon sack away. Uni is pretty heavy for me atm, I'm doing post-grad so I tend to study a bit, but like to hang out when I can! Preeettyyyy flexible with furnishings, but would prefer a location that's semi-near USC & Sunny Plaza. Let me know!
I'm completing my degree at USC. I have a pretty relaxed lifestyle. I like to maintain a healthy way of life. I like to exercise, cook, go to the beach or for a bushwalk. I don't smoke. I'm not a party person. I keep it chill. Focusing on uni is my priority. I would like to adopt a rescue cat so if you're happy/comfortable with that, that's great. I am vegetarian. I don't mind living with others who are not.

Hi! We are looking for someone (or possibly another couple) to team up with and find a place to stay on the sunshine coast, hopefully near a beach. I'd really prefer another female (sorry guys) but a couple might work too. Here's a little about us.. I (Cindy) turn 20 this year, have a part time job as a receptionist and love art, the beach and recently taken up surfing. :) My boyfriend (Michael) is great with computers (bonus for you!) and he works full time. He's turning 24 later this year, and he will be doing a lot of travel for work from May through to late September, so he will be here some weeks and away some other weeks. We're both super friendly and laid back, but we like to live clean and have heaps of respect for other's privacy. We don't party and drinking is rare. We like cooking and are always up to trying new things. :) We are also pretty flexible with dates and budgets, so if you're not sure about something feel free to ask!
This townhouse is in the Stringybark Place complex which has 2 pools and various bbq sheds. It's only a couple minutes drive to the uni and Coles. It is brand new and is unfurnished. The photos are of the display home at the complex. The garage is full, so if you do have a car, you will have to park on the street outside of the complex.
This spacious house is situated in beautiful quiet street in buderim but still close to everything. The room is large, furnished and has its own ensuite. Breakfast and devious dinners provided for $70 per week per person.
Hey! I'm Jorja. Wanting to relocate to the Sunshine Coast (when I find a job) from my small home town. I'm 18, don't enjoy partying all that much. Looking for one or two other people to share a place with. I will be new to the area so even better to make some friends! I'm really clean, enjoy my own company but also love a good laugh. Feel free to message me if you're interested or have any questions!
I'm looking for one or more other females who would like to team up and find a place to share. I'm a friendly and tidy person, I love hanging out with friends, doing art and just having a night in watching movies. I also have 1 small cat, so am looking for a pet friendly place.
Beautiful house on the hill in Buderim, central to everything! You will have your complete own space (the complete floor level of the house) including an amazing room with bathroom ensuite with a big bathtub. Glass doors from your room open onto a patio surrounded by gardens. You will have your own area to create a lounge room or for activities plus a kitchenette space, but you will need your own crockery/ fridge etc and furniture. There is plenty of parking space.
Hi there, I'm currently in my fourth year of my Dietetics degree and on placement in Nambour and Kawana for next 12 weeks. Looking to move into a place for the rest of the year that is kinda central to both. Second half of the year I will be back at the Uni doing research. Most of the time I will be out of the house and only really around in the evenings. I'm aiming to work on the weekends at one of the swimming pools, so I shouldn't be too bothersome. Cheers!
I'm a fun, friendly South African who loves having laugh so I'll definitely bring some atmosphere to the table. I'm seen as outgoing but I also enjoy having a bit of time to myself... Over the years I've definitely become a person who prefers a neat and tidy home so I do clean up after myself and would def expect a flatmate to do the same. I'm over the party stage of my life but I will def not mind sharing a drink and a few laughs with a roomy every now and then. I love my sport and I recently started going to the gym so it would be nice if I could find a mate to drag to the golf-course or tennis court every so often. Even though I'm trying to live a healthy lifestyle it wouldn't be a deal breaker if your not. Anyway, that's me, Cheerio!!
Im a neat & tidy non smoker. Good cook and easy to get along with. I don't have a pet but you can have one. I love dogs :) I work pretty normal hours usually 6/7am till 2/3pm so similar working hours would be best so we don't wake up eachother up in the mornings ect. I won't be throwing parties in the house so kind of expect the same.
Our place: -Beautiful big home in Buderim backing on to natural bush. -Nice sized pool with pool chairs to lounge around on beautiful sunny days. - Bedroom is large and can come furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Just need to bring your own linen. Big wardrobe with shelves, drawers and hanging space. - Close to the uni (can walk or ride a bike there) - Internet, water, electricity included in rent (however if you are excessively using you will need to chip in a little more) - Looking at getting a fortnightly cleaner so you can choose to have your room included or keep it clean yourself. Things to know: - Must love animals, we have two spoilt dogs and a few chickens (fresh eggs!) We will consider someone with a well-trained pet (sorry no cats) but we will have to meet the pet and make sure they get along with our pups. No rabbits, guinea-pigs etc, one of our dogs is a bit of a hunter - We are environmentally conscious (but not anal about it) so we don't leave unnecessary lights on, we rarely use the air conditioner, we recycle and compost. So our new room mate needs to be of the same mind set - Strictly no smokers, and visiting friends can not smoke near the house
Heyaaa, I'm 19 years old. I'm easy to talk to and love a chat! I also respect privacy & clean up after myself. I've moved up from Brisbane so I'm looking for people that are easy to get along with & friends who would also like to hang out on weekends. I'm a big time animal lover! I have a 6 year old moodle thats very friendly and gets on well with other animals/people (shown in profile). I work full time during the week so I enjoy relaxing afterwards and like to socialise on the weekends.
I am a third year student studying Primary Education. I have had a lot of positive experiences living in a variety of conditions with diverse roommates. I am easy to get along with but mostly keep to myself. I am tidy in shared living areas. My hobbies include learning and writing music, playing video games and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have been living in Montville for a year and am looking for a place to stay that is closer to the university.
Looking for suitable accommodation for myself and 12 year old - preferably a self contained granny flat or similar. We have recently returned to the Sunshine Coast after living overseas for the past four years. We have previously lived in share house style accommodation with no issues. We live busy lives, aren't home most afternoons and child is away every second weekend. I am an employed Marketing Communications Professional. Great rental references. Easy going, clean & respectable.
