    $300/week29 year old woman

Looking for a Long-Term Home – Hello lovely people 👐🏼 I’m looking for a long-term home to settle into. My budget is roughly $300 a week including bills. I’d love to share with just one other like-minded woman in a peaceful home that feels spacious, warm and welcoming. A place where we can have plenty of space and downtime to ourselves, but perhaps share the occasional dinner and chat while cooking 🥰 My ideal home includes: -Aircon in my room (for those hot summer nights!) -A quiet spacious room that could fit a desk (or a study space in the house if needed) -A calm, clean environment that feels like a sanctuary -Preferably close to the beach because the ocean is my life -Housemate(s) who are kind, open-minded, down-to-earth. -I’d love for the house to have a simple, peaceful space where I can occasionally offer 1:1 breathwork and energy work sessions when no one is home. (This could be a spare room or an open lounge area.) I’m always happy to communicate openly and respectfully with housemates to find times that feel easeful and aligned for my housemates. A little about me: I’m Perth-born and raised. I'm 29, and I work in a wellness centre (saunas and icebaths etc). On the side, I also faciliate group workshops and private sessions (combining mindset coaching, breathwork, channelled energy work). I have a background in Psychology and Counselling and bring a warm, calm, and grounded presence into the home. Outside of work, I love meditation, yoga, ocean swims, saunas, gym workouts, nature, and occasionally a good boogy at a music festival. I’m clean, quiet, and very respectful of shared spaces. I bring positive energy into the home and love having a place that feels like a peaceful retreat. 💫 If this resonates, I’d love to connect! Please send me a message or tag someone who might have something aligned. 🏡💛

    $350/week27 year old woman

Hi there! I’m Anja (she/her), a lung researcher from Austria and will be spending 10 months in Perth for a research stay. I’m currently looking for a friendly and fun place to live near The Kids Research Institute – ideally not just a flat, but a little home with nice people around me. Besides working in science, I’m very open-minded, sporty and curious. I love running, hiking and can’t wait to finally learn how to surf properly while I’m in Perth! I’m always up for a coffee, a drink, or a deep chat. I’m tidy and enjoy cleaning (truly!), and I’m passionate about food and cooking – my current flatmate says I’m a fantastic chef and I’d be more than happy to cook for or with my housemates. Sharing food is one of my favorite ways to connect. I’m also very emotional and sensitive (the good kind – I’m a crier in movies and I care a lot), and I would describe myself as empathetic, extroverted, and full of energy. I enjoy reading, dancing (even if I’m a beginner), going shopping, and trying out new things – especially together. Even though I’m looking forward to the adventure, I don’t know anyone in Australia yet, so it would mean a lot to me to live in a place where people are kind – ideally, I’d love to become friends with my housemates. I’m doing a PhD and will be working a lot, so I also really value calm and focus, and I promise I won’t get on anyone’s nerves! That said, I’m easy-going and independent too, and always open to feedback or honest conversations if something ever comes up. Respect and warmth are really important to me. Also: I’m a non-smoker, totally fine with pets, and I’m definitely not into anti-feminists, Trump fans or toxic vibes 😅 I feel more aligned with progressive, open-hearted people – ideally the kind who love food, laughs, sports and occasional chaos around the dinner table. Something within 15–20 minutes of the CBD would be perfect – I‘m flexible with suburbs. I’m looking for a furnished room in a place with air conditioning, a washing machine, and ideally some space in the fridge and freezer – just the basics to feel at home and keep my veggies (and snacks!) fresh. If you think that could fit – I’d love to hear from you! Best, Anja
