Hiya! :) Ive just moved up to Brisbane from Canberra, I'm looking for a large room in an easygoing share house or granny flat/studio that's clean and reliable. I was the main tennant on one of my previous leases for 4 years and managed all bills and rent during this time, I have great references to show from this. I have a small indoor cat who's well trained and socialised. Rental references can be provided for her as well, she's never caused any damages or problems in previous rentals. I will also pay for professional pet carpet cleaning upon leaving a room/property if carpeted. Her name is Momoko, she's 5 years old, a Bengal/Tabby (short haired), has a gentle and super playful nature. She loovvves cuddles and other humans. I'm a social and friendly housemate who loves a good chat and to watch a movie or have some dinner together. I also love my alone time, spending time with my cat, hooping, op shopping, sewing, costume making, painting, drawing, general creating of all kinds and going on camping trips in my campervan. I've managed many hospitality and retail businesses over the last 10 years and am now a residential cleaner for the elderly, so you know I'll always keep the house squeaky clean. Communication is really important to me regarding living with/renting from people. I value my rental references and integrity as a renter. I've always had full bond returned to me and have never left any damages while having a longstanding good relationship with my previous landlords. Move in date is flexible. Helloo potential future housemate! I’m a PhD student at UQ born and raised in Sydney, but been loving Brissy these past 5 years! I've had many years of living in sharehouses with others so I am respectful of space but also would love housemates I can have a good laugh with! Brisbane, Griffith Student & Uber/Dasher Hi there! I work part-time as an Uber/Doordash/Sherpa delivery driver, while I study part-time. I have a small lancer hatch 🚗 I’m a big homebody and love to keep to myself as between work, study, and caring for my elderly parents I’m usually pretty exhausted. I study at Griffith (business and applied math). I come from retail management and disability care. In the middle of a bit of a career change. I have a small pet parrot named Articuno; he's an Indian Ringneck. He can chat some phrases and he’ll win you over playing hard to get. He sleeps by 7 pm (dark) and I try to keep him as mentally stimulated as possible with foraging toys and letting him out around my room for regular exercise. This keeps them from getting noisy. He has his own large cage that I’d keep in my room. I’m also attempting to harness train him to get him out of the house too. My party days are well and truly over; and just looking for a peaceful home. Not entirely opposed to social occasion’s of course, but will be a bit of a hermit sometimes out of exhaustion. I’ve lived with anywhere between 2-6 roommates at multiple addresses in the past. Had 2 places to myself; so I’m used to managing utilities, cleaning and gardening responsibilities. Looking for shared housing while not working full-time making room for studies. I have all of my own furniture - 2 small storage units; but flexible on keeping the storage for anything that is not needed.
