I'm a quiet 20 year old who works at the airport, and am looking for a place to stay until I can fulfil my dream of joining the air force, which could take anywhere between 6 months and 2 years. I'm a cyclist and runner in my spare time. I own a car, which I do not use much and am willing to lend out, but will need a place to store it. Apart from that, I'm just looking for somewhere to sleep and store my meagre amount of stuff, as well as cook.
I'm looking to join or create a mixed sharehouse with a great vibe - ideally one where everyone is keen on the occasional house 'family' dinner and the odd weekend adventure (be it camping down the coast… or brunch). I work as a public servant, play hockey and touch footy, love reading and dancing to old school RnB and enjoy just hanging out. I also come with a foosball table and a tiny bit of competitiveness.
Hey there! I am Can Metan. I'll start my PhD in Computer Science soon and I'm looking for a place to call home. I am a very clean and trust-worthy guy. I quite enjoy cooking healthy meals and I'm quite sociable in general. While we can share a glass of wine every now and then, I don't drink every week and I certainly don't smoke. I will be working a lot this year (likely to get a job besides PhD) and I would love to have a roomie that can pull his / her own weight. Looking forward to hear from you!

Hi :) I'm Tayliah and I have recently moved to Canberra from Orange. I enjoy brunch, bushwalking, keeping active, meeting up with friends and anything that Canberra has to offer. I currently work full-time and plan to study in the future. I am very versatile and adaptable after living in a small communal space whilst travelling overseas last year. I am clean, tidy and love to cook. I am a relaxed, easy going social person and would love to find someone likeminded.
Hi. I have just recently moved from Melbourne to Canberra for work (I'm a teacher - don't let that put you off!) and study (I'm doing my Master's in Asian and Pacific Studies at ANU). I'm an easy going person with a bright and bubbly personality. I've left all my furniture behind in Melbourne so I'm hoping to move into a fully furnished apartment/house - but happy to buy my own bedroom furniture if needed. I grew up in a large family (9 kids) so I know how to share.
Postgraduate student doing environmental studies in ANU. Easygoing and super friendly. Open-minded and respectful person. Fascinate about trying new things and experience adventures of life. Love all kinds of outdoor activities but also a fan of movies and TV series.
Hello! I have just returned from 18 months living in London to the bright lights of the Nation's Capital . I am a social person, always up for a wine and a Netflix binge, or a walk around the lake. I tidy up after myself and truly believe who ever invented that sponge on a stick that dispenses dish-washing liquid is an utter genius. Pretty much, I'm normal! And looking for a place to live happily ever after (or for the next 6-12 months).
I am wanting somewhere to stay that is a self contained, one bedroomed unit or granny flat where I will stay ( mainly Sunday to Thursday) each week. Sometimes my husband will join me. We live in Wagga; I am a professional person, quiet and live in a spotless home in Wagga (our own) so would want a bright and cheerful place with light and off street parking if that was possible. I'll be working in Deakin, ACT.
I work full time in the APS and am studying a masters in my spare time! I am very easy to get along with and am clean, considerate and mature, and I don't have any weird habits! I'm also a non smoker if that is important! I like to clean up after myself and I hope you do too, but I'm not a clean freak.....! I am a good cook with winter dishes my speciality (as I'm originally from Ireland where it is usually cold!) I always pay rent and bills before they're due so you never have to constantly ask :) I don't play loud music or have parties, but like to have the occasional dinner or games night etc with friends or house mates! I'm happy to hang out sometimes and watch netflix etc but also like some me time to study or just chill. I like to play squash, go bushwalking, and trying to get into MTB, and archery atm. With winter nearly here I'm gonna try to get back into snow sports after a few years off! Gonna make the switch from boarding to skiing! I'm also interested in teaming up to get a place. There are a few 2 bed/2 bath/2 parking places around at the moment so if anyone is interested in meeting up for a chat and looking at some please let me know! My move date is also flexible as I'm on a monthly contract in my current place.
After 5 years of uni and two degrees I've landed a graduate job (private sector) however its on the other side of the country! So I'm moving to our great nation's capital from Perth at the end of June/early July and need somewhere to live! my budget is around $200-250 per week, less would be preferable and I'd consider more if it includes bills. I've lived out of home for the past 2.5 years so am very used to sharing space with others. I've very house proud and like to have the place looking neat and nicely decorated. I'm coming over with a car and a suitcase so a place with some furnishings is preferable but not essential I can buy whatever I need. I have a lot of clothes and shoes so need a decent wardrobe and probably room for a tall boy and queen bed. I am allergic to cats so thats a no-go, dogs are fine! I don't know a lot of people in Canberra so it is important to me that I get along with those I am living with and my new housemate(s) will be keen to hang out, explore and drink with me. I'm super active, like to run and generally be pretty healthy, I cook a bit too. I like to be social outside the house on the weekends, going for brunch, shopping and other girl stuff. I also like to binge watch tv (OITNB, Rick & Morty, Jane the Virgin, How to get away with murder, the Mindy project, New Girl, Suits etc) I don't watch a lot of movies but when I do they are easy watching chick flicks, rom coms or will Farrell/Seth Rogan type comedy. Likes: chocolate wine cheese a good pub feed eating sleeping being organised not being hungover dogs Dislikes: bugs people asking me to repeat myself then interrupting me after two words with the answer to my question mushrooms being late If you feel I may fit into your household please let me know! and keep in mind I cant move until 30 June

I am up for having a chat and hanging out with my housemates sometimes, however I am also pretty independent and enjoy doing my own thing a lot of the time. I'm neat and respectful of common areas.
