Seeking Apartment / Flatshare in Brisbane About me: 29, Kiwi, working full-time as Operations Manager for a Brisbane-based company. My role has me working from home most days, so I keep a structured routine and value having a calm, reliable base. I’m tidy and respectful, and while I can be social, I also appreciate space and boundaries. I’m not looking to live in a party house. What I’m looking for: Location: Central & Southern Brisbane suburbs (South Brisbane / West End / Kangaroo Point / Woolloongabba / New Farm / Coorparoo / and further out) Rent: Around $300-350 Space: Modern apartment or townhouse with good light, ideally with room for a work-from-home setup Amenities: Bonus if there’s gym, pool, or sauna access, not a deal breaker. Must have car space or reliable on-street parking. Lease: Flexible or medium-term (6+ months), open to discussion What I bring: Consistent income and financial stability (always on top of rent/bills) Respect for shared spaces, straightforward communication Independent lifestyle but happy to share a drink, chat, or meal here and there Looking for a household that’s professional, relaxed, and values a clear, positive environment

$300/week•37 year old man
I’m Nic, 37, working part-time as a landscaper labourer. I’m looking for a place from 20th October 2025, with a budget of up to $300/week. Lifestyle Early riser and fairly active, I’m training for endurance running and love to get outside for runs or exploring. Fitness-minded: I fast most days, eat pretty clean, and rarely drink. I don't smoke. Chill but structured — I like to keep my life (and home) systematic, organised, and upbeat. Big cat lover 🐈 (though I don’t have pets myself). Home Vibe Very tidy and clean, I always reset spaces so they’re ready for anyone to use. You’ll never have to clean up after me. Minimalist by nature but I love when people create a vibe in a home (plants, art, cosy touches) and I’ll help maintain it. I’m flexible with social or quiet households, but I prefer being friends with my housemates rather than strangers passing in the hall. Values Communication is key, I’d rather hash things out early than let them turn into problems. I take responsibility for the spaces I use, and respect shared areas. Deal-breakers for me: Households where everyone smokes, constantly messy shared spaces, households that are too loud, or ones where no one communicates. Hobbies & Interests Running (and soon trail running), bodyweight exercise, philosophy, Jung’s work, live music gigs to dance to, boardgame nights, reading across fiction and self-development, and even making scented candles on the side. I’m about living in alignment with who I’m becoming and not afraid of self-growth. Also exploring creating music with AI (it's wild!). What I Bring as a Housemate Friendly, communicative, humorous, organised, and responsible. I’ll keep the place clean, share a laugh, and contribute to making the home enjoyable for everyone.
