We're an outgoing lively bunch of students from India studying at RMIT and Monash and looking for something close to the city. Priya - I'm outgoing, a fun personality , enthusiastic , very adjusting , ready to experience almost anything, chatty. All this said, I know when someone needs their space. I respect all kinds of belief systems. I am an avid reader, sports and photography enthusiast. I play lawn tennis regularly and play the keyboard. I love animals and kids and flowers and all things nice. Sandeep- I'm from bangalore, India and study Supply Chain at RMIT. I like keeping to myself and peace and quiet for the most part. In ideal sharehouse for me would involve an inclusive place where everyone contributes to the living environment. I'm quite reserved, but when you get to know me and feel that instant connect, you're in my circle forever. I am photography and travel enthusiast. Priya and I would like to share a room. Ishita- I study Design at Monash and am from Delhi, India. It's been a semester for me here and I'd like to meet more new people and have varied experiences. I am passionate about photography and travel. I'm social, love to chat and get to know people at a personal level.
Hi everyone! I'm looking for something furnished and short-term for three months up until the end of October as my summer plans are uncertain. I'm happy to look at subletting for shorter periods between now and end of Oct too, so please get in touch if this is you! I'm flexible as to area but I need to be near public transport. I don't have a car, but somewhere safe to lock up my bike would be great! I'm Australian, currently studying a Master degree full time at RMIT and working part time. In my spare time I like hiking, cycling and dancing. I'm friendly and considerate of flatmates. I love travelling and I've seen a lot of the world and have lots of flatmate experience! (Before coming to Melbourne I lived in Peru, Chile, UK, Ireland...) I don't watch much TV but I watch a few docos and the occasional movie or footy match. I prefer to live with people who are environmentally-conscious. Any questions just get in touch! Thanks for reading :)
I'm a down to earth girl from Sweden. I have lived in Melbourne for awhile with a preference for the North side and LGBTQ+ friendly :) I'm a chef and obviously LOVE cooking. I also like sports, photography, architecture, roses and other cool flowers, going to gigs, occasional beer, go for coffee surprise surprise! and try new food. I'm very reliable, open minded and most important clean up after myself. I work well living with others, keen to get to know new people to create an awesome chill creative home vibe. I don't mind pets at all🐶🐱
Hi guys, We're Chris (26) and Kay (25), a couple from London who have decided to move to Melbourne for a new experience and way of life. We've both lived and worked in London for the past 4 years. Chris is a digital marketing manager and Kay works in PR/Comms. In our spare time we love exploring the city we're living in, checking out the latest restaurant and bars. We enjoy getting along to a gig every now and again and Chris is fairly into sports (cricket, tennis, golf). We're looking for a sweet place to settle down in Melbourne for the foreseeable future and are open to where we live. If you have anything that could be suitable then please drop us a line!
I'm orginally from the Gold Coast but I've spent the past 6 years living in New York and San Francisco. I just moved to Melbourne (never lived here before!) and am looking to live with one other person. I spend my time eating all the things, taking day trips away, attempting to find parks to run/exercise in, guzzling a nice amount of wine on weekends (and maybe a cheeky bevy during the week). I also love hosting dinner parties here and there and am super into watching stand up comedy. I love being around people but also appreciate down time (especially in the mornings). Looking for someone who feels the same way. Would be great to find a roomie who's into similar things but no biggie if not. Oh and I'm the one on the left. Feel free to add me on social if you wanna know more!
Hey, I've been in Melbourne since March, currently house sitting in Clifton Hill but will be giving the house back mid sept. I work full time in hospitality. Love cooking, and the odd glass of wine. Very chilled out person, not looking for a party house. I'm respectful and clean up after my self. Like meeting new people, and hearing new stories! Look forward to hearing from you. :)
I'm 36 and have full time job, one casual job and am also studying online, my 3rd degree because apparently I'm a glutton for punishment! I enjoy music (I go to gigs a couple of times a week),also talking politics, I loooove cooking, and I spend a fair bit of time juggling study / Netflix binging / reading, sometimes all at once. I'm pretty experienced at the houseshare thing - I clean up after myself, pull my weight, and pay what's due on time. I also have a cat, or a sloth. Depends on the day. She's a 10 year old rescue cat and is the most inactive and passive thing ever, she's also my mate.
I am a super easy-going exchange student from Germany looking for a nice private ensuite room somewhat close to Uni Melbourne Parkville. In my free time I love exploring the city and its surroundings with friends but I am also quite active when it comes to extracurricular activities. At home I like having a good time with flatmates but also enjoy some quality time on my own.
Georgie: I'm studying at RMIT full-time doing mechanical engineering. I've just started working casually. I'm never really to sure how to describe myself. I like to think that I'm easy to get along with. Since I'm still new to melbourne (moved over from perth a month ago) I'm still trying to establish myself here. I'm pretty laid back, like to keep things relaxed although I like going out over the weekend. I have a 9 week old black lab named Apollo, I haven't been able to pick her up yet since I'm still trying to break my current lease.
