Fingal Head is a beautiful place to live. There are gorgeous beaches to walk on ...In fact the Dreamtime beach is at our backdoor. The room is large, light and spacious with a built in wardrobe. There are 2 others living in the house. The kitchen and living areas are big, opening onto a veranda.Being a shared house,it's important that who ever moves in is clean and tidy and employed.
G'day! Born and raised in Portugal, just 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean coast, I've always felt better by the sea. I'm a big fan of all things Nature and outdoor sports. Cooking only for myself can be quite boring but I love it when there's more people around. I'd rather have a great meal at home than one at a fancy restaurant. Shall I put another shrimp on the barbie for you? :D I've graduated from a Bachelor in Tourism Management in 2010 and moved to Sweden straight after. I studied Swedish and did some part-time jobs the first year until I got admitted to a Master in Entrepreneurship at Lund University. I lived there for 2 years and started my own company, importing Portuguese wine to Sweden, which I still do up to now. During the 7 years that I've lived in Sweden I've also been working as a professional photographer and I'm part of a new brand of mens underwear called Charm My Snake, which is design in Sweden and made in Portugal. Other odd jobs I've done would be carpenter, painter, gardener, handy-man, Portuguese teacher and I've even written down addresses on thousands of envelopes once. All this to say, I'm a very easy going person, with no prejudices whatsoever. Now, 7 years after having arrived in Sweden, I feel that it is time for me to move on to my next adventure and start a new chapter in my life. I've been granted a Working Holiday Visa to Australia and I'll be landing in Sydney on the 20th of October. My plan at the moment is to spend a week or two in Sydney and then move to the Gold Coast where I'd love to spend at least a year. I'll most likely extend my visa a second year. I have a couple of friends living in Coolangata and Burleigh Heads so I'd love to find a room nearby as well. As I'm a big fan of the beach and ocean, the closer I can be to the coast, the better. Having a nice kitchen where to cook is also a big plus and as I rather cook for several people than just myself, it would be great that everyone in the house would have meals together most of the time. Having a barbie in the house would be the cherry on top of the cake! I'm into having a healthy lifestyle, surfing, photographing landscapes and people, going for walks on the beach, riding the bicycle and chasing sunsets. Best ending to the day would be hanging out with friends and drinking some good red wine, preferably on the beach. If you feel like we'd get along and are in need of a flatmate, feel free to send me a message. Looking forward to hearing from you and see you soon in Australia! Straaaaaay! :) PS: You can check some of the places I've been on Instagram

Environmentally conscious yogi looking for somewhere to ground myself with my extreamly obedient maltese. Currently living in Brisbane and I cant deny the pull towards the coastline any longer! Passionate about flora & fauna, natural remedies & healing, stretching, meditation & yoga, cooking vegetarian and vegan meals, adventure, and my biggest love of all, the ocean :) I am very clean and tiny and respect others space. Enjoy time to myself but also down for chats. I honestly just want somewhere drama free where I can be authentic, watch my plants grow, practice yoga and embrace every day with a happy positive attitude :)
Working full time in Tweed Area as an apprentice painter. Being an apprentice would like to share a house with other people so it is affordable. I love the gym, swimming and going out and having fun. Thanks to my Mum being COD i am extremely tidy and appreciate a clean and tidy living space.
Hi I'm Leah I'm 28 years old and looking for a place for four months while I complete my studies and work. This past year I've been travelling around Europe I loved it was so eye opening I saw heaps of cool places and things n met some amazing people . I came home a few days ago and couldn't get the smile off my face i rate this country it's by far my favourite.I'm a pretty relaxed person, the cup is always half full so to speak mmmmm yeah so I like a good chat and love a laugh, I need the sun and the water close by enjoy socialising ,having a few drinks and also love a good book or movie. I'm respectful, honest and just a all round happy camper who cleans up after herself.
I am very easy going, I love to meet new people and live a pretty stress free life! I am very considerate and respectful of other people and very clean and tidy. I work full time and like to get out and explore on my days off, I enjoy going out for food and drinks. Always up for a laugh and looking for somebody to hooefully get along with as well as share a house with!
Cruisy couple looking for a home near the beach. Scott is a carpenter and Sam is a Science student. We enjoy the beach, dining out and exploring new places. We are quiet, easy to get along with, and clean 😊
Jack and I are both very quiet and busy people and would be super easy to live with. We are very easy going and enjoy spending most of our time outdoors, by the beach or watching netflix. We have a 5 year old miniature labradoodle named Lenny. Lenny is a beautifully well behaved dog and is a pleasure to have around the home. He is non-shedding and is 100% toilet trained and does not bark. Jack and I are very tidy people who respect the space and privacy of others. We are both working and studying so would spend little time at home.
I am a teacher's aide, working 5 days a week. Always clean and tidy, and respect personal space. Easy to get along with, and don't mind a chat or two. Looking for a nice room. :)
Full time worker and studying. Quiet and tidy. Aiming for 4-5 month stay. My partner lives in Brisbane with our 2 very friendly poodles, so I normally head up there but would be nice if they could do the odd weekend visit.
I make it a point to get along with people, as life is to short to worry. I cook and do domestics with pleasure, because a tidy environment and good food are the essence to well being. I write articles and run many websites for a form of 'casual work' and also the fact that I like what I do. I am not much of a party person and don't frequent Hotels or bars, but I will have a social drink if prompted.
I'm easy going, clean, respectful, neat, tidy... and so is my dog Jack (mostly!) l am looking for a room to rent (with fenced yard for Jack) or am interested in applying for places myself but need to "team up" to have a better chance of getting a suitable place.
I am going to study at the southern cross university. I speak German, English and bulgarian. I am a very tidy, open and outgoing person and I am interested in different cultures, traditions and languages. I would love to find a place to stay, where the people are nice and where I can improve my English. I love animals too.
