I'm a 29-year-old male who works full time in Applied Research (AI/Computer science.). I'm fairly social and love meeting new people but I am usally at work all day (incl.weekends sometimes), so would not be home very much. Looking for a quiet place, close to my office (Cremone/Richmond area). I'm clean, tidy, organised & and very easy going. I'm a clear communicator, very respectful of people's space & boundaries and I try to always be considerate. My interests are physics, AI, neuroscience, art, history but I like meeting people from all walks of life. Beyond the general nerdiness, I sketch/paint and I used to really enjoy tinkering with cars & motorbikes. I get along with pretty much anyone/I'm not super fussy, as long as it's not too wild especially on work nights and people are respectful etc. Walking distance would be the primary criteria, convenience to the office etc. Would be staying either 3-6 months, or long term 1yr+ if it's the right vibe.

I have a 3 year old English Staffy, he is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. Does not destroy anything other than his toys, does not dig, does not bark and does not shed hair. He loves cuddles on the couch!

I am very chilled, can bring furniture or sell mine if needed, (would prefer to keep my bedroom set) - fully able to pay rent and bills on time. I’m respectful and have manners, don’t have friends over all the time. I like my home to feel safe and not just like I’m living in someone else’s house. I’m clean, my cat is fully indoor trained he just sleeps all day. There is a law that allows all rentals to have a pet. I’m easy to get along with, I must mention I do smoke a joint some nights before bed (medicinal) so nothing illegal here. Not a drinker. I’m a chilled person who loves books, candles and fresh flowers. Looking at moving in between 15th-22nd of August give or take.
