A little about us…

My younger brother and I are looking for one or two lovely people to team up with for a future rental somewhere in Brisbane. We’re currently thinking around August to November, as we want to find the right fit and want to stay flexible for the right person and place.

There’s a 10 year age gap between my brother and me, so the dynamic is more calm than chaotic sibling energy haha. Kristian is planning to either go into FIFO work or join the military in the new year, so he likely won’t be home all that often. I currently work part time while looking to step into a full time role.

I like my time alone, but I’m also outgoing, playful, and easy to live with. I’ve lived in sharehouses since I was 18, so I understand respecting people’s space, communicating openly, and being considerate of shared environments. I’m drawn to people who are emotionally fluent, laugh without restraint, and are kind. I’m not the kind of person to yuck someone’s yum, and I value the same approach in others. I believe in everything in moderation. A little playful gossip and laughter are part of life, but I never enjoy being malicious or tearing people down. For me, it’s all about good energy, self awareness, mutual respect.

Kristian: 🥷🏼
I enjoy my time alone, I’m a little more on the reserved side, although I still enjoy social settings in moderation. Like Indy said I’ll be getting into FIFO work or military so I won’t be around that often anyway but I’m quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I also understand how to be considerate of other people’s space and privacy and expect the same in return.

About Suki 😸
You’ll also be sharing the space with Suki.. a 6 year old Virgo cat who’s equal parts posh, polite, and protective. She had a rough start in life before I adopted her, so she can be shy at first, but once she warms up, she’ll steal your heart. She’s an outdoor cat (which means ✨no kitty litter✨). Her routine is simple: dinner at 5 p.m., then inside for the night. She mostly sunbathes in the garden and loves to follow me around the house. She’s desexed, gentle, and low maintenance.

Paint & sip, pottery, ballet, horse riding, weekend markets and aesthetic cafés. Philosophy, spirituality, and deep conversations. Hosting cozy dinner nights at home. Fine dining and wine tasting tours. Game nights and spontaneous little adventures. Matcha & HGWs.

Kristian: 🥷🏼
Gym is an everyday commitment. Church and ministry is something I’m deeply passionate about (we grew up christians). Philosophical concepts. The occasional video game (to chill out to, I’m not a chronic gamer by any means), chill movie nights, and game nights.

We’d love our place to feel equally like OUR home, where we can feel calm and comfortable. If one of us needs a full “bed rotting” day, the others get it (and maybe brings snacks haha).

We’d probably suit someone who’s emotionally mature, kind, clean, and communicative. We’re very much about good energy, mutual respect, laughter, and creating a home that feels calm rather than stressful.
