Plenty of natural light, two living areas, a lovely little deck out the back for entertaining, 2 bathrooms, an ATTIC (we plan on converting this into a secret movie room... shh...). It's a 7 min walk to West Footscray station and close to Seddon and Yarraville villages, as well as Footscray (which are all so cute and have so many nice cafes, restaurants, bars, the Sun Theatre, we could go on for years...) We've also just signed up for NBN (hellooooo high speed internet!!) which is about $15 each per month.
Hi there, My girlfriend and I are looking for two easygoing people to share our gorgeous four bedroom Edwardian home in Kingsville. We are in our mid to late twenties and are looking for two people who are of similar age. I work as a Secondary teacher and my girlfriend works part time while studying her masters of teaching at Deakin. She will be living in the house on a part time basis while she is finishing off her studies. The house is well maintained and we are currently in the progress of refurnishing. It has a small cottage front garden with porch and small bricked back garden with small deck and BBQ area. It also has a compost bin and veggie patch for the greenies. The house has two separate living areas, and a large well equipped kitchen with attached dining area with sliding doors onto the garden. It has one very large bathroom with bath and detached toilet and large cupboards for lots of storage. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and is enormous and there is a washing line in the garden. The house is connected to the NBN and comes with TV. The two rooms for rent are both double sized rooms with windows. They are both in good condition, have high ceilings and original ceiling roses and cornicing. The street is a really lovely residential and quite street. Its ten minutes walk to west Footscray station or fifteen minute walk to Yarraville station and the charming villages of Yarraville and Seddon and the famous Sun movie theatre. The nearest large supermarket is a ten minute walk and at the end of the street there is a selection of cafes, fast food and a bottleo. The beautiful Crushank park is also only a ten minute walk away which has loads of facilities including a gym and tennis courts. As for nightlife you can be in the CBD within fifteen minutes by train or a $20 taxi or there are loads of local bars and pubs within walking distance. The rent is $160 per week per room (or person) with bills shared equally, if you are couple you are welcome to rent both rooms. If you are interested please feel free to contact me.
Hi! I need to be out of my current place as soon as possibe and I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going living environment. I study full time at RMIT in the city and have uni 3 days a week. I'm quiet and tidy and keep to myself but don't mind a chat at all. I moved to Melbourne from Adelaide in February of 2017 and I'm looking for another share house with friendly and respectful people. I'm a PC gamer so when I'm not in the mood to socialise I'll mostly be on my laptop playing games, on the internet, or doing homework. Men/women/whoever I can live with, gender doesn't matter.
Cosy 3 bed house with seperate bungalow. You can choose the inside room or bungalow. Can be furnished or unfurnished. 2 dogs live here too. They are super friendly so you must love dogs. We share bills and cleaning. House is 20 mins walk from 3 different train stations and bus is around the corner. Currently I use the room as a beauty room for a few clients I see at home but will move my things if you choose inside room. Inside is nicer than the bungalow but bungalow is bigger. Much bigger. But colder being seperate to the house.. so totally up to you what you prefer. We do not mind either way.

