I’ve been living in Melbourne for just under a year, but I’m currently a bit too far from the CBD for my work, so I’m looking for a cosy place in an inner-Melbourne suburb. I’m pretty flexible on which suburb, as long as it’s within about 20-30 mins on public transport to the CBD. I’ve got a car, so I’ll need somewhere with decent parking — street parking is totally fine as long as it’s reliable.
I come with a little bonus housemate — my almost 2-year-old Cavoodle, Winston 🐶 He’s only 6kg, super friendly, house-trained, and has happily lived with both dogs and cats before. Being part poodle, he’s also hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed (big win!). He’s lived in apartments before and doesn’t need a huge yard — just some love, pats, and a few walks.
I work full-time in HR/Recruitment and study post-grad part-time, so life’s pretty busy. Outside of that, you’ll usually find me exploring new beaches and parks with Winston, doing pilates, hunting down yummy vegan food spots, or binge-watching reality TV. I’m still fairly new to Melbourne, so I’m always up for checking out concerts, shows, sports games, or just finding hidden gems around the city.
I’d love to live somewhere that feels like home — where we can hang out sometimes, have a wine or watch a movie, but also respect each other’s space. I’m clean, tidy, and super respectful, and I’ve lived in sharehouses for most of my 20s, so I totally get the importance of good vibes, open communication, and alone time.
I’m flexible with move-in dates (ideally September) and would like to be on the lease.
