    Osama

    $250/week27 year old man

My name is Osama. I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I run my own businesses here and overseas, which gives me a stable income, and I sometimes take on side projects or gigs just for fun and variety. I also continue my psychology studies at Swinburne University from time to time — it’s an ongoing interest that I dip in and out of, though not my main focus. I live simply and travel light. For me, a home is more about the people in it than the things inside it. I don’t have a fixed location in mind as long as it’s within Melbourne and feels open, welcoming, and not like a cage. I really love animals — I enjoy seeing them in the wild or in big open spaces with other pets. That said, I prefer not to live with indoor pets, so I’ll admire them from a respectful distance and call myself the “weird guy” who loves animals best when they’re free. What I value most in a home is a calm and respectful atmosphere. I like living with people who are kind, mindful, and open to communication. I’m easygoing and considerate, clean in shared spaces, and a non-smoker. Socially, I enjoy balance — sometimes sharing a tea, meal, or movie, and other times enjoying quiet independence. Either way, I respect the rhythm of those I live with. I’m drawn to households that lean toward intentional or mindful living: open communication, simple routines, and the sense that home is a place of belonging, not just a roof. I’m not interested in dealing with agents, because I don’t see living as a business transaction. I’d rather share a space with people who value community and comfort over profit. NOTE: The first 3 months are just to make sure everyone’s happy — after that, my plan is to stay for years. My budget is flexible with bills, and I’m happy to add up to $50+ if there’s a good reason. I can also be flexible with the moving date if needed — anywhere between November and December works for me if that helps. That was me in a nutshell — if you think I’d be a good fit, please reach out. And if any questions come your way, ask away, I don’t bite :) Thank you.

    Celina

    $250/week35 year old woman

Hey, I’m Celina, 35 😊 I’ve spent a lot of time travelling, mostly around Asia, and after a little while back home I decided to head off again and explore Australia. I’ve now visited almost every state and territory, and I’m currently based in Melbourne. Back home I worked in the online gaming industry for about 10 years, and these days I'm working full-time as a fundraiser for one of my oldest friends from the UK. In my downtime, I love reading, meditating, going to the gym, grabbing a coffee, and occasionally playing poker. I rarely drink and I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I’m always up for hanging out, sharing a meal, and having a good chat. I’m super chill and easygoing - I’m happy in a quiet household or a social one, though I’m not really a party girl anymore 🫣😝 A bit more about me: I was born in London and grew up in Spain, which I call home. My dad is Bosnian and my mum Irish, so I’m a soulful mix! I’m into alternative vibes and deeper meanings, so I really enjoy conversations that wander down the rabbit hole. I’m very spiritual but not in a cheesy way 😅 Music-wise, I mostly love rock but have become pretty eclectic over the years. And I’m a huge animal lover, so if there are cats or dogs in the house, I’m totally sold! At home I like to keep things tidy, respect people’s space, and make life easy for everyone. I’m reliable, friendly, and looking forward to finding a place that feels like home with some lovely housemates 🤗
