Hi....I'm Tina, I am looking for a granny flat, self-contained studio, unit or house. I work as a Compliance Audit Officer based in Melbourne CBD but works from home conducting file audits 4 days per week and one day in the city office. I moved back to Melbourne from Perth on 2nd July 2018 and would like to move as soon as possible. I am staying in a holiday park (at great expense!) until I find a suitable rental. I'm easygoing, responsible with rent/bills and will respect your space/house/furniture as if my own. I have a very tame young talking bird-galah who is in training for future public education and is caged when I'm at work or not home. I am an outside considerate smoker so If you think I could fit, send me a message or call me...thanks! Tina
I work in the jewellery industry, and am looking to move to Melbourne to start working in documentary video production. I like music, nature, reading, video, and good conversation. I am looking for a clean, tidy, good condition house with parking available and people who get along well.

Hi flatties. My name's Rianna, I'm single, 25 and originally from the Gold Coast and moved down to Melbourne about two years ago now. I've got a relaxed, open-minded, positive, introverted, earthy vibe and easy to get along with and I'm also very clean, and don't have to be nagged or asked twice to do chores. Career: I have a few jobs! I'm the online content manager/videographer/editor of a company so I sometimes work from home, sometimes go to the office. I also work at Nike in the city and also film footy games on the weekend. On top of this I also like to keep fit by playing club-level AFL during the week and weekends which means my schedule is inconsistent and kept quite busy! Companion: I have a little 13 y/o Maltese x Shih Tzu (Cody) who is very clean and well-behaved and super quiet. He likes to hang out with whoever's home and sleeps a lot, and is always up for a stroll! He has adopted the term 'therapy dog' with his calm nature and fluffy long fur (he doesn't shed). He also loves cats and other little dogs. In saying that, I would prefer a small backyard for him. Fun: For fun and in my free time (when I get it) I like to take my pup for walks and watch movies on my laptop. I'd love to have flatmate dinners once a week and hang out and get to know who I'm living with and hear your stories! I don't drink and I go out maybe once every two months. Sometimes my female friends come over for sleepovers because I'm still into that. Would love to hear from you!
I'm exchange student form Mexico, from July to December. I love theatre, singing, dancing and exersicing. I love to go out, walk and know new places and new people. I study Architecture. I'm also a great roomie, I am silent, nice and I like keeping my room neat... :)
Hey, I'm beginning with 30´s Estonian male, who is moving to Melbourne. I work in exhibition/expo/event company as a supervisor. My purpose to move Melbourne is I'm going to study and work. I'm easygoing clean/tidy / looking after my self / friendly. My hobbies are watching movies, photography. Priit
I study music at VU and have part-time work. Originally from Sydney and Mudgee, returning to Melbourne to finish my degree after living in Nashville. I am a trained guitar technician, spend most of my time building guitars, recording music and researching music therapy. I have access to VU studios so I won't make make too much noise. I have a fair bit of music gear and tech tools I'd love to share with the house. Fairly chill, neat but not OCD. Love a cold beer after work.

The room ,to be let, has a bed, table, mirror and a portable wardrobe cabinet, which can be removed or kept, depending on your style and interest. This room will be available for occupation by the 3rd of July 2018 More specific details of the property can be given, upon request.

I'm looking for a room mate to move in from the 31/april/2018 with a potential to stay long-term if the dynamic works out. The ideal person will need to be 25 years or older, employed, with a permanent job or contracted part-time job to sufficiently pay for rent each calendar month in advance ($1,000 pcm = $250 per week). You'll be sharing with myself - a fun, outgoing female. The person will need to be a non-smoker with no pets permitted. Happy with a male or female, gay-friendly too, but it's important we 'click' but we can get to know each other when you come visit and check out the room. The separate kitchen and dining area provides full amenities for cooking, dining with a four-stove top, grill, oven and microwave (there is no dishwasher). The house has induction heating throughout all rooms, with a split-system air conditioning unit for heating and cooling. There are two bathrooms – one with a toilet, and the other with washbasin and built-in shower/bath unit. There is a good-sized back garden area with seating, ideal for barbeques, washing line, leading around the house into the attached garage. This is a separate area that can be used for other activities, but you can also use it for car parking (even though there is a car parking space available in front-of the garage off road and down a driveway). There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine (no dryer). The price advertised includes gas, electricity and water utilities per month. The house also comes complete with WiFi and superfast unlimited NBN broadband internet (negotiable extra per month if you wish to have this included). Yarraville itself is a buzzing community with a 'village' feel less than 10 minutes walk away. Yarraville has the famous Sun Theatre (cinema), many restaurants from brunch to dinner, shops and a 5 min walk to the local Coles. Public transport is also very convenient with buses just around the corner to Williamstown, Seddon, Footscray and High Point Shopping Centre. The local train station in the village also takes less than 15 minutes to get to Melbourne CBD. Available for viewings Mon-Fri daytime, or anytime at weekends. If you have any further questions feel free to get in touch via message or phone. (the photos look best if opened full screen). Thanks!

During the weekdays I'll be at Victoria University, footscray park, for my internship. In the evenings and in the weekend I'm totally in for some socialising but I'm also fine on my own and I'm looking for a place that will give me some privacy. I'm down to earth, easy going and always try to keep everything clean. Besides that I'm always down for a drink and a laugh.

Hey y'all! I'm Vivienne and 25 years old! Looking to move out of the family home within the next month or two. I'm quite down to earth, pretty chilled however enjoy a busy social life with family and friends. I'm not a big party head but I wouldn't mind going out for a drink or two, once in a while. Keeping fit, getting outdoors, hikes, checking out new cafes and restaurants, brunch are some of my fav things to do. As I work full time as an events coordinator, I like to spend my weeknights mostly chilling out (mostly just cooking dinner/meals [YES CAN COOK] for the week & watching TV) as I do the good ol' 5am wakeup for the gym in the mornings.. so I'm pretty knackered. But hey, if you ask me for cheese and wine on a weeknight, I might say yes! As for the house, preferably looking for an an all female house 20s-30s year olds. Definitely value respecting the house and keeping it tidy, as well as respecting the people living in it. Most importantly, would love a good laugh and a house full of mates that can laugh not just at me, but with me. I'd love to find some peeps that are alike and hopefully, a humble abode that I can be completely comfortable and myself in! Slide into my DMs if I sound like the one for you... or your place haha. PS. I have an unhealthy obsession with donuts 🍩
Hello to my potential roommates! I'm from India and am currently studying and working. I'm friendly and very neat, love pets and am also open to have a good long chat if you feel like it. I'm looking for a place that will also allow my fiance to come and stay when he comes to visit from New Zealand.
I'm easy going, do tend to keep to myself but will never shy away from a conversation. I work at a foodservice distribution companies full time as a purchasing officer, I tend to think I'm pretty funny. My favourite's part of the day is to come home and chill. I enjoy music, am abit of an night owl but never to disrupting others. No furnishings required. Looking to move asap, if bond is required the next two weeks. Oh I do have a cat but it is able to currently stay where it is, so not crucial for the room. :)
Hey Everyone, We're two international University of Melbourne students looking for a place to call home. We're not big partiers, and will take care of your property. Our budget is: Rent:$1935 per month Bond:$2125 We would also be willing to team up with another person. So if you have/ have found a property ,and are looking for two new roommates, we're your girls!
