I'm looking for a place with a wardrobe in my future bedroom and air con unit there. Would prefer decent internet speed, close to public transport (as I can’t drive myself), close to shops, pharmacies and cafes :) I’m looking for a spot in Richmond or close by. Open to inner south and Saint Kilda. Tenancy agreement needs to apply. :)
