GREAT HOUSE IN FANTASTIC LOCATION. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone studying at Curtin University or working in the city. Both locations are only 5 minutes away by car and very accessible by public transport. It is great for those who love living close to the river as the South Perth foreshore is a 5 minute walk away. This spacious house offers numerous features including large bedrooms, high ceilings, big living area, big kitchen, air conditioning, veranda and outdoor entertainment area. Large bedroom available with french doors opening up onto the back veranda and onlooking in the back garden. The room is semi furnished but can be fully furnished if required. Strictly no smokers and no pets. This is definitely not a party house.
Quiet, non-smoker, regular hours, respectful, open to resolving issues, the tv is all yours. Engineer working in the city, lived in Perth most of my life. Separated with two very nice and well behaved teenagers living with their Mother. For fun I catch up with my kids, listen to music, watch AFL and hang out at cafes. I also go to Margaret River where I have a holiday place that I can share free with my Perth housemates (ie they can stay there anytime without me there).
Hey! I'm an archaeologist who has just relocated to Perth from Adelaide. I was supposed to be living with my boyfriend but he's had to go back to France, so I'm all on my lonesome looking for some fun/chill housemates. Love a glass (or 3) of wine and a netflix binge. Also loving jamming out, I play several instruments but I'm pretty good at only practising when people have left the house ;P I need a place literally now so I hope I'm who you're looking for! M
Hi am Rohan, I am 31 year old (male) working professional (mechanical engineer) who absolutely loves to keep my place clean, am easy going, quite and completely respect others personal space. I am a no-party animal so wont be playing around loud music or wont have any guests coming in. I like to have a chat at the end of day may be with a beer or 2 on the weekends. Enjoys watching movies and exploring new places. I will be moving to Perth on the 6th of November 2018 and am looking for a long term accommodation, preferably six months. I am looking for flat share/ house share with following preferences, - Furnished room - Close to public transport - Preferably in South Perth, Como - Unlimited internet and all bills included in the rent scenario Am looking for flatmates who are friendly, quite, no party animals and most importantly - tidy. Thanks, Rohan
Hi, I'm Rakhi. I'm 18 years old and I'm moving to Australia to do my degree from the UK. I'm not yet sure what my timings will be like at uni but I assume I'll be out from mornings to mid afternoon. My weekends are normally spent with friends but that depends on my work load. I like to keep my living spaces clean and I'm very familiar with living with other people as I had been doing it in the UK. I like to keep myself busy with cooking, reading and socialising but sometimes a little Netflix goes a long way.
Clean & Respectful to live with. Have 18 months of prior rental history from 2016 - mid 2017, now looking to move back out of home and rent in areas around Perth. Not fussed with Male or Female roommates. Can be a fairly quiet guy for the most part with my introverted personality but very easy to get along with. Studying Marketing and Tourism & Hospitality and have a huge love of traveling. Did 18 months of backpacking around europe back in 2014 & love stumbling across travellers here in Aus. Currently working in hospitality at Crown, and have interests in working in the Digital Marketing industry. Working 4-5 days a week and in my final semester of uni to complete my degree. Will consider either team-ups into a new rental with others or just join a current rental. Looking to move out mid-November. Very open to locations.
Would like to find another female of similar age to share a place with UNFURNISHED please. I’m easygoing, friendly and love to have a laugh. I don’t mind dogs but am allergic to cats unfortunately. Would be preferable to have own bathroom or share a decent sized one with one other (female preferably). I work full time and like to relax or get out and about on weekends. I love to cook for myself and for others.
