Hello, I am a 25-year-old woman either looking to move into a room in an unfurnished place or team-up with someone to rent a property and split costs such as bond down the middle. (:
I am a long-term renter and have a lot experience sharing my space with someone, I also already own all my own furniture so if you want to team-up and you don’t have any furniture also ideal!
I work part-time as a contractor for the government and study online. I am looking for a place either close to where I live currently (Brompton, Bowden, Devon Park) or in the Northern Suburbs where I work (or en route to the Northern Suburbs). I am flexible so feel free to reach out!
I am a reliable tenant a can provide proof of income if required. Gas and electric at the current property are also in my name.
My current lease expires 12 OCT 2025 but I am also okay securing a spot at another place earlier than that and having a few weeks overlap – whatever ends up working out.
