Hi! I’m Christina, 28, looking to team up with someone to share a long-term lease (a year or more). I’m flexible with move-in dates as I'm currently living with mates who’ll need the room back by Jan 2026. Happy to move earlier for the right fit. Ideally, I would love continue living in the north shore. Flexible-ish with suburb/ location as long as it is 10 mins walk from transport as I don't have a car. My ideal set up is a 2–4 person household with a 1–2 people/ bathroom ratio. I’ve lived happily with friends for years and would love a similar setup where the place feels like home, everyone pulls their weight, and bills are sorted responsibly. Having a friend, not just a housemate, would be great though it’s not essential. I’m clean and try to be tidy but not a neat freak about it. I value open comms so things don’t get awkward. Fine with friends or partners coming by or the occasional BBQ (1-2 a week is all good), but not after a party house. I’ve got everything I need for my room and some kitchen bits. If you’ve already got furniture, a washer/dryer, etc., great. Otherwise, happy to split setup costs and sort things out together. Happy to chat and figure out what works best. About me: I enjoy the outdoors, walks, reading, the gym, cafes, and being social, but I also value downtime. Open to pets, I especially love cats!
