Hi I'm looking for a room or apartment in Nedlands, West Perth, Shenton Park, Floreat, Crawley, Claremont, Leederville, Subiaco or close to the city. I'm also open to teaming up to find an apartment with the right housemate/s. I work full-time as a Coordinator for a Mining and Exploration company based in Nedlands. I'm considerate, reliable, friendly, honest and clean. I respect other people's privacy and property and make a great tenant or housemate. I value positive people and attitudes. I'm healthy, active and mostly quiet but also happy to be social and go with the flow of the household. I love having a housemate/s that I vibe well with. Budget is flexible and depends upon the room / apartment. Hopefully the property has fast reliable wifi and I would prefer a room with my own bathroom and WIR or large built in wardrobe. Furnished room with a queen size bed would be great but unfurnished is no problem either. Length of stay can be 6 months, 12 months or longer if its the right fit :) I'm looking to move in around 26-28 November.
