I am a quiet respectful easy - going person and I am good at repairing/building varied things. I will need a decent area/shed/garage for my bicycle collection (50) and my tools. I can also do most vehicle repairs. I am supporting my wife and step-daughter so I cannot afford more and I would be willing to work part-time in lieu of rent if possible.
