Hello I am a 24 year old full-time student at UoN. I like reading, seeing live music and being outside. I have a miniature poodle named Clara who I enter in dog shows on the weekend. She is crate-trained, toilet trained, smells good and is soft to touch. I also am accompanied by a siamese cat named Cory who will talk to you about his problems and sleep on you. I have lived in a few share houses and have no problem keeping things tidy/sharing spaces. A fairly large bedroom would be ideal for studying and my pets. I am friendly and sociable but don't drink much anymore, I don't mind if you do. I have a nice bike which I prefer to use than my car. Also, I am pretty flexible on the moving time.
Great house, great location close to both beach and in town, plenty of space and fantastic front and backyard. Room also includes the chair, desk and bed. Internet, electricity etc. all sorted and will need to be paid separately to the rent. Note only 4 months stay because I will be returning mid september upon finishing uni placement.

Tabitha and I are looking for a room, we go to the gym 5 days a week, meal prep, play games and love to socialise when we can. We grew up in the Newcastle region for most of our lives, although we moved to QLD for two years and we have been back in Newcastle since before Christmas 2018. We are looking for a decent place to live, preferably with a couple or a group of people that are relaxed and easy going and always happy for a fun time. As we have lived out of home for almost three years now, we care for ourselves and our property meaning we are very tidy and respectable.

It’s very very close to town and all the good destinations Newcastle has to offer! The neighbours are pretty cool! DID YOU SEE THE KITCHEN LINO!? (Personally that’s what sold it for me). I’m planning on getting a tv for the entertainment room and that will have an accessible chromecast or console attached to Netflix and Stan your day/night away. At the moment there is no aircon but the landlords are seeking out someone to install one YAY! Very helpful :D just holler and I’ll be down to help out. Emme is also a very big upside! I have a spare room to rent in a cute little unit in Hamilton South. The unit is in a great location, close to Beaumont Street and also a short drive to Darby st and into the city, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. I would love a flatmate that is looking for a home, rather than just a room, and someone who is also environmentally conscious. Definitely not a party house. Rent includes an unfurnished bedroom (2.9mx3.55m - fits a queen bed) with a 3-door built in wardrobe in a furnished unit. The unit has a large living area, a decent sized kitchen and dining area, one shared bathroom, a separate toilet in the laundry, garage and a paved courtyard. Water, electricity and Wi-Fi are extra. Unfortunately pets are not allowed :( If you would like to share this space with me, I'd love to meet up to see if it would be a good fit for both of us.
St Gabriel’s is a beautifully renovated church which now consists of 10 furnished studios all with their own bathroom. The rent is $250 per week singles, and $275 per week couples. The rent covers all costs and includes free wi- fi . The property also has a kitchen, laundry, large communal lounge area, and large private courtyard where tenants are allowed to smoke if they wish. The inside of the property is smoke free. Our tenants are mainly long term and are a mix of overseas students to locals who either study or work in the area. The layout allows tenants to have their own privacy , as well as areas where they can also socialise. The property is privately managed with the owner living close by. Upon being accepted , tenants are encouraged to respect fellow tenants and clean up after themselves when using the kitchen. Unsocial behaviour is not acceptable in any form. The property has a special ambiance and is a great place to reside whilst in our beautiful city.
