Financially secure, independent and have lived in share houses during the yrs. Know all that is required and expected of someone entering this environment. I do love to have a good mow of the lawn or just get i to a garden. I truly do. I am a very clean and tidy individual, I love and appreciate a clean space. I clean without being asked and have no issues doing such. Not pedantic but I will just get stuck in and get done what needs doing. It's not me saying anything by doing such, just being open about one of my personality traits. Open and effective communicator. Great socialiser but I do love my quiet time. I am really not home alot other than to sleep, and study. I'm into my big wave surfing,skydiving, love my swim training, waterpolo and all outdoor sports. I love a beer, I don't socialise at home just as it's always easier when out at the end of a big day. Font mind a house that is big upon the socialising aspect. Make no difference e to me if you party at home , just pointing out that I don't.
