$500/week•29 year old man
Hello,
I am 28 years old (currently) looking to move out of my parents house into a new and exciting life away from home.
My hobbies/interests (briefly) include:
- Playing games (card, video, board and PC)
- Keeping fit (runs/walks, hiking, camping, gym)
- Drawing/artistry
I am often described by many people as a kind, flexible, generous, loving and caring person and a joy to have in company.
I am (usually) full-time employed with experience in the fields of engineering/fabrication, IT, and warehousing.
It's of good practise that I tend to keep things around the house clean and orderly (or as to best possible, I'm sure we can relate).
My budget per week is usually capped at $500 but a bit of tolerance is generally acceptable.
I am from Melbourne VIC in Epping/Mill Park area.
My ideal home/room is a moderate size with an en-suite, good kitchen and dining area, good amount of seating (for those parties :), good backyard or common area to play games and chill out, and if possible a garage to park my car and/or do some building work while at home, for you know, the manly stuff :)
I prefer a location that has low crime, near shopping centres and public transport.
An ideal room mate would be similar to or exactly my listed hobbies/interests and personality/attributes.
I am not a smoker or drug user.
I play and listen to music, mainly heavy metal, but I like all music as well as movies and TV.
I don't mind cooking and cleaning, along with other chores. So good news, you are not alone. You know what they say, two hands make light work.
I am ok with people having pets. Please be house trained.
Not really keen with staying with couples, but can be acceptable.
