Hey! Ill be starting my uni degree in forensic science and justice studies in August. I'm quite, clean and very friendly. I tend to get along with anyone. I keep to myself a lot. Although, I don't mind spending a few nights together or having a chat. I'm young and creative and enjoy just hanging around watching Netflix or doing some baking. Always been a Canberra gal, im not a loud person nor am I a partier. That doesn't stop me from the one off nights where I might wanna go out. I'd be down with hanging around having a few drinks. I have a small inside dog, everyone adores him, his a great dog who gets along with other animals too.

A room in this lovely spacious home is available now. Prefer 20 + and house-trained...ie you clean up after yourself and share household chores such as cleaning bathroom, floors etc. You will be living with 3 single women: a chef, a public servant and a corporate trainer. This is a relaxed and quiet household. We all like to have a chat at the end of the working day but have our own busy lives. We hang out together occasionally but mostly do our own thing. There's lots of space to spread out in the house and outside! Close to bus stop to go to Greenway/Tuggeranong Town Centre and Woden Town Centre. 23 minute walk to DHS offices in Greenway. 15 minute drive to Woden. 25 minute drive to Civic. Fully equipped, furnished home (all white goods etc) with garden ( a bit overgrown so we hope you might like gardening) and swimming pool. Room with double bed and built in wardrobe. Large window overlooking private garden. Rate of $210 includes use of everything, bills (water, wifi, electricity, netflix etc.) and is for long stays. Rate for short stays negotiable (under 2 months). It's good value as heating costs in Canberra are high in winter! 2 living areas are fully furnished and all mod cons such as washing machine are supplied for your (careful) use. 3 section powder room/toilet/bathroom and an additional ensuite on master bedroom makes the mornings a breeze! Longer term housemate preferred, will consider 6 week stays. No drugs. No party animals. No couples. No more pets please as we have 2 cats. You can bring some chickens as there's an empty coop at the house. References required. We are keen to find the right person not rushing. Pool Air conditioning Fireplace Dishwasher Built in wardrobe, bed, side table and chair.
Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a townhouse or unit, from 1 to 3 bedrooms ideally available in Wanniassa or the Tuggeranong area. Interested in other suburbs such as Monash, Oxley and Fadden. I am working full time, very clean, respectful, and non smoker. I am ideally looking for a long term accommodation but would love to start with a 6 months lease to make sure that the place suits me. Please feel free to contact me if you have anything available in these areas. Thank you. Rachel
I'm a friendly, mature and responsible woman looking for one or more housemates. I don't actually have a place to rent out/share with others at this point - I'm just putting my feelers out to find potential housemates. I would like the company of a friendly housemate, but I'm not in a rush to move. I would rather wait and find the right person (or people). Planning to stay in Canberra for 12-18 months, then move to Melbourne. I would prefer to pay between $150-200 per week, and live in an inner south or inner north suburb (e.g. Kingston, Yarralumla, Griffith, Lyneham, O'Connor). I'm very accepting and non-judgemental, as well as being queer/trans friendly. I'm fairly quiet and often keep to myself, but enjoy chatting with housemates from time to time. I have a partner who visits once a fortnight, but never sleeps over. I don't drink alcohol, smoke or party, so I would prefer to live with people who are similar in lifestyle to me. I want to live with people who have good communication skills, and can raise problems directly and honestly. I'm also fostering a cat for the next few months, and would prefer somewhere pet friendly. P.S. I'm not a vegetarian, and I do eat meat fairly regularly - just thought I'd mention this in case it's a dealbreaker for some people!
My name is Lili and I'm an international student here. Currently studying diploma in disability and also working in disability community since December. I moved here last year October. I work everyday. I'm clean and respectful and tidy.

I'm a 2nd year law student at UC working part-time (almost full-time) at a law firm in the city. I tend to keep to myself only due to being busy however enjoy a chat and the company of others when I'm around. I have a boyfriend who would occasionally stay (once every couple of weeks) however he would not become a third housemate or anything. If possible, I am after somewhere a bit more permanent so I don't have to keep moving. I'm pretty relaxed and happy to do my own thing most of the time.
Cody and I are just a couple of queers being peers who enjoy living together and are in the market for a different place. We like to play games (Board, Card, Video and Dice!) and read quietly by ourselves. We're firm believers in Taco Tuesday (Or Fajita Friday depending on the week) and don't mind the odd house beer/cider. We're both easy going and low maintenance flat mates, suitable for any environment. Cody loves doing dishes and I clean a mean toilet. Any questions?

Hello! My friend Sophie and I have recently rented a unit in Mawson, and are looking for a third housemate. Downstairs the unit has two living spaces, kitchen and laundry. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (the master with an en suite) and the bathroom. The room we are renting can fit a double bed, and has access to a private balcony. The room doesn't have a built in, however the closet immediately outside the room will be available to you.
