Hi all. Looking for a fully furnished room to rent preferably with females. Currently studying at Curtin University so ideally hoping to be somewhere close to Uni or the city. It would be great to have a parking bay provided as I have my own car. I'm quiet, friendly, clean and respectful. Spending most of my personal time reading books, watching Netflix, running, and doing yoga. Have a budget of $160 a week. Can move in ASAP. Thanks!
I am considerate of others and like to keep my space clean and tidy. I am pretty chill, not a big party goer, more of a glass of wine and Netflix type of girl. I work full time in pharmacy and recently graduated from uni with a Nutrition degree. I have a 2year old cavoodle who is house trained and full of beans- is more of a socialite than me :). I have all of my bedroom furniture and a lot of kitchen equipment. looking to move into a respectful, tidy chilled home. I don't smoke or do ay form of drugs so looking to live with like minded people
Hey! My partner and I are both hills kids and are looking to move a bit closer to the city. We both work full time and are looking for a place to live that is tidy and relaxed. We both enjoy our down time but equally love to be social with some bevs on a weekend.
Easy going and considerate female who likes shopping, reading, browsing the internet, dining out and spending time with family and friends. I am very respectful of other peoples property and I always keep my home clean and well maintained. I work from home so will be coming and going a bit but apart from that Im pretty quiet and keep to myself.
I'm a friendly, social 31yo female who is moving to Perth at the end of Jan. I'll be studying Teaching at ECU Mount Lawley 2 days a week, and will be getting some work as a Disability Support Worker once I have moved up. I'm looking for a friendly and welcoming sharehouse, with people in their late 20's- 30's who are up for some social times and like to share dinners and head to events. I'm a big music person, so plan on getting to a lot of gigs! I also like my quiet time & will be studying sometimes at home. I'm a big reader and head to Buddhist meditation classes a couple of times a week. I'm really flexible on the location as, for me, this move is about finding the right house & people to share with. Close to public transport would be an added bonus. I have a 5yo female Greyhound x (Jessie) who is lovely and quiet. Mostly an outside dog. Would be great to find a house with another dog for some extra company! My budget is around $200 per week & I would like to find a house with good internet. Please message if you've got any other questions.
The property is located in a quiet residential area just a stone throw away from Berwick Street. The street itself is beautiful and picturesque with huge shade trees and the house itself is surrounded by plants and greenery. An added benefit as this keeps the house cool and quiet all day round. The house is walking distance to IGA Express (4mins), Coles (13mins), Albany Highway Restaurants/bar dynamic hub (11mins). Also, there is quick access to city buses (1 min walking distance) which takes you straight to Perth CBD, Carousel, Victoria Park and Curtin Uni in 13 min by bus/5 min drive, UWA is 35min by bus/13-16min drive & the city is 16min bus/10min drive. The house has all the basic amenities (High-Speed Internet), but there’s always room for more as my house is your house. Oh and there's a great lounging backyard with a BBQ. Both bedrooms have a double-sized bed, many sliding wardrobe spaces and a desk. The living room has a super comfy couch and a large TV (which is connected to free-to-air channels and a Google Chromecast). There are all the basic necessities in the kitchen to cook at your heart’s desire. There are air-conditioning and fans. The bathroom has lots of storage space and a long mirror. We don’t mind the occasional get together with friends but do ask that there aren’t any parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. And having friends and partners over is totally fine as long as you are respectful. If you own a car, there are tons of street parking outside and a visitor car spot for our house. Rent starts at $175 pw and ALL BILLS are included!
Clean & Respectful to live with. Have 18 months of prior rental history from 2016 - mid 2017, now looking to move back out of home and rent in areas around Perth. Not fussed with Male or Female roommates. Can be a fairly quiet guy for the most part with my semi-introverted personality but very easy to get along with. Studyied Marketing and Tourism & Hospitality which i've just graduated a few weeks ago, and have a huge love of traveling. Did 18 months of backpacking around europe back in 2014 & love stumbling across travellers here in Aus. Currently working in hospitality at Crown, and have interests in working in the Digital Marketing industry. I work usually 4-5 days a week during all different hours. Will consider either team-ups into a new rental with others or just join a current rental. Looking to move out end of November/December. Very open to locations.
I will be working full-time in Kensington during the weekdays and go to my country home on weekends. We can share stories about food, travels and culture when you want some good conversation over cocktails or dinner! ButI also have my quiet moments and will respect your me-time or if you're busy with your affairs. You can also count on me if you want cozy, clean and organized flat.

Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.

I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
My name is Jordan, I am generally pretty quiet and reserved, as well as acceptably clean and tidy and able to fend for myself when it comes to cooking etc.. Currently looking for someone a bit closer to work (i work near Perth Airport), looking anywhere thats up to around 20 minutes drive to work. Ideally flatmate would have to be okay with me leaving for work around 4-4:30 AM most days. *Currently looking for a possible household with 2 separate bedrooms for 2 males - both work at same place at same time. :)
Hey guys - I’ve recently moved to Perth from NZ and are looking for a great group of people to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for people who are likeminded; friends living together instead of just flatmates. Ideally people who can help show me what’s good about Perth. Working fifo, I’m keen to get out and about on my week home, hitting the gym, beach and tennis court; but while I’m partial to a sneaky wine or gin every now and again, I’m also respectful, and appreciate respect and personal space. In return I can offer average banter, an easy beat on the tennis court and a Netflix account. Cheers!
Hi, I'm Chris. I will be moving back to Perth shortly after a few years living in Queensland. I will be working part-time & studying part-time, so will be very busy. In my spare time l enjoy doing yoga, running, & I love to cook. Looking for a clean, quiet place to live with no drama.
I am clean, respectful, and chatty. I work full time and I enjoy going to the gym, and relaxing during the week. Whilst I like to socialise, I also like my alone time, so I understand the need for space and wanting to wind down after work on your own. I don't want a party house, but somewhere that a social drink with friends (housemates included) from time to time is a must. Comes with: basic kitchen items, a lot of tupperware, big double door fridge/freezer, has table and chairs (that can stay in storage), own room furnished, and other bits and pieces. Any questions, just ask :) Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people. I am also allergic to animals :( so sorry no pets.
I am a recent graduate from Curtin looking for a lively clean place to live. I'm a friendly social person and looking for flatmates that are similar, so I'm not too worried about the kind of place I live except I need enough space for my 3D printer. My hobbies also include mountain biking, Floorball (indoor hockey) and hanging out with friends. I'm ideally looking for a place that won't mind having a couple mates over for cards and drinks once in a while, but I will follow the current rules of the house.
Hello, my name is Katie! I am a primary school teacher from Perth. I recently returned to Perth from an 8 month trip around Africa and Europe so looking for a place and hopefully some new friends to house share with next year! I'm an easy-going person who enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. When i'm not outside I love a good netflix binge, going out for a few drinks or checking out some local live music. I enjoy cooking, trying new foods and a good farmers market (or any market for that matter!) I'm looking for a like-minded, good vibes only person. Someone who is clean, respectful and friendly.
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
Originally from Melbourne, I currently work in HR and have been living and working in the Pilbara for the last 4.5 years. I am shortly due to relocate to Perth for work at the end of the year. I work reasonably long hours so I shouldn't bother you too much, but definitely like a wind down beverage and a laugh at the end of a long day. I'm looking forward to capitalising on living in suburbia again and getting out on the weekends and see what Perth has to offer.
