Hi, My name is Ivan :) I am 40 years old. I am very clean, organised and respectful of people's privacy and space. I enjoy a good chat and like meeting new people. I prefer sharing a flat or house with 1 person, preferably above ground floor. I also like to live in a clean and tidy environment, a place I can call home. Kindest Regards Ivan
Hello, I'm Tara. I am 30 and I do some freelance marketing/writing on weekdays, and work in bars and clubs on weekends and some weekday nights. I also have a fitness/dance background. Hobbies: public speaking, dancing, traveling This is my last winter in Melbourne, and I would like a safe place to stay for 10 months to 1 year. I plan to move interstate in March/April/May 2018 to study. But I promise to pay my bills and rent until then! I am staying in Melbourne for just under a year longer so I can work through some legal processes (good stuff). I am based in the inner Western suburbs, but would consider moving to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Glen Iris, Malvern, Maribyrnong, Ascot Vale and Kensington It needs to be close to public transport BUT with a parking spot, for my little red Ford Festiva. Prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture, but will consider a semi-furnished studio. Awesome things about me: - self-sufficient - private, quiet, busy - health-conscious - drug-free, debt-free - I clean as I go PS: I share a lovely 3 level townhouse in West Footscray. It is too big and superfluous. My housemate is a passive-aggressive alcoholic man who is getting divorced and wants my attention. I'm too busy to deal with him. Hence, the ad :) If you are considering asking me to share a house with you, you must be: - busy and have real hobbies - NOT be in debt; not be cheap with household items - the room must have an ensuite - you must understand that I'm not sharing a house to socialize or be best friends - clean, but not a clean freak - there's a difference - no shouting or cursing at me; please approach me in a calm and civil manner to discuss issues. Say "Please and thank you" These rules would go for me too I would only share with one other person, to keep things simple.
Writer, student, cricket tragic and aussie rules fan, loving life in Melbourne since I moved from country WA at the start of 2016. I'm pretty easy going, enthusiastic about life, enjoy cooking and eating healthily, and keeping fit and active (cycle, walk, gym, swim, cricket). My dream house share would be a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy household in the inner west - emphasis on the clean and tidy bit! I'm over grotty cluttered house shares. I'm seeking like-minded housemates who will all do their bit to help keep the house (and garden where there is one) presentable. I enjoy a quiet drink most nights, and would be up for some shared cooking and socialising. I do need my own quiet and private space though, as I often work and write from home, so a decent-sized bedroom where I can fit my desk, bookcase and bedroom furniture is a must. Finding a housemate who's also into sport would be a huge bonus! I play cricket for Spotswood CC in the summer, go to many cricket and footy matches (Sheffield Shield, BBL, AFL) and watch even more on TV/live apps. I also enjoy exploring new places and catching live music or writing related events. I'm currently in a share house I've called home for 1yr+ that is better than many, so I'm not in a huge rush to move out; but I am keen to find housemates and home where I will fit in better.
Hello ! I'm Emma and I'm currently in the midst of writing a thesis, so I'm a full time student ! I'm very respectful of space and privacy and do enjoy my own time, but am also always up for a glass of wine or two and big chats. I've got a little cat coming with me, Paddy, who's very polite and sweet, and spends most of her time asleep on my feet or cadging for bikkies. I'm in my fourth year of an arts degree so I am also a practicing artist, and a musician on the side.
I'm Sarah I'm 25 and I come with one dog Ruby a siberian husky. I've been living in Melbourne for almost 3 yrs. And working at my job at H&M for over 2. I'm also studying in the CBD. I consider myself pretty chill to live with clean and tidy. Keeping my mess to my room. I also like keeping a neat lawn. In my spare time away from uni and work I'm at home with Ruby relaxing or hanging with my friends. I'm not a big drinker (if there is a birthday I'll endulge myself) nor do I smoke or take drugs. Very social able always up for a chat. I also enjoy cooking especially for other people. Although I don't cook meat. If you're interested in can meet with you soon just message me here. Thanks :)
I'm moving to Australia; prefer to live in Melbourne of all places; and looking for an affordable living quarter while I job hunt. Then we'll see :) I am 37 this July, married with 1 child and another on the way :) But I will be on my own for time being. No current plans to get the family out here.
Hi, Im Jamie. 44, male, Registered Nurse. Clean, quiet, respectful of others and their privacy. Into photography, hiking, 4WD, cooking/eating, movies and wine. Have the most amazing.......ly bad singstar voice (which I naturally wouldn't subject you to unless you wanted to join in). Non-smoker, social drinker, like to try and keep fit and healthy (though profess to a "slight" chocolate and gelati addiction). Don't do drugs and wouldn't share with anyone that did!! Prefer a female housemate as usually easier to live with than guys. Have shared heaps due to previous nature of my work as locum nurse. Have had a working with children check due to the nature of my employment if this is of importance. Anything else, we can chat about if the occasion arises.