Hi Potential Flatmate, My name is Andrew, I Am a 24-year-old HR professional relocating to Perth from Melbourne on a 4-month short term assignment. I am moving across to start work on the 15th of October. A little bit about me... When I am not working full time, in Melbourne I enjoy socialising with friends, going out every so often, having a few beers, riding my dirtbike in the bush as a stress reliever and relaxing at home watching trashy tv or Netflix. I am a clean and tidy person who would expect the same from potential housemates. I pride myself on being timely with bills and rent and treating someone’s house as if it was my own. Due to the short nature of the assignment i will be unable to bring any furnature or bed etc. I am looking for a fully furnished room. I would also need somewhere with a car park or on street parking. I look forward to chatting further about any potential interest you may have. Thanks - Andrew :)
My boyfriend and I are from Newcastle upon Tyne in England. We are currently travelling Asia but will arrive in Perth on the 15th where I have a couple of interviews already lined up as we have our working holiday visas. I am a hairdresser and Jack works in fashion. We are very respectful and very tidy. We enjoy cooking together (accompanied with some beer/wine). We love socialising but also enjoy our privacy too. Jack enjoys riding his bmx and I want to take up skateboarding. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to give me a message. We look forward to meeting our new housemate! 👋🏻💕 xx
Enthusiastic and chaotic but tidy 28 year old Msc student from The Netherlands. In Perth for a research project at Curtin Uni. Looking for a place to stay but just as much for some nice flatmates to share the occasional glass of red. Not the biggest party animal but always keen to go on an adventure. I have lived in shared houses before and it's been really good. Not here for long, so a furnished room would be easy but perhaps a teamup could be worth the effort if with the right people. I suggest we grab a coffee or so to see if we match! :)
Easy going female who likes shopping, reading, browsing the web, dining out, travelling and spending time with family and friends. I am very respectful of other peoples property and I always keep my home clean and well maintained.
The property is located in a quiet residential area just a stone throw away from Berwick Street. The street itself is beautiful and picturesque with huge shade trees and the house itself is surrounded by plants and greenery. An added benefit as this keeps the house cool and quiet all day round. The house is walking distance to IGA Express (4mins), Coles (13mins), Albany Highway Restaurants/bar dynamic hub (11mins). Also, there is quick access to city buses (1 min walking distance) which takes you straight to Perth CBD, Carousel, Victoria Park and Curtin Uni in 13 min by bus/5 min drive, UWA is 35min by bus/13-16min drive & the city is 16min bus/10min drive. The house has all the basic amenities (High-Speed Internet), but there’s always room for more as my house is your house. Oh and there's a great lounging backyard with a BBQ. Both bedrooms have a double-sized bed, many sliding wardrobe spaces and a desk. The living room has a super comfy couch and a large TV (which is connected to free-to-air channels and a Google Chromecast). There are all the basic necessities in the kitchen to cook at your heart’s desire. There are air-conditioning and fans. The bathroom has lots of storage space and a long mirror. We don’t mind the occasional get together with friends but do ask that there aren’t any parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. And having friends and partners over is totally fine as long as you are respectful. If you own a car, there are tons of street parking outside and a visitor car spot for our house. Rent starts at $175 pw and ALL BILLS are included!
Hi 👋 I’m a really easy going guy, enjoy being social and meeting new people. I pretty much get along with anyone. I’m respectful and tidy and love cooking. I’m a very active person and spend a lot of my spare time on my e-skateboard. I’m passionate about craft beer (drinking and brewing) and music. I have a 4yo little girl named Aurora. She is funny, intelligent, gorgeous, super easy/chilled and just generally amazing 😍. I currently only have her Sunday morning thru Monday evening every week so she doesn’t really need her own room at my place. I am currently about to open an e-skate/e-transport store in Leederville with my business partner which already keeps me VERY busy and we haven’t even opened the doors yet! Also have a BASc in Architecture but realised this year I’m not ready to spend the rest of my working life behind a desk just yet! 😬🙄 Looking for somewhere suitable for mine/Aurora’s needs with similar people. I look forward to meeting you! 😊👍
You'll feel like you're living at a home instead of just an accomodation. We're at a great location: -10 min drive into the city (if you work there or if you just love Perth city) -10 min walk to South Perth foreshore (if you're a nature lover or need to destress) -3 min drive to Woolworths (for basic needs/groceries) -3 to 5 minute drive to the cafes in Vic Park (if you love coffee and brunch) -5 min walk to McDonalds, Orpoto, KFC (if you love fast food or crave nuggets at midnight) There're also 2 cute local cafes that's less than a 10 minute walk away. We live in a 2-storey house, the first floor is a common area and the second floor is where the bedrooms are. You'll be sharing a toilet with a male.
