This lil two-story 90's gem is one of four townhouses in the complex, which makes for a v quiet neighbourhood. While it is a shared bathroom next to the bedrooms, there is another loo downstairs if you're shy. The house is completely furnished but you're more than welcome to add lil touches to make it feel like your home too. I have an ever-growing collection of indoor plants. There are more than what's shown in the photos now. My kitchen is newly renovated, however, the flooring is yet to be completed - stay tuned. It's completely livable. Super stylish. I can supply a small desk and chair for your room if required. The whole downstairs is airconditioned. Although, this lovely abode does breeze easy so it's barely used. If you're keen on catching busses there's a bus stop approx. 100m away. It's a quick 10-15 min drive to the city and only 2 mins to Westfield Carindale! If you're a gal about town or love the ol' coffee drop, there are plenty of cafes at the end of the road and bicycle riding distance to Samual Villiage (which houses a Woolworths, Jets and heaps of other sick shops but won't bore you with details).