Hey people, Soo, Im a gay 25 year old male. I was a chef for 8 years and went on to manage a nightclub for 2 and coming into this year gave up both professions to undertake a bachelor business at the Australian School of Management. I know work part time to keep extra cash flow and am a full time student on Austudy looking for a somewhat mature environment to move into. I have a 3 month old kitten named max who I would take full responsibility for to the extent of even forfeiting a higher bond should it be necessary. He is an inside cat but he's very little and he's my best friend, and well looked after and he will be desexed and odour free I promise. I enjoy cooking, music, wine and the company of friends to chat. Drama is hopefully something we can leave a majority of in the past now I'm getting a bit older and diplomacy will ideally prevail in the event of any miscommunication that would occur. I am coming from my own 1 bedroom apartment that was furnished so although lacking somewhat in substantial furniture, I am happy to mingle as well as have to spend a fair bit of time in my room studying.
Heyy currently I'm living in Greensborough with my parents and Im a student at Vic Uni and currently looking for accommodation closer to campus, as driving 1 and 1/2 hrs a day for work and uni is hard. I'm working twice to three times a week and irregular weekends at a sport centre in Thomastown and starting in bakers delight in Yarravillie in the coming weeks. I'm easy going and social, but will respect privacy and personal space! love my AFL and Volleyball, going for walks and enjoying a good drink after a week of school and work, friends are important to me as I like to keep social. I don't see the point of laying in bed all day and night. I'm at uni 4 days a week and start early and finish in the afternoon with 2-4 hr breaks between each class so coming home in my breaks would be nice. Thanks Jess :)
This is a great location handy to commute only 10 minutes to CBD. Off Street parking. Bus opposite if required. Great location full of cafe, bars and restaurants. Close to Williamstown and Altona beach. This home is spacious and nicely furnished with spa and gourmet kitchen.
Hello fello Flatemates, I am a full time student at Vic University with part time work down on the Peninsula. I am very friendly, easy going, chilled out, likes to have a laugh, loves to cook and enjoys a drink. I'm also respectful of peoples space and as I am a student I do like my own space at times for studying. If you would like to know me better or you would like to get in contact with me please do so :) Looking forward to meeting you!
I'm a relaxed guy currently working full time at Home Timber and Hardware. i enjoy playing and listening to music. Usually go for a drink after work so I don't spend a lot of time at home. Generally pretty social and enjoy other peoples company. I'd like to move in with people that are easy to get along, reliable and don't mind going out for a drink every now and then :)
So little bit about the place/area. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the first floor located in Kingsville with on street and off street parking. It's a 15 minute drive into the city or a 15-20 minute train ride. Bus routes on each end of the street that go to Footscray station, Yarraville station and Laverton station. 10-15 minute walk to coles and 20 minute walk to Yarraville station and High point shopping centre is just a short drive away. Rent is $135 a week for single person or $90 a week per person if a couple, bills not included. Our bills have never been that high anyway. There is wifi available but not included in the rent. The bedroom comes unfurnished and the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished so if you have anything you want to bring let me know and we'll see what we can do.
I'm currently completing my masters at RMIT in computer science. I live in Coburg North, and am looking for a more social and friendly sharehouse, also in a nicer neighbourhood. I like listening to music, and sometimes going to gigs (mainly indie rock, electronic), films, op-shopping, video games, and pretty much all forms of pop culture. I'm clean, relaxed and easy going, and a non smoker. I've lived in several share houses before, so plenty of experience. I can move ASAP, and would hope to be staying long term.
I'm a professional speech pathologist who loves a healthy and energetic lifestyle. I'm a pescatarian who loves a good glass of bubbles. I'm a very neat and tidy housemate who loves to keep the bathroom and kitchen clean. Staying in and playing board games or watching scary movies is a hobby!

Hey! I am a 26 year old Primary School teacher. I am clean and tidy and get my bills paid on time. I enjoy a glass of red wine or two, watching indie films, film photography, live music, bike riding adventures and hanging out with my pals. I do like having a boogie to 90s hits or bangers aswell. I really enjoy going to the market every weekend and love to cook. Sounds like a bit of a strange dating application I know.
Hi! I'm Lawrence, an International student from Mauritius, who's been living in Melbourne for a few years now. I'm looking to move closer to the City to save time going to work and to Uni. Full time post-grad, so a cosy place for relaxing/studying would help! I'm also a casual hospitality worker, so unavoidably pretty friendly. Not big on partying anymore, but do appreciate drinks and always up for some banter! Respectful of other housemates privacy. Not very fussy about a little bit of mess here and there and the TV playing in the background as I grew up in a big family house, but I tend to enjoy the sight of clean common areas... Happy to do my share of chores too. Random facts: I'm an avid recycler, I don't smoke nor do I eat meat (anymore) and errrr.... I also speak French and Spanish. Voilà!
