Hey there, I'm preferably looking for a large(ish) unfurnished room in a share house (or at least somewhere I can bring my bed.) Preferably in a 3 or 4 bedroom residence. For long term rental 12 months + looking to join 1 or 2 or more housemates at the property they are currently leasing. I work fulltime in warehousing so early morning starts and home by around 3pm, usually 3 days on site and 2 days work from home. Animal lover, especially dogs but don't own any pets. Most of the time I'm happy to keep to myself in my spare time at home and just do some gaming or binge some tv shows. Do enjoy my own time, However I'm not a hermit and am also happy to join house mates for a meal or social catchup after work or whatever from time to time. Happy to join in on any cleaning schedules and do my share around the home and cook some meals too at times. Pretty quiet and chilled personality most of the time not much fazes me. No pets, I don't smoke and I only drink socially if I head out for the night. My share of the bills will always be paid on time and I'll keep the house neat and tidy. I enjoy hanging with friends, going to the footy, movies, events and spending time with my girlfriend. I'm currently renting alone in Hadfield, previously Epping. Looking for people probably around a similar age who are also pretty chilled who wouldn't mind my partner staying on weekends. Hi there. I am a qualified plumber working in Melbourne 4 days a week. Most Thursday evenings i head back to country Vic to hang out there. Work starts for me on Monday morning and I usually go straight there before getting back to my Melbourne pad on Monday afternoon. It would be great to share with 1 other person although 2 is ok too. Work starts really early and keep to myself during my work week. I have a great group of friends who live on the inner north side and we do catch up regularly to hang out, although never at my place. Some weekends i'll be in Melbourne for hang outs, but again never at my place. Other weekends I may be at a festival (Tanglewood at New Year, and The Town last November). Having lived in share houses a bit, I am really quick to clean up after myself. Especially in the kitchen.
