Matthew
$320/week•29 year old man
*I will need to go on the lease and am not interested in subletting arrangements. Please do not contact me if you cannot fulfil these criteria.* Hey there, I’m Matt, and I’m looking for a new place to call home. I work full-time as a public servant in the CBD. I currently don’t work from home, but may wish to do so a couple of times a week. In my spare time I enjoy getting out on my bike, discovering new music, finding new places to eat and spending my downtime unwinding with a book, game or film. I’m content with chill time and a healthy dose of my own space, but would love to live with likeminded people who enjoy the occasional chat and catch up.

Kristian and Sophie
$800/week•28-32 year old man and woman
Hi there, my names Kristian I’m in my early 30s and along with my partner Sophie, who’s in her late 20s, as well as our two friendly housetrained cats, Johnny Cash and Agapi, are looking for a place to call home for the medium to long term future. I work approximately 30 hours per week in a quality assurance job from Monday - Thursday and then do another 20-30 hours work driving uber Friday - Sunday. Presently, Sophie is recovering from a broken leg which she sustained after she was involved in a car accident last year. Sophie’s income is via government benefits through Centrelink for the time-being while she recovers. We are an easy going couple who thrive on keeping their home space clean, tidy & orderly. Sophie is an amazing cook, she enjoys growing fruits and vegetables in the garden to then use as ingredients in dishes once they’re ready to harvest. We regularly spend time outdoors in the summer and go camping as much as possible. In our downtime we love to go out to gigs and listen to a wide variety of music genres. We are both aspiring creatives and love attending different art galleries as well as pop up fashion boutiques. Sophie enjoys drawing and painting in her spare time. When I get a free moment, I’m usually searching the internet for new music or I enjoy winding down by reading a book. As much as we cherish time together spent cooking at home, we equally love finding new restaurants and discovering varied flavours from all types of cuisines. Ideally we were hoping to find a space we can share with a like minded housemate who we align with in terms of living standards, values and overall vibes too. If you feel we are an appropriate fit for the space you’re advertising, please reach out and we can arrange a time to meet you and inspect the space too. Kind regards, Kristian & Sophie

- :) . Freelance Editor. Hopefully by the time I move out, working full time. Enjoy going out at least once a week for meeting with friends, writing, singing in front of audiences, watching movies and TV, colouring in. - I'm very friendly, respect other people's spaces, and pay bills/rent on time. - I tidy up after myself :) - Have my own double bed, and furniture includes drawers, bedside table, small sofa, tv stand, tv, desk & chair, washing machine and dryer. - Able to put a lot of that into storage but not preferred. - Like to cook at least four times a week. - Have lived with 2 cats before and no dogs before. I'm looking for a place with a wardrobe in my future bedroom and air con unit there.
