It backs onto an open parkland and is situated at the end of a cul de sac so is very quite and peacefull with no traffic noise whatsoever. It is a 10min walk to kippa ring train station. 5min drive to redcliffe beach and lagoon 10min walk to shopping center with coles/woolworths/k mart/hairdressers/ various banks /hoyts cinema/dan murphys etc We would prefer someone that is in full time employment.

And Scarborough Beaches and the bay only a few minutes away by car, as is North Lakes. The master bedroom with an ensuite and Walk in robs is on offer as well as another room which would have a shared bathroom.
