I'm honest, respectful, reliable and a happy person... I work as an electrician. Early starts and long days generally so very quiet through the week. I love the ocean and surf when I can or otherwise playing golf . I'm never hanging around the house too much and like to be outdoors enjoying the day
Would really love to rent a granny flat. I'm quiet and extremely clean and tidy. After many years of sharing I'm ready to live on my own for a while. I work full time, am very active and live a surfy lifestyle.
I've just landed my dream job!! I'll be working for an amazing start up in Newrybar from April. I currently live in Melbourne but am looking to find somewhere within an hours drive from my new job and living with some awesome people. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, funny, thoughtful/considerate and uber-chilled. I'm looking forward to the change in scene so I'll be swapping my Melbourne woolies and lattes for my Stand Up Paddleboard and bathers and (hopefully ) also taking surfing lessons too. Initially I'll be spending quite a few weekends back in Melbourne, so will probably only be home Mon-Thu while I settle in. I'm working full time and looking for somewhere for at least 6 months. Maybe more if I find the right place / flatmates. I can't wait. :-)
Hi guys, I'm looking for a short term rental room, could possible be long term. I currently live out at Mount warning and I work in Casuaurina so the commute is my main reason for relocating to the beaches and I love the ocean too 😊 I'm very tidy and easy to get along with. I work a casual job which keeps me busy 5days a week. Please let me know if anyone has anything I'm ready to move in 😊 Thanks
I'm no spring chicken, am a worldly person and traveller - have lived in UK, USA, AUS, Travelled much of the planet since a child - I'm open minded, easy going, former sporting professional, I am a PhD in Natural Medicines - I appreciate my own space so can also appreciate people needing their own also - Although i have retired from the usual 9-5 grind, i do substantial volunteer work with an International Humanitarian group and most likely within 3-6 months i will be in Europe for up to 6 months or more. Happy to keep paying rent while away if it works that way.. ;-) So i just need flexibility and open hearted/minded folks for up to 6 months of accommodations while things are being prepared to depart for my next chapter. thanks for your consideration - Kind Regards, Stu.
I am a personable 44yo non smoking female with a dry wit and easy smile. I have integrity, reliability and am tidy. I recently accepted an interstate job transfer and am seeking suitable accommodation preferably with an on-site pool and / or gym. I welcome the opportunity to chat about your offering at the earliest convenience.
I am a young hard working women, I work in hospitality so im not home all that often since i work most nights of the week. The majority of my time is spent at work or at the beach or with friends. I am also very neat and tidy and like to keep my living space clean. I am currently still living with my parents at home but i am wanting to move out and start my own life along with becoming more independent.
Im a healthy minded surfer and coastal guy, I'm kind hearted and generous, yoga and exercise/surf daily Im a musician, but I'm not playing a lot at the moment due to financial goal focus but would be great to share with another musician I work from home, but get out to travel a fair bit for surf and events Id like to find someone to share a house with, (or a decent apartment), but also in the meantime looking for a room or studio short-medium term while I organise the arrangements for a rental If the room/studio turns out to be a comfortable place, I may be open to settle in for longer As for a rental and teaming up: Im open to spend 300-400 /week and I see decent rentals for for $600+ that would give enough space for 2 to spread out Im pretty keen to only share with 1 other, but the right people could make me flexible, its just about having space to focus on my own life I assure you Im pretty good to live with, been in plenty of share houses and know how to live with people.. Im clean and like things tidy, but I also don't want to worry about the days or weeks I can't be fussed! As with others, I'm accommodating to their changes in mood and feelings of how they want to live.. its just life running its course :) But having experience with others, d probably arrange a cleaner to come in and sparkle things up every few weeks Look forward to meeting who is interested :)

Lovely modern townhouse in Northern NSW with a peaceful vibe (I recently renovated) a short walk to the beach and cycle path. Very quiet area - you can hear the ocean from the room! My townhouse has courtyards to sit outdoors and is fully furnished. Linen also available if needed. Room has its own bathroom and WIR. Bus stop around the corner, 10 minute walk to local shops (Coles, chemist, medical centre, cafe etc). A 15 min walk north along the bike path takes you to Salt Village where there are great restaurants, Salt Bar and monthly markets. Kingscliff, with its great cafes, beach & more shopping options is a 5 minute drive - I can tell you where to find the best coffee and eats! Coolangatta airport is less than 20 mins by car. Rent includes water & reasonable electricity- happy to connect wifi once room is rented & also share cost of cleaner if this is preferred to sharing cleaning responsibilities.
