Great big 2 story house in Tedder Ave! There is 5 nice sized bedrooms with 6 of us living here...mixture of boys and girls, everyone is single. The master room has an ensuite bathroom in their room and the remaining 4 rooms share 1 big bathroom which has a shower, bath, toilet, and mirror with washbasin. There is also a second toilet in the downstairs of the house for anyone to use. There is a big functional kitchen with a walk in pantry and many fridges to accommodate everyones food. The laundry has everything there to use except for a dryer. We have a few clotheslines to dry our clothes during the day. Looking for someone to replace once of the girls as she is moving out next month. 2min walk from Main Beach..2min walk to the tram stop...and 2min walk to awesome Tedder ave food precinct! Woolworths is a short walk across the bridge towards southport and is located in the new Meriton building next to the Gold Coast highway. The room for rent is per week which includes all bills...so that means it includes electricity, gas, water and internet (unlimited wifi). To move in you will be required to pay $600 in bond and 2 weeks of rent on your first day and on your last week of living in the house you will get one week free as you paid in advance on your first day. Make sense?? if not come check out the house and i'll explain it to you then! If you're fun and have a good outgoing personality we'd love to have you here!
Hi, I'm Lopa and I'm pursuing a PhD at Griffith University in the department of health. I'll be living here in Australia for about 4 years (in and out of the country for research work). I'm a well travelled person and I love learning and appreciating newer cultures. I'm quiet and very respectful of other people's privacy and life. Easy going in most matters, however very particular about a neat and clean place to call home. I'd also appreciate if the place isn't a party-pad and there's enough privacy to be offered. Else i'm up for a drink with the flatmates every so often and of course to head out during the weekends. I love dancing, going for live gigs, hiking and trying out different cuisines. Kindly only reach out if your place is in Broadbeach or Main beach or anywhere close to a tram line. I do not intend to get a car for now and so will be heavily reliant on public transport. Place also has to be fully furnished and close to regular hanging out areas.
Fully furnished home except for room offered to rent. Absolute beachfront with sweeping uninterrupted views of the ocean. Close to Tedder Avenue shopping and transport. Hey there - my name is Sofie im 21 years old and looking for a home to move into (obviously). I'm manifesting a lovely, easygoing, chill person to move with with that has longish term availability, can understand I enjoy my solitude but also that conversing with other people makes me really happy and can pat their head and rub their tummy at the same time. I make a conscious effort to clean up after myself in the kitchen/bathroom as I have a mild/self diagnosed form of ocd haha so living with someone who is also clean would be tops. I'm very reliable with payments as I work full time as a shift supervisor. I like to practice yoga, eat yummy/good/healthy food, head to the beach or play a bit of music oh... and dogs are my weakness! I really look forward to hearing from you thanks

I'm interested to teamup with another mature age person to start a new share house or a unit. Also will consider to rent a room in established household, however ONLY ROOM WITH ENSUITE. Flexible with gender female or male. I work afternoons, evening hours as nurse assistant. Am tidy, respectful and private. Positive attitude person. If you would like to find out more, please contact me. Liz
Hey everyone. I'm David, a junior doctor from Scotland. I'm moving to the Gold Coast for a year in August (2018) and looking for like-minded, fun people to potentially share with. I am an outgoing, relaxed but hard-working guy and really enjoy a great work-life balance. I do a lot of running and gym work but also enjoy getting outdoors hiking/swimming/cycling or just generally exploring. I get on well with others and respect their wishes/preferences when sharing. I'm tidy and look forward to creating a cool place to stay. I don't smoke so that's a little bit of a dealbreaker for me, sorry! Mainly looking at Southport / Main Beach / Broadbeach for transit issues as my work will be split between hospitals. Hit me up if you might be interested in sharing or have tips on accommodation hunting :)
My name is Christina, 21 years old from Norway! I'll be attending Griffith University, and I'm looking for a shared apartment around Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or Southport. I'm outgoing, clean and tidy. I love meeting new people, and I'm easygoing. I'm already on the Gold Coast, so I would prefer moving in soon.
I'm a 26-year-old working professional moving to the Gold Coast for work. I'm currently living in Brisbane, so only moving down the highway! I'm already working on the Coast and doing the commute; so, can meet up for a coffee or beer. I work some pretty big days, Monday to Friday; so, during the week I like to keep things pretty tame at home. Eats and sleep are usually the order of the week. On weekends I'm keen to get out and explore the Coast and hinterland! I'm keen to teamup with a like-minded person to find a pad to live in, preferably close to the beach to soak up the Coasty lifestyle. I can come with or without quite a few furnishing, enough to set up a new place. Move date and rent are flexible. Hope to hear from you!
Hey there, we are 2 friends that have been living together the last 6 months. We both work full-time jobs and train daily and like to be super active on weekends- we love the beach, hikes and being social although neither of us drink (very rarely anyway). We want to stay in the same area (Main beach) we're only 100 metres from the beach and the local cafes are basically next door and the tram is 500m away. We would love some one who is mature, social, clean, active, works full time, reliable, laid back, and loves animals as we have a cat named Percy who loves all the attention. Send us a message and if you are interested in living with us we'd love to catch up for a coffee.
Looking for a new home for myself & curious, affectionate 1 1/2yr old cat. I’m 35, single and work full time - Mon-Fri and the occasional Sat. I’ve worked for the Aus Gov for 12 years - a dedicated employee with a constant, secure pay. I own my own place in Darwin which is rented out now, and spent last year doing that up. Prior to I held a lease for 5 years - showing I’m a great Tennant, know the importance of maintaining a property & keeping it clean and tidy. My routine includes getting up some mornings to gym or walk, making meals, a wine or two if feeling like it, reading/ watching shows or socially chatting to housemates about our days. I’m quiet and respectful. My cat Tizz is a curious, affectionate house trained cat used to being an inside cat if no yard available. We would be suited to a room with ensuite preferable or own bathroom so his food and litter won’t bother you :) Im about to start study too so a room that fits a desk would be appealing. I have a pet resume about him, references, and can provide payslips etc. Move date is flexible as currently with family and no rush. Please contact with any questions or if you feel you have a place suitable. Thanks!
Hi potential future flat mate, I am an easy going, calm-natured flat mate, looking for somewhere fun and quiet. I am a 3rd year nursing student approaching graduation so I spend a lot of my time at university, on clinical placement, or at home studying. I am an incredible lover of animals, however, I don't have with my own ( but I will happily "sacrifice" :) my time for cuddles and walks with your pet(s)) Furthermore, I am a passionate baker and cooker, and cleaner, even more so when I am uni-stressed. For myself, I do not smoke and don't drink alcohol, apart from the occasional cider once in a blue moon that I can't even finish. What would suit me? A place to come home to after a long day at uni where I can quietly study or socialise with fellow flatmates. I am not a party-person, even if I would have the time for it, but I do enjoy moments with friends and conversations. Unfortunately, I will have to participate in the whole graduate program process for newly graduated nurses. This means I have to go where the jobs are being offered. Luckily, I wouldn't have to move before December time for that.l
I’m a clean tidy person, I like to socialise however enjoy chilling out. I don’t smoke. I work full time in admin. I enjoy being outside going for walk, beach, heading to the gym or heading out for a drink. I will need a car park but happy to park on the street if there is space. I have got my own bed and a 2 seater couch.
