Along with one girlfriend, it's been months of constant gassing day and night. I ended up sick from it with liver dysfunction. So I'm looking for a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, AND NON-METHING NOR ANY OTHER GASSING HOUSE. I am studying a Masters of Professional Accounting. I'm 75% into it so need a room for another 12 months. I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate. I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates. So I understand how scary the selection process can be. Love working with timber, don’t mind gardening, have always tended after and maintained all the lawns, edges and gardens where ever I have lived and worked, very handy would describe me well. I migrated here from the UK 22yrs ago now and Perth is my home. Im ideally looking for something self contained or a room with an ensuite or to share with one other, I respect others property as if it was my own, I have one very small cat I rescued from abandonment as she sadly was the unwanted runt, she is a 4 yr old, neutered, American Shorthair, hardly malts, she’s house trained and extremely cool, likeable and very affectionate but struggles with other cats. I run around in a tidy Ford Falcon Ute, I love listening to music, I have a more than keen interest in brewing Craft beer in my spare time and also enjoy Archery, live on YouTube and spend alot of my time researching everything and anything that intrigues me. I keep myself to myself, Im single, I have a small handful of good friends a couple of whom are FIFO, they all work, they’re all honest, good people and very respectful of people and their property.
