Self contained studio space now available! This is a very unique 3 storey property in the Perth Hills. Only 10 mins from the airport and 25 mins from the city it is the best of both worlds. Overlooking hundreds of acres of natural bushland which is home to many kangaroos, the views from every window are quite spectacular. The large family home sits on a half acre bush block, complete with chooks, vege patch and fire pit. Two large outside decks provide many opportunities for outside living. The house itself has a large renovated kitchen and many separate living areas. Whilst our house is usually full of people, most of us will be away for 3/4 months from mid April and would love to have some people to stay. As it is a short term lease it would be ideal for travellers or interstate visitors who would like to stay in Perth for 3-6 months. We will be away for at least three months, possibly longer, and are open to a bit of overlap either side of our dates as we do have a lot of room in our very big house! There is a bus-stop about 5mins walk which goes to Midland train station in about 15mins. Your own car would be useful. The Perth Hills is a beautiful, rather unknown region, close to many walk trails, wineries, and tucked away cafes. It is particularly beautiful in our cooler months April to October.

Bathroom is the second bathroom in the house which would be used by visitors but classed as your own. Living area and kitchen communal. Past housemates have shared groceries and cleaning products to avoid duplication, but if the last of it used, just replace. Bbq and outdoor entertaining area available. Treadmill available.
