I am an international student finishing my undergraduate studies in software technology at Swinburne. I work part time and would love to share accomodation with anyone. I am not exactly a neat freak but I do keep clean and organised like a normal person. :) I'm usually a quiet person, but would love to hang out with a close group of friends and have fun every once in a while. I love music and film.
I am a very easy going, fun person who loves to have a laugh :) Am very tidy and can be both friendly around the house and engage in conversation or respect individual privacy and let you do your own thing :) I love sports and don't mind going out on the weekend occasionally too
I am a mature student from Malaysia, will be studying at HolmesGlen (waverly campus), will arrive Melbourne mid January 2017. I am a clean & tidy person, non-smoker and responsible.
Hello! I am 22 years old and I am moving to Melbourne from country Victoria. I am a registered nurse that has just accepted a full time job at knox private hospital. I am looking to move in sometime after christmas as my start date for my new job is the 9th of January. I am social, fun and easy going. I am tidy and respectful to personal space but do also like to go out for dinner and drinks. I am looking forward to moving to melbourne and meeting some new people.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living in Doncaster but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then as opposed to those who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play guitar (but promise I won't make noise) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Hey guys, I have a room available from November 15th and would like to find someone genuine and laid back to live with. I'm easy going and enjoy hanging out with friends, tv, movies and videogames. Pretty cruisy with most things however, do prefer to keep tidy. I don't need to live a display home, but someone who picks up after themselves (your room is your business though!) is preferred. The room is good size and fit a double/queen bed with plenty of space and built in robe. The house is close to Deakin Uni, and a 2 minute walk to Woolworths/shops and Tram 75 (in front of RSPCA). If you drive, you can find the 24 hour Coles and Kmart only minutes away as well. You'll have access to wifi, a bbq, air conditioning, gas heater, an awesome backyard with under cover area for bbqs etc and all bills are split 3 ways. If any of the above appeals to you or if you've got any questions, send me a message!
Walk to Deakin uni., excellent location, shopping square, tram 75, bus 733 and 736 are only 1 min. away. Bus goes directly to Monash uni., Clayton, Mount Waverley and Boxhill. I'm originally from the country and move to Melbourne to study full time. I'm about to start my second year of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin Uni. I enjoy sports, being active and socialising with mates. I like a chat and some drinks but also enjoy my own time and I am respectful of others. I am tidy and clean up after myself and I always pay bills and rent on time.
Hi i am Sarab. I'm from India. Will be joining Deakin University to study full time course from feb 2017. In search of a place near the uni only. Very friendly person, love to hang out with friends, like some privacy as well and also respect the privacy of others too. NOTE: If you are Manchester United fan then we could actually be a great team ;-)
Hey, I'll be joining Deakin University in the month of February. I am looking for a shared apartment with two or three flat mates. They may or may not be of the same university. I'm a very friendly person. Like to keep my home neat and tidy. I love travelling. I play a few sports too. Hanging out with friends and having an occasional beer with my flatmates is something I enjoy. That being said, I also love some quiet time. I understand an individuals 'Privacy' well and appreciate the house sharing etiquette.
Hi! I'm studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I'm looking for a share house with some chill people after living in student accommodation for three years. I'm hoping for people I can have a good time with, whether that means a few drinks or a quiet night on the couch. I'm quiet, clean, and easy-going. I do smoke, but I'm respectful about it, and NEVER inside or around people who are uncomfortable with it. My current lease is up in early Feb, so a mid/late January move would be awesome.
I am easy going, love being outdoors and being active but am also not opposed to lazing on the couch. I am quite considerate as I enjoy living in a clean and comfortable space. I am a young professional working full time.
Hi there, My name is Tanya I am 32 years old and I work full-time in Clayton in Administration. I am currently living on the North side and I am looking to relocate closer to work. It has been 10 months now since i got here and recently finished my 2nd semester. I am looking for a ROOM either in a shared house or apartment with friendly, laid-back and tidy housemates but it would be highly considered if the place is furnished and close to Uni. So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