Hey everyone! Oscar from Venezuela here. 27 year old dude who is been in Brisbane for over 4 years. I will make the move to the great city of Melbourne in October this year. I will be arriving myself in the first place, but my girlfriend, Oriana, 27 year old Early Childhood student, will join me after a month, therefore, we are looking for nice big room to live nice and comfortably. Our budget is sitting somewhere between $ 250-300 p/w and it will be ideal to be located within 10km to the CBD. A little bit about ourselves: Oriana will transfer from a certificate to a diploma in Early Childhood starting from November. She is currently working at Guzman y Gomez so burritos will be on sale! Very tidy and quiet, but also easy going and friendly to talk to :) GOT big fan and very into stretch yoga. Oscar is part-time music producer and part-time food deliverer. He is making the move to the great city in hopes of landing a job in IT and also, chasing his passion which is music. He loves the occasional philosophy talk as he loves reading, but he won't take it to seriously either so no pressure. Needless to say that we are very stoked about this new experience and we hope we can find great people to share a space with :)
Hi, I'm looking for an un furnished room to move in on October 1st. I'm easy to get a long with, tidy, work full time. I enjoy going to the gym, indoor climbing, meeting friends, yoga, reading, and being outdoors. I'm looking for a place for a minimum of three months. Pets don't bother me I love animals and i have great references. Hope to have a chat:)
Hi potential housemates! Looking for a like minded person to live with. I am from Geelong and work full time in healthcare. In my spare time I love anything outdoors keeping fit, running, cycling, walking, camping and during summer the beach and maybe a surf! On the weekends I love the occasional night out with friends and family, going out for a meal and a red wine. I am sociable but also like my downtime. I am looking for someone who keeps busy but will share a laugh, the occasional dinner and a walk, absolutely must be clean and reliable. I don't have any pets but love dogs so it's on my radar. I am keen to 'team up' and find a place with someone as I have a unit at the moment with most the furnishings needed. I am not in any hurry so happy to spend time looking. Looking forward to hearing from potential housemate!!
A clean, recently renovated 3 bedroom home in a quiet area. House is located close to supermarkets and Yarraville village (yay brunch!). Nearby are also McDonald's, 7/11 and Cellarbrations (yay bad life choices!), however if you are one for the drunken munchies it might be worth noting that Maccas is only open until midnight. Sad. :( Okay, now for the serious stuff: - Light filled unfurnished bedroom with BIR, large enough for QB and drawers - Two lounge areas - Large kitchen with modern appliances incl dishwasher - Off street parking available for a small car, or plenty of on street parking available (no permit required) - Shared bathroom with one other person (master bedroom has ensuite) - 10 minute walk to Yarraville train station, 15 minute ride into the CBD. Trains run frequently as Werribee, Laverton and Williamstown lines go through Yarraville. - NBN - Ducted heating throughout house, and split system A/C in lounge room **House is fully furnished, however once our current housemate moves out there will be plenty of room in the back lounge if you have furniture.**
I am a social guy working within hospitality, currently living in New Zealand til the 21st of September. I clean up after myself, am easy to live with and cook my own food. I always pay rent on time and keep to myself at times as well as socialise. I'm from the south of England and have just spent the last year in New Zealand. Australia will be 4th working holiday! For fun I like to play pool, have the occasional drink in a nice bar and meet up for coffee. I also go to the gym and enjoy yoga every week!

This house is a wonderful 2 bedroom with study and sunroom weatherboard gem in a quiet cul de sac a short distance from West Footscray station. The entire house was recently renovated so the interior is brand new. The shared living areas are drenched in gorgeous natural light and there is a lovely large grassed back yard with a roomy deck and BBQ which will be great for entertaining in the warmer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with an eat in dining area and beautifully restored polished floorboards adorn the lounge and both bedrooms. The bathroom is simple, new and extremely clean with good storage. Public transport is close by as is the local super market and Yarraville Village with it's cafes, restaurants and cinema. There are a number of parks close by and the area is quiet, friendly and very welcoming. Not only will you occupy the bedroom but the back study will also be your space - what a bargain - two rooms for the price of one.
The house is on a double block, high ceilings, french provincial kitchen, wooden floors and lots of sunlight. 12 min walk from Yarraville station or bus to Footscray is a few minutes away. This is a three bedroom house. The third bedroom is spare / office/guest room. This is basically yours (I have some stuff in the wardrobe). Guests stay occasionally. If you haven't been to Yarraville village before, you dont know what you are missing. Quaint, interesting, lively, great food and an amazing theatre. I'm David. I work full time as an academic (marketing) across a number of universities. I am hoping to find a chilled couple to replace two dear friends (30 y.o) who are returning to Japan. Perfect house for traveling couple. Ideally, you are interesting, fun easy going, and compliment the energies of the house; from yoga, meditation, cycling, surfing and active lifestyles to calm mellow weekends. My home has a great feel and I would like to welcome another great couple to this wonderful shared space. I enjoy food, wine, film, and a broad range of music. While I may not cook every night, due to work when I do I aim to make an effort and do something interesting. There are racks and racks of spices and herbs and Footscray market is close by, and great wine shops in Yarraville and Seddon keep the cheer in the house. My work means that I travel overseas 2 - 3 months of the year. The place would be yours November/December and January (home for Christmas)

