She doesn’t go outside, so there’s no impact on wildlife or neighbours. I have most of my own furniture, though I’m flexible if a place comes furnished. Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, reading, movies, music, and going for walks. I’m looking for a long-term rental (12 months or more) and would be a reliable and considerate tenant. My preference is a whole a property.
