We are Diego and Iolanda, a Brazilian couple currently staying at an apartment on Pearl Parade while our friends Taty and Ivan are away in Brazil. They kindly referred us to you as we are currently searching for a long-term rental in this area. Our visa is valid until June 2027, and we are particularly interested in a 1–2 bedroom property with a quiet and homey feel, similar to where we are now. We’ve been together for 15 years — Iolanda is 31 and Diego is 33. We live a calm and respectful lifestyle — we don’t smoke, drink, or host parties. Our routine is mostly focused on work, study, and staying active. We’ve been in Australia for 1 year and 7 months. Before moving to Perth, we lived in Dee Why, Sydney, where we rented a granny flat for over 1.5 years directly from the owner. He would be happy to provide a reference, as in addition to being responsible tenants, Iolanda also assisted with the upkeep of the main house, which he occasionally rented on Airbnb. Currently, Diego is working in removals, and Iolanda is waiting for the timetable of her upcoming VET course in Construction Design. While she prepares to begin her studies, she is also seeking casual employment. In Brazil, Iolanda worked as an architect and Diego as a lawyer, and both of us have experience renting out our own investment properties. Because of that, we deeply understand the importance of taking care of a rental home and treating it with the respect it deserves.
