Hey! Looking for person, group of people i can settle into an existing lease with or all inclusive flat alone if affordable! I'm out and about a fair bit- the most noise I tend to make is coming home and leaving on my bikes! I have lived in Brisbane for 8 years now initially studying before moving into my current industry full time at a small engine store/workshop as a parts interpreter/ salesperson. I work 7:30am to usually around 5pm 4-5 days a week so i would normally only be home 6pm- 6am most days. I enjoy going out with friends when i can and would appreciate the allowance of a guest once or twice a week since i am ideally looking to take the step for my first own place but obviously if i go the share route would like to show my friends or family my home from time to time :) looking for somewhere peaceful, self contained and comfortable to relax on the weekends and in the evening thats not too far from work. When I come home i'll generally cook, garden, paint or draw, watch TV, clean /maintain my bikes, go to the gym or on walks, call friends / catch up, or cook a light dinner by myself. I have a 100L fish tank that is well maintained but no pets that make a mess etc however open to the idea of households with pets of any kind that are friendly and taken care of :) I have over 7 years of consistent rental and employment history within Brisbane areas including toowong, Bardon, Sandgate and Saint Lucia, lived with as few as one other and as many as 5 people aged 17-35 of all genders and sexualities so I am very flexible if you aim to be as reasonable of a housemate as i try to be as its OUR home. Obviously i like to make sure i can always pay my bills on time and have some fun in life too! I Drink occasionally (non rowdy, usually with my housemates while enjoying a meal or having a friend or two over) and will smoke socially while out with others but dont tend to bring it home unless allowed and never inside. I am very respectful of others property and personal space especially when it comes to sharing basic household goods- got a good barista coffee machine, pressure and slow cooker, as well as japanese chef knives I'd be happy to share; and not taking peoples damn groceries! :) ) looking forward to meeting you!