Hello, I am Jakob. I am a student from Germany. I just finished my Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and will start an Internship in Perth at the 1st October. I like to cook and do sports and am an open minded young man. I am very much looking forward to get in touch with Perth and the people living there. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Kind regards, Jakob
Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
I am an easy going, clean, tidy and sociable person that works full time. Looking for people similar to myself and works the same hours. Not into a party house but do like to eat out and have a beer now and again. Very much into my fitness and live an active lifestyle, love dogs also!
Clean, tidy and respectful. I am hardly home so you probably won't even notice that I'm there. Although I do also like to be part of the household and certainly want to contribute to decisions. Moreover I also like to get to know the people I'm living among.
Incredibly dry sense of humour Don't get in your way or be annoying Clean and respectful And thoughtful Love animals if you have them Great advice giver (terrible advice taker) Love decorating And creating a cool space to live Terribly unfit so i wont be the "hot one" 😂 Work part time for an IT company bookkeeping mostly from home so I'm home quiet a bit with my nose in a book or laptop but i do mostly keep to myself in my room or area as im generally a pretty quiet person, and keep some really odd hours due to other work commitments (im an escort do you would need to be ok with that and not a judgemental sort of person) and be a good sleeper as i come and go at weird times and even though i always try to be as quiet as i can, sonetimes i fail lol For this reason i also need to have my own bathroom to get ready in at odd hours and not wake house mates
Private room with a built in wardrobe. The house is located: - 15-20 mins by bus/ 10mins drive to the CBD - close to East Victoria Park (close to a wide range of food) - Woolies and Coles are a 5 min and 7 min drive, respectively - located near maccas, kfc, oporto and hungry jacks (all 24 hours) near canning highway. - near canning highway but it is a quiet spot.
Brand New House (Please note Room 3 has a parking spot in the garage.) Simple Furnished as required including beds and bed side table. Brand New Stone top Kitchen with Gloss White Cabinets. Double Garage with Remote Control Alfresco Area at the Back. Close to Bus stop and Other Public Transport. NBN Fibre to the Premise Ready Victoria Park Primary School District
Very convenient to city or Curtin Uni. On major bus route. City glimpses, 3 minute walk to river. On offer is a large room with adjoining study. Q/S bed, BIR & ancillary bedroom furniture. Air conditioned.
Close to Curtin University, easy access to the freeway north or south. Close to Swan River foreshore, Zoo and Coffee Shops very close. IGA ten minute walk. Good location for Students, people working SOR or anyone who enjoys walking or exercising along the foreshore. Weekly rent includes internet and bills (electricity/gas), Foxtel and Netflix also. There is furniture if needed for at least one "fully furnished" tenant requirement, but also space to store anything not needed/wanted for anyone wanting to use their own. There is a single carport to keep a car under cover. At the moment I am the only occupant (home owner) and occupy the back of the house and could only share the kitchen and entry to the house. I am looking for 1 tenant to rent a bedroom which comes with own/private bathroom and potentially shared use of lounge room. There is room for a second tenant to add in space that is currently a lounge room, but as this would require sharing the bathroom would more suit someone happy to team up (or an existing couple) And so, for someone wanting more space they could take the second room to keep as a private lounge room/storage etc - this scenario is the amount quoted for the second room in the ad.
