My name is Obim Iwebuke, 33 years old straight male currently studying (international student) my Masters in Information systems at Deakin University (Burwood) I'm currently living at Forest Hill 3131 which is a bit far from the campus and have been stressed journeying to school each day especially in the evenings when the buses have stopped running I am preparing for my next trimester which starts early November and will prefer a room closest to Deakin campus. I'm studious and party occasionally but don't consider me as a party freak :), I'm a professional I'm a conversationalist thus will like living with housemates who are willing to socialise and at the same time respecting one another’s boundaries I don't need to brag about my cleanliness, you'll be shocked how I take care of myself. I like jogging/exercising around the Garden creeks (located behind Deakin Library), cycling, cooking good food

Hey! I am Anmol Rattan Singh Sidhu ( It's a long name :P ), I am from India and I have studied Computer Science for two years in ICAS and as an international transfer student I will be joining Deakin University in Feb 2017. I will be studying and hopefully participating in something extracurricular so I won't be constantly in the room. I tend to study at night, not every single night but just when I feel like I have to. I will definitely be doing homework and assignments every day. Most of the time my bedroom is clean. I don't drink or smoke, not even occasionally. I am not against it but now that's just a part of my lifestyle and I don't prefer smokers. I don't prefer loud music around or in the room, I think headphones/earphones are a pretty good invention. I can be sarcastic at times, but not all the time (hopefully). I am an extrovert, very friendly but choosy when it comes to spending time with someone. I am an active person and clean guy, I am a fitness enthusiast and I go to the gym regularly, I am an open minded person with scientific abilities and have a refined taste in psychology, philosophy, history and art. I have systematically studied about few religions; now unsystematically stabs at their theology. I love to talk about life, politics and anything that gives me a braingasm. I’d be okay with anyone gay, straight, bi, black, white, brown, blue, green whatever. I don't party much, but I am a fun loving guy. Trust me, you will never get bored when I am around and I am an avid reader too, I love to read good books and I am always open to new ideas, whether it's for a startup or selecting a new restaurant for dinner. I have short hair, short nails, my socks doesn't smell bad and I have some sense of fashion. Message me if you're interested in rooming.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Uni student who works 30+ hours a week. I enjoy getting to know people and am quick to make friends. I spend the most of my time working or studying, but I enjoy social outings to the cities and events (such as gin festivals) and camping/hiking. I'm a clean and responsible person who has never been late on rent or had bond withheld.

Hey guys, we have a room available mid-November and would like someone to come and take it. We are two guys, 24 and 30. We're pretty easy going, one very quiet and mostly keeps to himself and the other very social and outgoing. It's a good balance. Hanging out, tv, movies, videogames are hobbies we enjoy. We're very cruisy with most things however, we would like someone that picks up after themselves. We don't want to live in a display home, but we expect you to clean up and take part in weekly chores to make sure the house stays neat/tidy for all (your room is your business though!) The room is a good size and fits a double/queen bed with space surrounding. It also has a built-in robe for clothes etc. We're close to Deakin Uni, and a 2 minute walk to Woolworths/shops and Tram 75 (in front of RSPCA). If you drive, you can find the 24 hour Coles and Kmart only minutes away as well. All bills in the house are split 3 ways to keep things fair. Happy for someone who wants to hang out and chat around the house or someone who likes their own space in their room and keep to themselves each day, as long as the dynamic works in the house. Prefer no couples and non-smokers but it's not a deal breaker if you smoke outside. You'll have access to wifi, a bbq, air conditioning, gas heater, an awesome backyard with under cover area and even a garage that can be for a car or any other set up really. If any of the above appeals to you, by all means hit us up! If you've got any questions, fire away. Pics of the room are up now!

Sharing the house with myself (29/f) and my b/f. Most suitable for students or similar young professional. Most commonly I've had people moving out of home for the first time as there are all the comforts of home here :) I live in a great area, close to transport for Monash or Deakin Uni. 24hr land, The Glen and Forest Hill Chase also nearby. Please email or text me to arrange a meeting. Cheers. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hello, I'm studying full time for the next 9-10 months (engineering) and looking for a room. I'm tidy, organised, and reliable with about 10 years of housesharing experience behind me. I mostly do my own thing and I'm always busy and never sit around on the couch. I lived in my last flat for 3 years in Brunswick, but I'm moving east to avoid the inner city traffic. I need a safe off-street parking spot. Look forward to finding out more about your place. Thanks.
-Studying Communications and Digital Media at Deakin -Will be in my second year next year -Clean & courteous -Friendly -Love to socialise- but respects your privacy & downtime
Moving to Melbourne for my Masters in Deakin Uni this November. Clean and Tidy is how I live and what i am looking for in a place. Fun loving and ready to hang out once in a while or in the weekends, but always respect privacy and hope for the same in return. would be more than happy to help out with the house chores. Don't have pets but do not mind having them around.
All bills and wifi included in the price. The house is fully equiped with a washing machine, drier, dishwasher, 2 clotheslines, a bath and shower, a pottery wheel, a Piano, a plant called Monty, a gas heater and split system, several guitars you are welcome to play, a stereogram which plays records happily, a fruit bowl, and regularly replenished fresh flowers. There is no television. A projector is hiding in the coffee table and comes out on movie nights. Movie nights are whenever you can be bothered setting up the projector :D. There are some herbs and veggies growing out the back, as well as fig trees and a fejoa tree. There's a gas grill BBQ and a weber, and an outdoor table. I grow flowers for fun. The helebores are just finishing, and the lilies are just getting started.
Located on Burwood Hwy, corner of Burwood Hwy and Blackburn Road. Opposite 24hr Kmart and Coles. Stroll walk to shops, tram and bus stop. House is clean, tidy and well looked after. Furnished, all bills and wifi internet included. Suits for Deakin Burwood, Monash Clayton, Holmesglen Glen Waverley, Swinburne Hawthorn and Boxhill tafe students.
I'm thinking of moving out next year at 17. Although I am pretty young, I'm really responsible and mature. I currently do most of the housework in my parents home, in fact I love cleaning and refuse to let other people clean because I think I do it best :D I'm very socially apt and love interacting with people, though I do respect people's boundaries and personal space expect the same in return. I have a part time job at a Mexican restaurant and I currently go to high school, 2017 will be my final year! I am very passionate about ethics, human and other animals' rights, and volunteer at a couple of advocacy and charity organizations. As part of my compassion, I follow a vegan ethic. I do not however, try to "turn" anyone vegan or "push my beliefs" onto anyone, I respect people's lives and am just as compassionate toward humans as I am towards other animals <3
Hi, pals. I'm Chris, from China. I'm a student in Deakin and study early childhood education. I'm an easy going and sporty person. Ice skating is my favorite sport. I live in an old shared house now, I'm frightened by spiders or other insects sometimes. That's why I am looking for a clean and furnished shared house with 3 or 4 flatmates
I am 25 years old and working full-time as a gardener in burwood east. I love playing and recording music, anything from metal to electronic dance music. I would consider myself to be a bit of an introvert, keeping to myself but also happy to socialize also. I believe in cleaning up after myself and always keep a clean tidy area.
I've lived out of home for a few years so I'm reliable with bills. I enjoy cooking for myself and others, I'm friendly and easy to get along with, and I'm quiet/won't keep you up with loud music on a Tuesday night.
