I am tidy person in shared spaces who has previous experience living with other flatmates. I love to cook, so expect the air to be filled with delicious smelling vegetarian meals and baked goods. I am easy going and while I like to be sociable and have my friends round for a meal occasionally, I need a place that is restful and a good place for me to study.
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.

Only a short distance to Eastern Freeway, Deakin University, Schools, and Forest Hill Chase. Large living areas, master bedroom with ensuite, and outdoor living terrace. Hey! My name's Katie, and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying music at university- I sing, play guitar and piano. I love watching TV and lazing around for a night. I love animals, cooking, going out to gigs or to the movies. I'm sociable but appreciate my own space, as I'll give you yours. I'm also tidy and clean up after myself!
Hey there, I'm Nadia. 20 this year and of mixed heritage from Malaysia. Will be in Melbourne in mid of June for further studies. I'm looking for a place to rent or a room in a house-shared with anyone or students from Deakin as well. I tend to be pretty shy at first but will blend in the more we chat. I love outdoor activities and will usually go out during the weekends or my spare time. Budget p/w: 150A$ and below Anyways, I hope I'll be in what I'm looking for if not that's also fine with me. - Tidy and clean environment - Outgoing and friendly house mates - If my mom can come over for hols visit (negotiatable) - It's fine with me if you smoke but not infront of me as my nose sometimes will get too sensitive or if you don't its fine as I don't smoke but vapes. (not an active vaper as before) - Doesn't mind having a meal tgt/up for a chat or maybe a day/night out. - Helpful in household things. - Does their individual chores. I hope we get along well if we're to be housemates or anything haha.
Hey guys! Nice to meet you :) I'm friendly, laid-back, tidy and respectful. I work part-time at Deakin Uni (Burwood) and am interning part-time in the humanitarian sector. I'm very sociable but also pretty busy so I often come home and introvert. I'm not interested in party houses as I'm more of a board-game-night/quiet-dinner type of girl. Looking to live in a friendly house with people who are happy to share a glass of wine occasionally but are also respectful of personal space. Open communication is also really important to me. Non-smoker and vegetarian (but not judgemental about it). Seeking a place with good public transport to Deakin and the CBD because I don't have a car. My lease is up September 15th so looking to move between September 1st and 15th. Ideally looking for something maximum $185 p/w including bills. Shoot me a message if you think I'd fit into your home :) P.S. Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats so if you have a cat in your household please disclose this.

Hi there, We are looking to share a room with two single beds. My friend is a student working part time and I'm working full time. We are best friends since childhood and we like to keep our privacy and will respect other's as well. We are very friendly and and like to socialize with anyone. We also like to keep our personal space and things neat and tidy and preferably expect it from other share mates as well especially in public/share areas such as kitchen, bathroom, toilet etc. We both love pets of any kind specially cats and dogs and don't mind if there is a pet in the house. We do not drink or smoke and we prefer a place where no one smokes.
Hi, I'm looking to move into an accommodation with my brother who is currently working in Burwood East, Melbourne. It would be great if i could get a room somewhere nearby in a quite and peaceful vicinity. We maintain and respect people's privacy and personal space. Thank you.
Our home is very well located in Burwood East, corner of Burwood Hwy and Blackburn Road. We have Tram 75 and busses 732,735,703 literally in front of the house. Opposite the house is 24hr Kmart and Coles, Aldi, food court, fruit shops, asian groceries, medical centre, pharmacy, Nandos, Schnitz and much other specialty shops. Our place is suitable for someone who is independent, looking for a clean, fully furnished, weekly maintained house and much more than just a place to stay. The house is centrally heated, large living area, laundry facilities including dryer machine and other kitchen utensils required. We prefer someone who is tidy, responsible but who also likes to have fun and socialise with.
22 year old female looking for a house/room/granny flat - a place to call home! :) Have just finished uni and now working full time in a grad position. I have lived both by myself and in share houses before so would like to think I know how it all works by now :) I work pretty long hours most days so would be out of everyone's hair for most parts during the week. But would like nothing more than to come home to some friendly faces and maybe even share a bottle of wine if everyone is around. I'm reliable and easy going, would like to think I'm easy to get along with :) not a fan of drama or bad vibes. Just looking for some cool people to live with that like to have a laugh without being a party house. Ready to move anytime just need a couple of weeks notice to pack and move around working hours. Message me if you think I would suit your house or would like to know more :)
Great location. approx. 700m to Burwood One shopping centre. Two rooms available. Very close to Trams, Bus stops, and few minutes by bus to Syndal train station. One bedroom with king single bed and the other room has a queen bed. Only one bedroom will be available from the 31st July. Nice, clean neighbourhood. Mostly furnished fresh, clean, tidy and good size rooms. Separate bathroom and toilet. Ducted heating.
