This house honestly has the best location, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the main street of Camberwell, Camberwell train station, shopping centre and gym. It take 15-20 minutes to get to the city via train, and 20 minutes to Deakin uni via tram if you're studying :) It' super cosy but spacious too, so it's very easy to have your own space. The room for rent is a bit on the smaller size, but still fits a double bed, desk / drawers ect :) Pet friendly!! More photos coming soon

Coles and other shops are just a 2min walk to Burke road.
Only an 8 minute walk to Camberwell station and close to Route 70, 72 and 75 trams.10-15 minutes to the CBD. 20 mins to Deakin. Absolutely fantastic location - very central yet quiet. Walking distance to Camberwell shopping precinct, Camberwell train station, Auburn train station, Swinburne, Rivoli, Fritsch Holzer Park, etc. Large 4 bedroom home including large kitchen, a lounge rooms, 1 shared bathroom, but the room comes with an ensuite for 846pcm. The house has a large front and backyard, with a garden that is maintained by a gardener (included in rent). The house is furnished, the room is partially furnished or unfurnished (negotiable). The house has ducted heating. Bills are additional to the rent and split x4, always seem pretty low. Internet wi fi is set up at the house, and available at a small cost. The people you will be sharing with are hoping to find a friendly, considerate, and respectful professional looking to share a great house. It's not a party house, and is very quiet during the week while everyone gets their beauty sleep. The current lease goes until mid-December and will likely be extended for another year if you'll be interested. The move in date is somewhat flexible (late August - early September), can be shifted back a little or moved forward by a day or two. No couples please.
This modern apartment is convenient to all forms of transport - trams just outside the building and Camberwell train station just a 10 minute walk away. I am a young male moving from Newcastle, NSW to Melbourne for work. I enjoy most sports, exploring new bars and interacting with other people. I am a very social person who is looking to begin a new adventure here in Melbourne. I'm easy to get along with and respect others personal space. If you've got anything let me know!
Hi all! I'm a Masters student studying at Swinburne. I'm looking for a room from the start of September to mid October (7 weeks) as my hours at uni greatly increase for that block period, making the commute from Geelong a bit gruelling during that time. I'm easy going, quiet, clean and will be spending most of my time studying. I'll mostly likely travel back to Geelong in the middle of the week for a night and probably on weekends as well. Shoot me a message if you have something available :)
I love making food and listening to jazz. Can easily demolish a bottle or two of wine and would love a place that has dogs!!! Studying Event Management at Swinburne and I work part-time in retail and hospo. I'm currently into making jewellery and eating every pickled thing I can get my hands on!! I'm sociable but respect downtime but I would very love to have housemates that are not only someone to live with but to chill and gossip and drink lovely cheap wine with :) also VERY allergic to cats, so I can't live with a cat, sorry!
G'day there reader, I am full timer 9-5 working in the CBD ready to move to a new private room. I really enjoy a place where people talk, but totally respectful of spaces. I'm usually quite reserved around new people but once I feel safe I enjoy touching on many topics and chatting away. I like to be passionate about the environment and nature, have always been open to discovering music or movies and do love pets.
Hi I'm Madi! I'm 24, I work full-time as an accountant. Currently living in South Melb but the lease is up in September and looking for a place with a shorter commute to work (working in eastern suburbs). I'm an easy going and considerate person and looking for a social household to join. I'm good for a laugh, seinfeld references and sharing dumplings.
I am here to pursue an education in hospitality and now I have also been taking a part-time work in the same field. I don't do anything extraordinary and I can maintain and respect privacy. But if you want to have a chat, watch movie, brunch, Netflix, I'd gladly say yes! I am clean in general, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. :)
i like to be clean without be an absolute pain in the ass about things. Enjoy the occasional chat. interested in most things under the sun. special preference to nerdy, geeky, science-y stuff. love gaming and music. Currently studying Visual Arts and Design.
Hello all I am Forough. I was studying Information system at Swinburne Univerdity of Technology I like art, good music and movie I am in love with tennis, yoga, running and etc.
Hi there! :) I'm Lisa, 23, a German student and looking for nice roomies that are easy going and great people to spent time with - ideally living close to a train station of the Belgrave line. I will be staying in Melbs for an internship at Siemens (6 months starting in Oct 2018). Therefore I will be working a lot and during my leisure time I'll be exploring the city and the rest of AUS. Even though I won't be "home" a lot, I would love to spent time with my flatmates, have nice chats while cooking some dinner together and do some trips once in a while - I just want to have a good time and create memories together besides work. If there is anything else you would like to know, just text me. & hopefully, cya soon! :)
Hi, I'm a mature, quiet, well educated, responsible female currently working in a secondary college for the Vic Dep't of Education and Training five days/wk. I'm looking for a share house / apartment / unit with an established family or other female/s ONLY. Alternatively, I would consider a good quality 1 br or studio unit or granny flat to lease on my own. (A small granny flat attached to a main home, for example, would be ideal.) If a share house/unit, I'm after a good sized unfurnished room with my own ensuite in great condition (bathroom must be directly attached to the room). I'm quiet, independent and responsible but busy and not home a great deal. I'm fit and active, live a healthy lifestyle and am a non-smoker. I'm good for a chat but also very considerate and respect people's privacy. I have a Vic working with children card and current national police certificate. I'd also be happy to provide some child care / babysitting hours as part of the arrangement. I'm looking for a minimum 12 mths + accommodation from early-mid December 2018. Thank you !
I'm a Canadian teacher, teaching French at a primary school in Melbs. I enjoy being active, running, yoga, crossfit, and playing rec sports (although I would rate my coordination as entertaining). Sarcastic sense of humour- In my down time I love watching The Office, B99, Friends etc. I love cooking! Especially trying new foods and being creative. Just don't ask me to bake you cookies because I will burn them. every. dang. time. I'm 27 and boast 9 years of living with flatmates (who would tell you that they would live with me again in a heartbeat). That's pretty much me! During the week I like a glass of wine but keep it pretty low key. I like being out on the weekends. Cheers peeps.
I am 22 and work full time as a barista, i’m clean, tidy, social & friendly so i happy to clean up and vacuum. I like cooking, going to pilates and having a few drinks everynow and then - i’m not really the party/club type though but happy if you are!
I'm a quiet hardworking young professional. I manage a business, run a digital editing lab and photograph for work - so as one of the busiest people you'll ever meet I'm very quiet at home and travelling/out for work quite a bit - but always down for an adventure and doing something fun. I am very clean and easygoing and a very respectful roommate - looking for a place I can feel comfortable and call home.
Hi my name is Sebastian, I am a full time student at Swinburne University. I am originally from Venezuela but have been living in Australia for most my life. i love to hang out with new people and just chill, but also enjoy some time to myself. I have lived in shared houses before so i know how important it is to communicate with your fellow housemates and cooperate with each other. I don't have any pets but i love animals, so ill take your dog, cat or hamster for a walk if you need.
From the far far away land of Canada! Living in Melbourne while studying health and fitness. Love an active lifestyle, finding cool things to do around the city, while also down to have a few drinks with pals on a night out or quiet night in! A fun gal all around!
