The gardens are very picturesque, the location is very convenient and the city views stunning. Fully furnished with desk, wardrobe, bed, side tables, drawers. A great place to live. Near to all facilities such as Camberwell Train Station and Burke Rd shops and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Prefer people who are independent, working or studying, and have their own interests ... friendly and easygoing. $300 single; $370 couple including bills and wifi
Unreal location, super close to Camberwell Station ~ 2 min walk (Alamein, Belgrave, Lilydale lines) and the 70/72/72 trams, ~15mins walk to Swinburne University. Its a large, 3 bedroom place, with big living and dining rooms and a front yard. There are 2 rooms at the back of the place, master up front with the shared areas in between. Plenty of off street parking, one permit spot, one off street spot and a lock up garage (although primarily used for storage)
The house has an incredibly spacious lounge room that feels amazing to chill out in when the sun streams through in the morning. The bedroom pictured is medium sized and easily fits a queen bed as well my desk, lil shelf and armchair. Also has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated recently. Kitchen has a gas hob, party light and little dining room attached to it as well. The property also has a garage, we use it for storage, and communal outdoor areas used by all the units. There are lovely gas radiators around the house that make the place very toasty in winter and are so cheap to run! The fine deets: 2 minute walk from Camberwell station and the 72 tram, 10 minute walk to the 70 and 75 trams!! Located on Burke Rd in junction, so a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are at your disposal. Not to mention you're a stone's throw from the camby market! The bond ($1274) and a month's rent ($1019.20) will be required up front and I will be transferring my part of the lease. You will need give some details to the landlord but ultimately our decision about who moves in, not theirs. The room can come with a bed + base otherwise we will be donating it! We are looking for someone who can move in before the 25/01 but the date can be flexible. Hit us up so we can organise a time to meet 🤠
*UPDATE* One bedroom available The flat is conveniently located in the Camberwell Junction, where we are surrounded by public transport, and amenities. Within a few minutes walk, you will have reached grocery stores (Coles/Woolworths/Aldi), gyms (Goodlife/Anytime fitness), and various retail outlets. With a 1 minute walk out the door you will have the 70 and 75 Trams, 5 minutes is the 72 Tram, and 10 minutes down the road is the Camberwell Train station. Regretfully, the two current tenants will be ending their lease early, so you must be willing to sign off on the remainder of the 6 month lease. On offer are two (unfurnished) bedrooms that very comfortably fit a double bed and with built in wardrobes, one bathroom/laundry, an open, high ceiling common area (lounge/dining), kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and most kitchenware, storage space, and a balcony. I am looking for two new housemates (*strictly no couples*) between the ages of 22-30 to fill the two bedrooms soon to be available. Ideally you will be studying and/or working full time, chill, but extremely clean and responsible, respectful, open minded, and honest. There is a $500 bond, with monthly payments of $670 ($160 p/w rent, internet an additional $30 each a month), bills are not included in the rent, however it is split equally between 3 people. One room is available to move into on the 29th of January, while the second room is available approximately the same time/middle of February. Please tell me a little about yourself, and we can go from there.

I am coming back from an exchange in Amsterdam and I need a new place to live while I complete my final year of university! I am studying sustainability and environmental management at Deakin, Burwood. I had a casual job at McDonalds which I'm sure I will be able to get back, but if not, my centrelink payments and savings are more than enough to pay for my rent until I find a new one. I have lived in three different share houses since moving out at 18 and have always paid my rent on time. I am a very organised and clean person and I would like to share a house with just one, two or perhaps three housemates that also know how to clean up after themselves. I also have a pet snake, I always keep her enclosure in my room. I know that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of living with a snake, and if so I promise you will never have to see her.
I'm a young working professional looking for a place to stay (6 months min to long term). I work in Surrey Hills, so prefer to live nearby. I have my own bed and furniture so I'm open to an unfurnished room. I'm an easy going girl and looking for a quiet place to share with females only.
Hi, I'm a mature, quiet, well educated (Arts/law), responsible female currently working for the Vic Dep't of Education and Training. I'm looking for a share house or apartment / unit with 1 or 2 other females ONLY. Alternatively, I would consider a good quality 1 br or studio unit or granny flat to lease on my own. (A small granny flat attached to a main home, for example, would be ideal.) If a share house/unit, I'm after a good sized unfurnished room preferably with my own ensuite in great condition but would also consider a share bathroom situation. I'm very independent and busy so am not home a great deal. I'm fit and active, live a healthy lifestyle and am a non-smoker. I'm good for a chat but also very considerate and respect people's privacy and am reliable with household chores. I hold a current Vic working with check card and national police certificate. I'm looking for a minimum 12 mths accommodation starting from January 2019 but am very flexible on the move in date. Thank you !
I am relocating from Darwin to Melbourne's East and am looking to move into an established house with a mate (2 bedrooms), or we can team up and find a house together. I'm easy-going and can make friends with just about anyone. I'm definitely flexible on most aspects of the house like number of roommates/furnished or not/own bathroom etc. Swing us a message if this sounds like a fit for you.
I only moved to Melbourne in June last year from Canberra for work. I am not a party animal and tend to work longish hours in the Insurance sector. I pay my bills on time and know how to clean up after myself, some weekends you wont see me at all cause I'm exploring Melbourne and others I potentially be Netflix bingeing.
Hey! My name is Claudia, I’m an apprentice barber working full time. Love a good chat, loves making music, loves camping and being outside. Always down for a beer but spend a lot of time doing my own thing as well. I would really like to find a chill house of like minded people who clean up after themselves and all get along well :)
Hi! My name is Andie Schuwer. A 24 year old girl from the Netherlands. I'm currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. I work full time in a cafe in Hawthorn so during most of the days I won't be home. I'm a very clean, neat, easy going and sociable person. My hobbies include soccer, running, Netflix bingewatchen and I'm always in for a drink. I don't smoke, no allergies. If you have any questions shoot me a message! hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Andie
Hello, I’m Victor, 25, a Finance & Strategy professional working full time in the CBD. I enjoy being active and teach group fitness and play tennis in my spare time. I normally work 9 to 6 but also have some early mornings or late nights depending on my work schedule. I am also studying my Chartered Accountancy so am fairly busy during the week and weekend during the module terms. I’m clean, polite and happy to do my fair share of housework. Happy to chat with my housemate or keep to myself. I enjoy relaxing, catching up with friends and sleeping in on the weekends rather than going out for a late night. Ideally looking for a modern apartment with an unfurnished room, air conditioning, space to park my car (can be on or off street) and is close to public transport.