Hi!! I'm moving from interstate for work and business and can't wait to get back on the coast! I love to surf ( that means free surfing lessons for you) and keep fit and would love to live within a short distance to the beach. I am a goal orientated type and favour peace and quite. I think it's important that the home is a place of good vibes and relaxation and i subscribe to the theory of "clean as you go"! :) I do have friends living in the area but would prefer to be more independent than staying with them. If I've left out anything or you'd like to ask me something ...anything!!?? Lol please feel free. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi there my names Celeste and My partners Name is Jake. I am 20 and he is 18. We have just moved down home from Brisbane and have been staying with my parents which isn't working out great. We are currently looking for a room furnished or unfurnished. We are a couple that enjoy time to ourselves but also like social time. I'm an organised clean freak most days but love to kick back and relax other days, My partner is rather shy but easy to get along with. As we have currently just moved back home we are unemployed but with the commonwealth games I doubt we'll be unemployed for too much longer hopefully. Our affordable budget is 150 per week but when the extra bills come in we can pay extra as we'll put money away for them. We both do not have our licence's so due to that public transport close by would be great. We would love an easy going housemate.
Fit fun loving guy who loves a wave and to cook. Work in Byron. Seperated and have a son attending school next year but at this stage with mum. Looking for easy going non party house. Keen to get back into yoga and try pilates. I am young at heart but party days behind me and healthy living is me now but it does not consume me eg protein shakes for breaky lunch and dinner. Haha.
I'm an honest, reliable, responsible, thoughtful, and tidy 47yo single Dad. Pretty easygoing. Good sense of humour. Good sense of fairness. Sound rental history. Looking for similar person/s to share a 3/4br house in the Kingscliff/Tweed Heads area. Can pay up to $350/week for my share of rent and ready to move now. Long term preferred. I have a sporting/fitness background and currently studying a diploma of remedial massage therapy full time at Kingscliff TAFE (finishing July 2019). I don't mind going out for a beer or two occasionally to socialise and unwind on a weekend, or chilling with a glass of wine occasionally at dinner in good company but i'm not usually a big party person. I consume a varied diet. My charming, sociable, inquisitive and active 14yo son, who is also my best mate, lives with me full time and we're pretty much joined at the hip when he's not at school or visiting his mother. We're always looking to do fun things, much more so than sitting around doing nothing. Some of our favourite activities include: heading down to the river to go fishing in the boat, weekends away camping, going to the beach for a surf or swim, working in the garden mowing lawns or growing some veges, visiting the theme parks, playing cricket or kicking the footy down at the local park, and going to watch live games. We both like to cook and we clean up after ourselves, My son is always looking to help with odd jobs and chores to enhance his allowance and i'm very proud of him for what a fine young man he's becoming. *It's important to note that I have a 12yo daughter who currently lives with her mother. Unfortunately at this time i don't see much of her, but i'm hopeful that that will eventually change and she might come to spend some weekends/holidays with her brother and me. We also have a big beautiful 4yo ridgeback dog called Sally who is a very loved and well looked after family member (hence units and townhouses are not an option). She is non-aggressive, non-destructive, rarely barks, and very friendly with both adults and kids. She has always lived outside and gets on well with other dogs. ABOUT YOU: I'm open to sharing with another clean living single parent or a couple of singles (students ok). Not convinced about couples but i'll keep this option open. Age and gender not an issue. Don't mind if you're quiet and like to keep to yourself, or if you're more sociable and like to have friends around occasionally. Don't mind if you are an early bird or a night owl (please just be considerate of excessive noise). Don't mind what you eat. Don't mind if you smoke..i just ask that it's outside and you use an ashtray. Don't mind good music within reasonable hours. Pretty much just want whoever we live with to be somewhat normal, a happy light-hearted demeanour, possesses the ability to communicate any issues or problems without becoming overly charged with emotion or aggressiveness, a decent moral compass, kid-friendly, reliable with rent and bills, co-operative with keeping mutual living areas clean and tidy, and generally respectful/able. .
