Hi! I'm Sibylle (Nickname: Billie) a 22 year old international student from Germany, trying to find new cool people and a nice accomodation for the next 3 months+. I've come to Australia 2 years ago, when I decided to take a break from my engineering studies in Germany and to go on the adventure: Backpacking in Australia! Long story short: I completely fell in love with this country, decided to delay my German comeback for a little bit more and to study over here. This was in September last year, where I lived together with about 8 other people in a nice bungalow in Broadbeach Waters. After a couple of months we decided to move closer to the beach and ended up in the beautiful Nobbys Beach, where I realised, that being close to the beach is something I don't want to miss again. I like going to the gym and being healthy, which goes along very well with my love for cooking. Apart from that, I like to skate, do rock climbing, poker and to play piano (don't worry, it's an e-piano, so you won't hear anything unless you want to ;) ). I could now list every single positive attribute about myself, which you've probably already read over and over again in every ad today, but because I'm a girl with a little bit more to get to know to than just a simple copy and paste, I suggest, we should get to know each other face to face. What's important to me: - It has to be clean - private bathroom - room furnished with bed - it really has to be clean ;) - good public transport (I don't have a car) I will be mostly away Monday-Friday, working up in Brisbane but I do like to become friends with my housemates, too. :) I have my life together and expect that from my housemates, too. ;) So, if it's the first time, that you are living in a flatshare or you can't keep your stuff clean, then don't message me, please. I'm past my wild years of dirty dishes and filthy bathrooms and am now a busy person, who doesn't want to deal with this kind of stuff anymore. ;) Sorry to be so upfront, I hope, you understand and appreciate it. :)

Hey there, I'm a full time uni student studying Osteopathy and working 3-4 days a week permanent part-time. I'm an introverted music lover who loves to stay fit and appreciates a health-conscious household. I don't mind pets, :). Most of my time is spent studying, or outside the home, and when I am home in my down time I love recharge by listening to music or go take a ball out and kick it around...that kind of thing. I have lived out of home before and I am very respectful and aware of other housemates. I clean up after myself and don't mind sharing cooking/recycling and other domestic responsibilities. I keep to myself but am sociable , emotionally aware, and I am always open to have a chat about life over a glass of wine every now and then :)
Great area right on the beach and 5 minute walk to the tram. There is some off street parking available. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. You will mostly have your own bathroom but people over at the place my need to use from time to time.
Professional (environmental scientist) working full-time. Just moved to the Gold Coast from Melbourne and am looking to be here at least a couple of years. I'm looking for a place in Broadbeach/Mermaid Beach to be close to the lifesaving club where I'll be competing, and the tram line as I don't have a car so get around by bike/public transport. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in an existing place, or to team-up in a new one. I'm staying with friends in Broadbeach for as long as I need until I find a suitable place, so message me to chat or meet for coffee to see if we might be a good match. I have lived up here before and moved back for sunshine, work and surf boat rowing. Originally from McLaren Vale, South Australia, so enjoy a good wine with nice people.

We are excited to be in Australia and hope you guys can help us out We hope we can share good times!

Great big 2 story house in Tedder Ave! There is 5 nice sized bedrooms with 6 of us living here... 1 couple, 2 single guys, and 2 single girls. The couple have a shared ensuite bathroom in their room and the remaining 4 rooms share 1 big bathroom which has a shower, bath, toilet, and mirror with washbasin. There is also a second toilet in the downstairs of the house for anyone to use. There is a big functional kitchen with a walk in pantry and many fridges to accommodate everyones food. The laundry has everything there to use except for a dryer. We have a few clotheslines to dry our clothes during the day. Looking for someone to replace once of the guys as he is moving out this week. Looking for someone to stay long-term. 2min walk from Main Beach..2min walk to the tram stop...and 2min walk to awesome Tedder ave food precinct! Woolworths is a short walk across the bridge towards southport and is located in the new Meriton building next to the Gold Coast highway. The room for rent is $170 per week which includes all bills...so that means it includes electricity, gas, water and internet (unlimited wifi). To move in you will be required to pay $600 in bond and 2 weeks of rent on your first day (2 x $170), the following weeks will be $170 and on your last week of living in the house you will get one week free as you paid in advance on your first day. Make sense?? if not come check out the house and i'll explain it to you then ! :) The second room for rent is the same deal with payments except the cost is $230 per week as it is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Ideal for either a couple or two friends wanting to room share. The room is lovely with multiple windows and a spacious layout! Ideally searching for another single male and couple to balance the sexes in the house, but don't let that deter you! If you're keen and have a good outgoing personality we'd love to have you here!
Hi, so I work full time in Financial Planning and I am studying part time so I need a place with WIFI. I like to spend most of my spare time either at the gym, the beach or doing something in nature. I need to live with people that are really clean that is my issue with my current house mates they are not clean and it really bothers me, so if you’re a messy person I doubt things will work out. I like to live in a nice clean place with respectful housemates that show common courtesy to one another. EG- for example where I am currently living I will easy wash up a sink full of dishes of theirs, but they will refuse to wash up 1 cup if I leave it in the sink . I can’t stand this kind of behaviour. I have gievn my two weeks notice and have to move by 30th September.
Looking for a flatmate (one person only and female preferred ) who needs short to mid term accommodation between late September to end March (any length of stay between this period considered but minimum 4 weeks). You would be sharing a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment with one quiet, tidy female. Bedroom has 2 x single bed which could be pushed together to make a queen bed with built-in wardrobe and you would have private use of the main bathroom with shower/bath. There is a swimming pool/spa and BBQ. Very close to public transport (buses and light railway). Only 20 min walk to Surfers or Southport. Just across the road from the beach (there is a partial oceanview from the apartment). Plenty of street parking. Rent is $200 per week including electricity. $200 bond.
Hey, I'm Ash and I am a student at Griffith University. My accommodation lease ends in October and I'm looking for a room to rent from late October. I'm super easy to get along with and love the beach. I'd love to live around Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Broadbeach or Mermaid Beach areas. I'd definitely prefer a room that is already furnished, so let me know if you have anything, :)
I'm a Brazilian student and I've been in Australia for almost 3 years. I'm studying and I'm a part time worker in a Child Care Centre. I'm pretty quiet and I'm really really really clean and organised. I'm looking for a single room for at least 3 months.
