Hi there, I'm looking for a housemate for my place in Indooroopilly. It's a 2 bed/2 bath apt. So you'd have your own bathroom too! The living space is fully furnished and your room is unfurnished (what you see in the picture has all gone now but I left the pictures with the bed so you can get an idea of size), however can organise a bed for you if you need one, and it has a build in wardrobe. The place has ducted A/C which works really well. There's a washing machine and dryer in the unit you're welcome to use. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped. The unit is on the first floor, no elevator, with 2 balconies (where you can smoke, if you do) off the living space and the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. It's 2 mins walk to the Indooroopilly mall with great access to buses; and a good 7 min walk to the train station. Coles and Woolies are in the mall, and doctors are like 5 mins walk away. Rent is 215pw plus internet ($50pm for 500GB if you choose to) and plus electricity (split 50/50, paid quarterly). Water is included.