A single bedroom is now available to rent at a convenient location in Victoria Park on Washington St. - 7 mins walk to Victoria Park Centro, Woolworths and restaurant stripe - 7 mins walk to bus stops with very frequent buses to the CBD. - free Curtin University shuttle bus route is just 20m away. 1 large bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit available immediately. (Room is 3.5m x 4.0m) The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a big desk. The unit is located on Scenic Crescent, a quiet street in South Perth. The unit is 50m from the foreshore parks and 100m from the Swan River. 160$ per week plus approximately 50$ per month for bills. The unit has a big front and backyard for outdoor entertaining. There is off street, covered parking available. NBN wifi and free laundry. Close to public transport and the CBD. Extra storage available in small sleep out bedroom.
Hey guys! Recently one of our flatmates moved out. As a result, we have one room available now! So let me describe some things for you. The area – Our place is located between Mill Point Road and Canning Highway in South Perth (pretty good location eh?). The foreshore is about ten-minute walk if you're interested in a beautiful view of the CBD from the other side of the Swan River. Coles, Mc Donald's, Hungry Jacks, Subway and KFC are about 10-15 minutes’ walk as well. Public transport is decent but not ideal, we have buses 34 - 32 and 910 just around the corner. If you’re driving, Perth CBD is 10-mins away and Fremantle, Cottesloe and Scarborough are about 20-mins away. The house – The house isn’t exactly brand new, so bear that in mind while making your decision (that's one of the main reasons to offer this room at such affordable price). Here is a brief description: Two-story - four rooms in total - two bathrooms - lounge room - dining room / kitchen - washing room. The first floor has a lounge, table tennis and a PS4 if you’re bored, we also have two sets of furniture in the front garden (one under cover) and large parking space in the property for your vehicle. The room – There isn’t much to say about this. As you can see in the pictures, this bedroom has a considerable size, big windows and a huge wardrobe for all your belongings! As well as a nice set of ceiling lights with its correspondent fan. There is also a queen mattress available if you require one in the meantime. Bills – As today, we pay internet every month and utilities every three months, and split everything equally within the tenants. Latest bills are listed below: Internet (Mate unlimited) is 70$, Synergy (Electricity) 258$, Water 49$, Alinta Energy (Gas) 224$. In general, bills are a somewhat expensive, so consider that as well.

Hi. I’m brett and I’m studying at Curtin and working fifo for a mining company. So I’m away 5 nights per fortnight. I’m currently looking at furnished or semi furnished 2x2 apartments in the vic park area with a pool and gym. I want something with an ensuite and little maintenance. Was looking for a housemate that also works away. I have a budget of around $250 a week. I’d be happy to pay the bigger share for a larger room. Are you interested?
We’re super friendly and love meeting new people. We love relaxing watching some TV and will happily keep the place clean. Definitely don’t mind pets and potentially helping care for them. We’ll make great house mates and great friends!!
Im From Northern Ireland, enjoy keeping fit - running, gym, hiking. id be working a 9 to 5 job and looking for some housemates that are not too crazy but not boring either.
Moving to Queensland at the end of the year so hoping to find somewhere close to work until then. Don't smoke, pretty neat, have no pets, prefer furnished as not brining any with me but can deal either way, not expecting having visitors or any parties, basically just somewhere to sleep, chill, and share with some nice peoples. Happy to share in cleaning duties and possibly some cooking, or otherwise equally happy to leave you in peace.
I came from Japan, and I'm studying general English at English school, and staying with hostmother. I will graduate from school on 16th November, and at the same time, my homestay will also end on the day. I'm looking for shareroom or sharehouse. If you are interested in Japanese people and culture, please free to contact me!
Hi I'm a 33 female from New Zealand. I've been living in Perth for the last few years. I work full time in Welsphool, so looking for a new room to rent around that area to keep the commute to work short. I'm about to end my current lease after just over two years. So looking for a nice quite place to call home. I'm clean, quite and respectful of other peoples property. I keep to myself but also like having someone to chat with when they are around. Would really like and unfurnished room with aircon. Wishlist would include maybe the possibility of setting up a separate lounge. But not a deal breaker. I do currently have furniture for lounge/kitchen/laundry if someone is looking for a teamup. But i'm also willing to part with my stuff to take on just an unfurnished room. If you have any questions for me please send me a message :-)
