Ryan and I own 2 very well behaved house trained cats. Both deedee and bobo absolutely adore people and they are always up for a cuddle! They have lived with dogs before and really aren’t phased by other animals!

Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I am a non smoker and only drink socially. I mostly keep to myself but will also chat around the kitchen bench while preparing meals. I am very security conscious which is just habit from owning my own security company for 30 years. I am also a volunteer with Neighbourhood Watch locally, regionally and state wide. I have an unusual sense of humour and like a good joke but also respect other peoples need for time to themselves and value my me time as well. I have 4 adult children and 2 grand children but I visit them because of my retirement they won't be coming to stay with me in share accommodation. While I am officially retired I do still do casual work as well.

She's outside of a day and inside at night (or when its raining or I'm home) so you wont really notice her. She's also a massive sook once she gets used to you. Hey my name is Rory, I'm 20 and have just finished studying my 2nd year of Computer Science at UON. I have lived by myself for over a year but have been given a pet so I'm looking to move. I will be changing my degree next year so I will be in the area for a while longer yet. I work casually at EB Games and when I have the time, 5 days a week at a construction site. I was given an Alaskan Malamute this year as a pet and am quite set on taking him with me if possible. He is super friendly, social and well trained. I am a relaxed, easy to get along with guy. I am happy to keep to myself but also enjoy social events and just hanging out. When I'm not studying or working I enjoy photography, the gym, walks and video games.