Howdy friends I'm Grace, I'm a 20 year old uni student at Vic uni (Footscray Park campus) studying journalism. I'm looking for anything in close proximity to a train station (whether that ends up closer to vic uni or my work, I'm not fussed), as long as it's close to public transport.. I'm currently based at UniLodge and am looking to move out in December. I work several times a week at Coles in Balaclava (a bit of a long way away, I know :p), with shifts ending sometimes late at night. If I'm not at uni or working I'm usually relaxing or out with friends. I play a lot of video games or just like to chill out and relax with music (headphones on OFC). I also love cooking and am 100% okay with living with pets of any kind. I clean up after myself and will happily do my share of housework and help out as needed!
Im originally from North Queensland. I'm a part-time student working as a cleaner. I'm super tidy and like to make sure the place is maintained well. Hence why I would like my own space to call my home as sharehouses are getting on my nerves.
Hi there! My name is Gwen and I'm a 23 year old student looking for a place to live in the inner Western suburbs. I'm a relatively social person and a little bit of a night owl, but I'm also mindful of others schedules and tend to be quiet in the late hours (headphones exist for a reason). I'm studying Professional and Creative Writing at Deakin University, so I hope to get an internship in the next coming months while also working on my blog. While I don't have any of my own to bring with me, I adore animals and their presence in the home. I'm an adequate cook, but I must admit my strength lies in baking and cleaning up after the cooking. I tend to bake as gifts for friends and always make more than enough cookies/scones/whatever I was craving at the time for myself and others I'm living with. If you've got a request/dietary requirement, I'd be happy to try it out in my recipes. Routine is important for a clear mind, so it's vital that cleaning, keeping tidy and doing my own chores is a consistent weekly schedule, although I'm happy to compromise depending on others work hours. I don't mind the occasional glass of red as well as the odd night out, but of a general evening, you can find me typing away on my laptop or binging on Netflix.

Hi my name's Natasha. I'm a 24 year old female from England looking for a friendly, sociable flat or house share in suburbs close (ish) to the city. I am very easy going and easy to talk to! I have been in Australia (mainly Melbourne) for almost 2 years working and travelling and I am now looking to find a house share with a good work/life balance closer to the city than where I have previously lived as I do like to have fun! I am very respectful and try to share as much as possible with whoever I live with. Clean, tidy and always willing to pull my weight around the house! Just looking for a relaxing place to stay with good people who like to socialise with their flatmates :) :)

Hey, I am looking to move in somewhere suitable for me. I wouldn't mind doing teamups as well. I really respect and value privacy and take that very seriously. I love helping out with the house chores and cooking. Hit me up if you wanna know more.
Doing everything the right way, no late payments, no tricks, no people over, no lies, no hassles, honest, mature, quiet, private, keeps to themselves, responsible, clean, tidy, well educated, professional, lovely, sweet, friendly. I need furnished with just a double or queen bed and I need a desk preferably. I would like all bills inclusive because I do not wish to be ripped off or tricked by bills.
Looking for a fun, reliable and social household to join. I am always courteous to others and pay rent and bills on time. I work full time as a student counsellor which means I am busy during the week but enjoy spending time with others on weekends. Somewhere relaxed and comfortable would be perfect
I'm a very organised and tidy guy. I keep myself busy during the week with work full time and futsal throughout the week, soo Im frequently coming and going but enjoy my weekends to relax, unwind and watch the footy. Pretty easy going that likes a good yarn to help ease my mind but also respect privacy.
I have been living in Auckland for the past year; now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT and will be going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
