(I've been living here for the last 6+ years) Had some amazing housemates and I won't lie.. some dodgy ones. Always kept on top of the bills, as they were in my name. I'm an artist, have some study. I worked many many years as a kitchenhand barista.. and actually know how to maintain a kitchen, looking for a new rental home with the right people to settle into so I can figure out work and study this year. I keep to myself unless needed, though gosh who wouldn't like a banter here and there. I love a reasonable and rational routine etc around house chores. I'm just seeking a nice place to live with good hearted people that don't take advantage, are on the level, no mess arounds. Somewhere I can feel safe, go to work or study etc. (like pay bills on time and just live) ***I do smoke tobacco rollies OUTSIDE only and pretty pedantic about keeping the ashtray clean as well as making sure no windows are open. (So a considerate smoker I suppose.. 🤷)*** I've lived in various places since my early 20's with all different ages and people. Pretty welcoming kind of person I hope.. just wary of bad eggs out there. Oh and if you have a furbaby housemate that would be handy (I wouldn't mind having to clean litter trays/taking them for walks hahaha...) Plenty of refrences. For the most park generally quiet I try to live a fairly balance well around healthy relax life style My own time and space is important for my self-care I have some aquatics training in July and a couple gigs in Melbourne this mth and nxt if be looking to move in August 12mth lease for the right house, available to sub let or put name on the lease preferably. I have excellent references. Like to pay 4wk in advance plus bond lodged with tenancy trust/re agency I i do plan to travel back to NSW before and after the summer season around employment, I generally work in aquatics as a supervisor but with jump in employment wherever I get the opportunity in Adelaide until the right position within aquatic industry becomes availablebflexible enough work study.
