Large fenced block in quiet leafy street next to Pine River. Nice house. Ten mins walk to Lawnton train station, fifteen mins walk to Petrie station. I live downstairs and rent out the three rooms upstairs. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms sharing a bathroom, seperate toilet, kitchen, dining room and lounge room. I have everything I need downstairs so will not bother you however I occasionally come upstairs to use the oven. Wooden floors upstairs. Smoking ok on balcony. Pets ok provided they get on with my small dog. Off street parking available via gate. I’m only looking to rent the rooms to students or people working full time. I have a double story house in Strathpine. I live in a flat downstairs. There are three (3) rooms upstairs which I have made available to let. 2 of the rooms are being let to mature adults one who has a young child who comes and stays every 2nd weekend. The upstairs common areas are fully furnished.Essentially the upstairs area is a share-house for (3) three tenants. The rent is $150.00 per week and includes free internet access, electricity bill (caped at $550.00) and Foxtel. I also have a dog. However, he tends to stay in the big back yard or otherwise in my flat downstairs. There are assorted shops just 15 mins walk down the road together with the local Train station, which is only 30 mins from Brisbane CBD. New tenant will be required to pay a bond of two (2) weeks rent. Owner occupied quiet and breezy high-set house backing onto a reserve. Bus almost at door and Bray Park train station 20 min walk / 5 min drive away. I have 2 rooms to rent, one with single bed a nd one queen, although furniture is somewhat flexible if you want to bring your own. No couples please. Rent includes everything: linen, unlimited internet, electricity, even toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry and dishwasher detergent. All rooms have fans (although only one is a ceiling fan) and built-in wardrobes. Kitchen is recently renovated. Lounge has a new lounge suite. I own the house and live downstairs while I have 3 rooms to rent upstairs but plan to rent only one as my daughter is temporarily living with me. I like to have no more than 3 occupants including myself sharing the bathroom / toilet (separate), other than for short periods. I have my own kitchen downstairs and my own fridge. Upstairs there is a large 2 door fridge / freezer and the kitchen is fully equipped.