Hi all, We've got one room available in a great 3 bedroom house in Burwood East! You will be sharing with two young female professionals (28 and 27). There currently isn't an exact availability date (it's all pending our current housemate leaving as well as real estate approval) and is located upstairs along with a big bathroom that is shared between the two upstairs roomies (yourself and Gemma). Downstairs is the living/kitchen space (huge open plan space), laundry, separate toilet, study and two outdoor spaces along with the third bedroom. Street parking is always available most often right out the front or garage space in the double lock up garage may be negotiable. Looking for someone who is respectful of others, clean and tidy but also looking to join a home and have a chat now and then, maybe do some cooking and eating together, and be a great addition to the house! All of the bedrooms plus the main lounge area have split system air-con/heating units, and there's a fan in the study, so no worries about being too hot or cold no matter what the season! Bills are not included (shared three ways - water and electricity are quarterly, gas bi-monthly, unlimited internet monthly), and rent is paid monthly. Great location, 5 mins walk from tram line (Route 75), short walk/drive to shops. You won't need to bring anything but yourself and what you want/need in your room - the rest of the house is pretty much sorted, although there will be room if you have anything particular you would like! We're looking for people who are willing to stay at least 12 months and be included on the lease arrangement - sorry, no pets allowed! Please feel free to message if you think you'd be a good addition to our house and are interested in coming by and having a look at the place and having a chat! (Rent will be $730 per calendar month plus bond - not including bills) Thanks and looking forward to meeting you, Christina and Gemma :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hello Everyone, So a little about us; We're both tidy, we like our privacy and respect others privacy as well, and we also love a good chat with the housemates we do live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. We do eat more towards a vegan diet, (we don't mind if you don't). We are looking for a nice homey feel, a big backyard/frontyard and a big room. If we can find all of that, it would be awesome. :)
The room is extremely spacious, with large cupboards and a lovely view of the front garden. The house is set in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport and shops. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extensive garden. You will be sharing with 2 female housemates, as well as two cats. Internet is included in the rent. The House The house is fully furnished, including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD and kitchen with all appliances /utensils. The room is unfurnished, with a massive built in wardrobe (4 doors) and the room is able to accommodate a king bed easily as well as desk/chair/drawers. There is a large kitchen, dining room and living room, with a beautiful green backyard (including a clothes line). The main living area and bedrooms are all floorboards, with central heating. As there are 2 bathrooms you would only be sharing this with one other person. Transport/Location The closest Tram Stop is a ten minute walk away (Burwood Hwy/Blackburn Rd), 5 min walk to bus routes 736, 735, 703, 10 minute drive to Blackburn Station/Nunawading Station. There is plenty of on street parking with no parking restrictions. Nearby is Burwood One (Aldi, Coles, K-Mart, Fruit Shop etc) and Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. There is also easy access to nearby gyms and Aqua-Link Swim Centre. You will... Someone who is friendly, considerate and respectful of personal privacy is a must. We like to keep communal spaces spick and span (kitchen, bathroom etc), so cleanliness is also highly valued. Money Stuff Rent is $692 per month, plus bills. Bond is $700, and 4 weeks notice must be given before moving out. Unlimited wi-fi* internet is included in rent, other bills (electricity, water, gas) is to be equally divided. Please note you will be expected to go on the lease (which is month by month), and provide appropriate paperwork to the real estate agent. *Internet to be used for general browsing, not heavy downloading, gaming etc. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please email us with a little bit of information about yourself. No couples and no smokers/drug users sorry.
Hi, I'm Matt. I'm 28 and easy to get along with. Used to live by myself, so I'm self sufficient and clean. I can be social or keep to myself. Always pay my bills on time. I have a Border Collie named Archie, he is incredibly shy, looks after himself mostly and doesn't bark or get aggressive. I work fairly long hours. I am a sharing person. I like to cook. I follow most sports. Cheers.
Hey! I'm Katherine and I'm looking for a place to stay. I'm a third year Arts student majoring in Crim and Politics. In my spare time I enjoy going out to gigs, going for hikes and walks, watching movies and hanging out with friends. I also love to cook, so a regular house dinner every week or so is definitely on the cards! I'd say I'm pretty tidy and friendly, but won't infringe on others space. Looking to find a home with like minded people!
500m to trains and buses, 10min walk to Burwood One Mall with Coles and Kmart. House equipped with all amenities with heating and air-con, BBQ. I am building a deck in the back for chill out, reading and sunbathing. Only house rule are respectful and non-smoking.
I am a quiet tidy mature age student who enjoys cooking, dancing, watching dvds, reading, watching AFL (I am a diehard Saints supporter) and although I enjoy socialising with others, I also enjoy having time alone and quiet moments so I can study, read, etc. I respect your privacy and belongings, but expect the same in return.