Hi, I work in outdoor education out in kungur. I'm away for 5 days at a time on adverage and am really just looking for a place to keep my things and sleep on the weekends. Washing machine will come in very handy. I'm also vegan, love just about everything outdoors and enjoy a good cup of tea in the morning.
I'm a very young 54 year old woman looking to move up to the Byron area. I'm initially coming up to volunteer at Bluesfest, and then enjoy the festival. I will spend a lot of my free time there looking around the area to see if a permanent move makes sense. So initially I need furnished accommodation for a few weeks, with the possibility of extending longer. I'm not really retired, but I'm not working at the moment. I will be looking for some part time work in the area or Gold Coast if I do move up there permanently but I'm financially secure in the meantime. I'm a creative type, love playing my guitar and singing in bands, sewing (clothes, cushions, upholstery), going to live music, watching movies, and other fairly quiet pursuits. I don't drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs, I eat fairly healthily (including meat) and I go the gym regularly. My adult son lives in Brisbane with my gorgeous 4 year old grandson (a major factor in wanting to move north).
My name is Lisa and I'm looking to rent around Currumbin/ Tallebudgera/ palm Beach areas or anywhere nearby (+40kms). I’m a 24 year old female working and studying animal sciences which includes work at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary twice a week and study at Kingscliff Tafe. I also have a part time job working in retail at Tweed Heads. With me I have 2 medium sized dogs who are very friendly, well mannered, well trained and don't bark except one of them when someone knocks at the door but never any other time. I also have a 1 year old Sulphur Crested Cockatoo who I have raised from 5 weeks old and am training in free flight (outside of course) he is extremely friendly and cuddly and doesn't bite. He will mainly just be in his cage or outside on his harness with me during the day. I always clean up after myself and my pets, am very relaxed, and would like to live with similar people who aren't interested in drama since I have a very simple, easy going life. I don't smoke and don't drink aside from a couple of beers socially, and I am happy to look after any of your pets if you are away. In my pass time, I primarily ride my horse who lives near the coast, paint, go swimming/ exploring with my dog or go hang gliding. So between work and my hobbies I’m out most of the time. If you are interested and I sound like a good fit, please contact me as I’m looking to move as soon as possible 😁 Regards, Lisa :)
Hey I'm Riley and Ive just recently moved up from the south coast to start a new gov tradey job. I'm an open minded, environmental minded, casual surfy type of guy who has travelled quite a bit around this great planet, and intend to start a new life here! Not fussed with who I share with but I believe a share house should be communal to some degree and interaction amongst housemates is crucial, disappearing into rooms straight away kinda feels unnatural to me. I'm considerate of noise and cleanliness, always wash up as I'm cooking and aren't the type to bring parties back, a home is kind of like a retreat from the outside world as well! On my days off youll find me surfing, riding my bike, beaching it or doing something outdoors. Would be good to live with other surfers or anyone keen for an adventure! Could be open to a team up with 1 or 2 people as well!
Happy, friendly, sociable, clean, tidy, pay bills promptly-well that's the dog...lol, as for me, am pretty much the same, i only bark if danger. Lol. Janea.
At 43, I know how to live with others - I ensure it's all fair and equitable to those I co-inhabit with. I have an 11 year old labrador who is loved by all. We lived in an apartment in Melbourne and she's walked every morning and every night - and then she sleeps all day! So you have to love dogs, as Billie is the best!! I've NEVER had problems with having her in a space. So this part is non-negotiable - she is an inside dog and must be part of the ' family'. I work for myself and also do contract work. I have a good reliable client base so never without work. I'm new to the NSW/ QLD border...so keen to get entrenched into what this beautiful part of the world has to offer! I am an outrigger so hope to get involved in the Tweeds Head Club on a regular basis and the Coastguarding/ Marine Rescue unit as a volunteer. I'm a doer, so not so much a house bound person! I have friend sin the area, hence why I thoiught I'd do a sea-change/ state change, as I love the area!
