Also that it is our (tenants) responsibility to ensure those values are not forgotten or ignored. Everyone wants to join an ideal clean beautiful household but those qualities are lost if the people entering have lower standards than those who originally maintained it. The ideal new tenant would be one who joins withought there being any dip in house standards or breech of lease. I think that's very important. I like the idea of leaving things better than I found them or at least the same. Never worse. I'll be sending many messages/expressions of interest and hope to secure accommodation very soon.
