I am extremely neat and tidy. It's just who I am. I have always maintained the properties I have lived in, because I simply wanted to. I have my own things and have become independent, even in share housing. Over the years I've lived with some wildly colourful people, so because of that, I now stick to myself. I don't smoke, vape, do drugs, party or even drink much. As I am retired and on a disability pension and people frown apon this and the fact I have short term memory loss. However, Rent is always garenteed and payed on time. It has always been a priority of mine, along with respect and integrity. Stairs are not my friend, due to my disability. I am preferably looking for a studio/granny flat set up, but a room to rent is fine. The granny flat I am renting has been deemed unlivable due to constant flooding. So. I have 30 days to leave.