You have a large double room with built in cupboards and desk. This place is right next to Lygon St tram and you can be in the city in 15 minutes or at Melbourne uni walking in 10 min or RMIT in 15 min on tram or hope on a push bike and It's a very safe area to be around. Its a nice clean modern kitchen, small lounge that leads to a small outside area. A car spot can be available. Living with two others who are in out a lot especially over the summer away a lot on the weekends very active, like to chill and have a beer or two and have a chat. Uni students, travellers welcome as well. Costs are included Cheers Donna Cheers Donna
My name is Lizzy, I'm from the Netherlands, 22 years old. In Melbourne for an Internship at Peter MacCallum. I love to meet new people, exploring, having a drink and cooking. Also I'm learning how to run. Because I'm not very good yet. Cheeers! :)
This house is in the best location, tram 96 just 100 metres away and the 1,6 just 400 metres away. Perfect for students at Melbourne, RMIT or ACU. The lease is up on the 19th of Jan so we are looking for someone who can preferably stay the remaining duration of the lease. The house is your average Carlton terrace house, with cute tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and a lot of character. We require bond and first months rent upfront. Also the toilet is technically outside, just on the patio with in the laundry, all undercover. I have never had a problem with this, and neither have the other housemates, just alittle quirky part of Carlton housing haha
I'm new to Melbourne; young professional with 14 years experience in share-house living. I like keeping things neat, I lead an active and healthy lifestyle and I'm social, though I really enjoy having my own space and I respect the privacy of others. I tend to go adventuring most weekends and I will travel with my job, so will often not be around. I also love animals and wouldn't mind looking after any furry friends.
Hey there, I just moved to Melbourne from Austria and I am looking for a place to call home for a while. I will be starting my PhD studies at RMIT in August, which means I am working full time and have a steady income. I am a quiet person in general who looks after himself and keeps things things tidy and clean. However, I do enjoy chats and get-togethers for meals or whatever. I respect the privacy of others if they want to keep to themselves. However, I would like to call people I live with day-in and day-out friends at some point and not just strangers you live with. Since I am still new to Melbourne, I like to explore the city and surroundings if time permits. Other activities I enjoy are watching some TV shows or the occasional movie. Although I've only listed a few suburbs it doesn't really matter to me where exactly I'll be settling down as long as CBD can be reached within reasonable time. Also the length of 6 months is more or less irrelevant. If it feels right I am open to stay for longer. If you feel like I would fit in with your current household, I'd be happy to receive a message from you. Cheers.
I've recently transferred to La Trobe from Murdoch uni in WA; studying film and sociology full-time and working hospo when I can. I'm tidy, I enjoy good company/conversation, and I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I lived in the UK for 11 years, and I once won a limbo competition. Good with dogs.
Hey guys I'm Andrew, 23, and currently studying Comm Design/Business and working in retail. Pretty laid-back kinda guy, with most of my time spent either studying or working, but do love going out for the occasional drink/boogie with mates or just staying at home endlessly watching Netflix comedy specials. Other exciting interests include cooking (am veg so basically just add truffle oil to everything and it comes out pretty decent; just waiting for the day that stroke takes me down), reading, travelling and music. I've lived in share-housing previously so am respectful of any and all living expectations you may have! I've also been living by myself for the past couple of years so I'm pretty used to cleaning/tiding up on a regular basis. I'm only at uni once or twice a week but then usually work the remaining days or catch up with mates so wouldn't be home a whole lot during the day, except when I have folios due, then I will transform into an unidentifiable land mammal that lives solely off of grain waves and vino, its genuinely fascinating how I survive through it. I'm not too fussed about the people I'd be living with, besides the usual trustworthy and reliable qualities anyone would want! Being hilarious is a bonus but even just the occasional good tv quote will be sufficient (if its from Veep then there's soul mate potential right there). Pretty terrible with these descriptions so feel free to message if you've got any other questions !
My name is Dan and I am 25 year old who works full time in the city in sales. Looking for a new place to live as my current share house in Northcote has come to an end with everyone going their separate ways. I enjoy all normal 25 year old male activities surfing, footy, camping, movies, travel, the usual. On weekends you'll find me in a cafe, at the footy, a bar or down the coast (when its warm enough). I am a social person and always looking for something fun to do. Looking for like minded people and to hopefully make some new friends in the process.
hey , I am a student at Melbourne uni pretty easy going , always up to do things but at the same time I like to have my own moments love cooking maybe because of my French background I am tidy and organized , i won't say i am a clean freak but i think there is a minimum to have
I am neat and tidy and I am respectful and a great person to hang out with. I like to study and would like a roommate who is clean and tidy and quiet .I am Avery friendly and I hail from India from the city of Calcutta. I love to play sports. I like to part and go out dancing once in a while. I am a student currently in The University of Melbourne doing my Masters of Management.
My name is Anna, I'm 33 years old, and i'm from Brazil. I'm looking for a single room. Preferably close to the CBD or near the Upfield train line, Mel Uni. I need to move on july 30th, for 4 weeks. I'm a student and I'm going to Melbourne for observership at The Royal Women's Hospital. I'm organized, very frendly, I like to leave things clean and I look for positive people and make new friendships. I'm programming to tour the weekend.
Looking for a new place to stay during my exchange, starting around mid-august. About me: French Canadian law student from McGill Uni. I’m responsible, organized, and respectful of people’s space. Having been a counselor for a while, I don’t shy away from real talks and good connections. I also like to go out and dance from time to time. Oh, and I like biking and volleyball. Kind of household: I am quite sociable and I hope to spend some time with my new roommates. However, I kinda like/need my sleep and privacy, so I don’t think a busy or party house would be the best fit. Animals = sure. People around my age = yas. Quick witted spirits = damn right. Gardening extraordinaires = yes please. Hit me up!