I'm 18, working part time and looking to move into Footscray for the remainder of the year. I'm laid back, easy to talk to and get along with, but also respect quiet time. can keep a house clean and tidy and most importantly, respect good music. I have a 2 year old Bordercollie with a beautiful personality who is quiet, clean and very well toilet trained also looking to move in with me. I play a bit of guitar and enjoy any in depth discussion on something worth discussing. pick me.
Hi :) I'm looking for a place to stay closer to or in the city with a friend or two. Currently taking up my MBA in VU City flinders and working part time. Friendly, positive, easy to get along with, passionate about cooking & food, loves to travel & explore and meet new friends...
Hi guys, I'm currently looking for some where north of the city until I find a place of my own, 6 month stay is what I'm hoping will be max but it could very well be more. I'm friendly, neat, easy going and open minded on all things and love my music and BMX. I work with a small company called Under Sky that pitches tents and marquees for any event. I'm planning on studying in the new year and also currently looking for a second job until than. Feel free to ask any questions and I'm excited to meet future house mates :)
Hi I am Damien 37 from Tassie, I work as an early child hood educator and after school carer but looking to get into teachers aide work while I work on my passion of writing pun jokes. I am quiet but funny , I love to have a good laugh or at least make people laugh . I love AFL and sport in general , I am looking forward to watching the bombers play . Anything else you would like to know feel free to ask.
Neat and tidy couple and both of us are into full time work-my work profile being a Marketing executive and my wife's being a Practice Manager. Free for weekends chats and fun and also respect quiet time. Pays rent on time as have been doing for past 4 years. Need a house to share with. My spouse is easy going and my little pumpkin(daughter) is 4 years old, quiet and well behaved darling. We have a car so would be needing a garage too. Overall, we are very easy going and respect other's privacy and space.
Hi everyone , I'm a full time student looking to rent out a private room in a female only share house, I'm a very clean and well organised person and tend to keep to myself. I am out majority of the time travelling places and visiting my fam/friends . I prefer to share with clean ,organised and non smoking or party people as I like my quiet time for my studies .
I'm a first year uni student looking for a place a bit closer to Uni to live in. At the moment I live in Geelong and the commute is really killing me. I'm usually quite reserved and polite but enjoy going out and chilling with friends.
We're a married Canadian couple from Toronto who love reading, movies, and video games. We come with our own Wii U and Smash Bros 4 if that interests you :D. We're quiet at home, and enjoy hiking or other outdoor activities. Also love baking (and always have extra to share). We own and rent out a house back home, so we're respectful of other people's space and property. We like having some space to ourselves, but we're also happy to enjoy time making new friends and sharing our interests or trying new ones.
I'm chill, easygoing and considerate of others; I won't make noise and I'm not into partying much. I'm friendly and social but will give you your space when necessary as I also require my own. I'm conscientious - I'm clean and I pay rent on time always! I'm also a pretty good cook so there's that. On a personal note, I'm a socially conscious person (currently doing my masters in social policy at Melbourne Uni) and in my spare time I do some volunteer work - I also enjoy reading, podcasts, premium tv (rarely watch free to air but love netflix etc) and movies, hanging with friends, internetting, bike rides, walks, brunch and exploring.
I'm social, quirky and responsible. Can pay bills on time without being prompted, can chip in with the communal chores etc Love to share times with board games, movies and just general chat times.
Zac:: Freelance graphic designer, also doing an online sociology degree at uni full time (currently first year). I like to make art, grow veggies, hike, binge watch whatever shows I'm currently addicted to. Bit of an introvert / extrovert hybrid, depending on the mood I can either be up for long chats and random adventures, or just keen to stay in and chillout with some music or movies. Ra:: Black kitty who likes to chase toys and catch mice. Bit of a weirdo who wags his tail like a dog (not kidding), can't meow (never learned to or something??) and makes a chirping sound at meal times kinda like a velociraptor... He's fully toilet trained (ie. there's not even kitty litter in the house because he only ever toilets outside) and he's very low maintenance – not attention seeking, doesn't shed hair etc.
Hey! My name is Ted, I'm looking for people to live with. My current lease is ending in the next few months and I'm looking to find a new place. I work full-time as a teacher, so that means I can handle some responsibility. I have a girlfriend who has her own place, I will often stay at hers but she may occasionally stay with me. I love football and don't mind the occasional drink but you wont see me having weekly benders. I'm very open to talking, it's part of my job! So you can always rely on me to listen to you wind down after a long week. I have a strict "don't shit where you eat" principle which basically means I prefer not to piss anyone off. Saying that, I generally keep to myself and am usually quiet, but always up for sharing a dinner and drinks. I'm very busy tutoring and footy training 4 nights a week, so you've basically got the place to yourself/ves. Ideally any property I am looking for would have space for my items (mostly outdoors stuff so needs a balcony or a backyard). I wouldn't mind a "spare bedroom" to act as a mutual study also but it's not required. Cheers Ted
