Hi! I'm Hemy (Yi-Ting) from Taiwan. It's my second year of working holiday in Australia. I've stayed in Tassie for my whole first year, and it's time to explore main land now! I'm at Melbourne for the moment and heading to Sunshine Coast on 10/06 for the good weather and seeking for a job. If Sunshine Coast is a right place for me and I can also get a job there, I would like to stay there for long term. I'm still looking for the job at the moment, so I hope I can find a place that I can stay for one week or two at the beginning. I'm easygoing. I'm respectful and considerate if my flatmates would like to have privacy, and I can also hang out or have dinner or have a drink with them sometimes if they love to. And I love cooking, if someone loves it as well, that would be fun. The most important thing is that I'm CLEAN, I will definitely keep the house tidy (Home Sweet Home)!!! And a little bit about my background, I was a Supervisor in Travel Agency, and a tour leader as well. I love my jobs. However, I want to know what else I'm capable of, so I quit my jobs and come to Australia. Last year, I did helpx (help the hosts for few hours in exchange of meals and accommodations) all around Tassie and tried to do different jobs. That was a super nice year I got so many different experience. And I realized that I'm enthusiastic about cooking so I hope I can find a job in restaurant to learn more about cookery. I know it's entirely different from my profession, but why not? Life is long, I would like to try anything that makes me happy, and somehow I could be professional!! :D All and all, I hope I can find a good place to stay and good flatmates to live with, thank you.
I'm currently living in Brisbane and moving to the sunny coast for uni. I study full time at USC and work when I'm not studying (currently have 2 jobs in hospitality and retail). I'm pretty easygoing, chilled and sociable. I'm keen for a glass of wine and the occasional get-together but not looking for a party house. Love dogs and cats, (or any other creature) so no problem with pets. In fact, would be pretty stoked with a dog haha! There's a good chance when I have chunks of time I'll head back to Brissy for visits, so won't be home all that much. Contact me if you would like to know more! Looking to move in 4-6 weeks, in a position to be flexible! :) In terms of the lease, I would love the option to do 6 months at a time but can do a year if necessary.

Hi, I am looking for a property to move into in Early to mid-July. I am in my final year studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at USC. I have spent the past 3 months in a remote town in South Australia called William Creek working and the 3 months before that in Alice Springs conducting my university placement. Hence, I love living rurally and in an area surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. I also highly value cleanliness and being able to respect each other as house mates to work as a team to keep the house clean. I am looking for some like-minded people (male or female) to rent with in their 20s or early 30s. Please feel free to contact me any time if you think we may be good flat mates or have a property that is suitable for me.
On acerage and only a short 10 minutes drive to USC, Buderim 8 mins and Mooloolaba 15 mins. All bills, including power, water, internet, gardener, pool maintenance (including chemicals) and a weekly house cleaner and no bond. The photos don't do it justice, please come and have a viewing, you won't be disappointed. Very well equipped house on 11 acres. You will need a car.

g'day! Looking to sign my first lease somewhere on the Sunshine Coast (preferably within a 30min drive to Beerwah, which is where i work) around $120/week is preferred, but can go to $150ish for the right place :) i'm a respectful person and generally keep to myself. I work in a pub so my hours tend to vary; and i usually work late nights Friday and Saturday, averaging around 30hrs/week. So ill most likely be at work when you get home from your job I'm fairly active, so it would be nice living with people of similar interests. I enjoy going to the beach, fishing checking out different pubs and i love live music (gigs/festivals). Adventures and checking out cool places! I dont mind cooking at all and will always clean up after myself. If the house happens to not have much furniture, this is fine because i have a fair bit of stuff furniture and other items that i'm more than happy to share with respectful people if we happen to find a place together. I'm really just looking to move forward in life, and moving out again seems like a pretty solid start. I'm happy with share accom, single bedroom flats, or to simply get in contact with one or two more people looking to rent and we can find our own rental property to best suit :) 6 month lease seems best suited for me at this time, but being my first time on a lease, it's fine if we arrange a 3 month 'trial' lease to see if i am a suitable tennent Cheers, Jake
Hi guys, just a guy in a band wanting to move out of home. I work night shift in aged care and I’ll be heading back to Uni to finish my nursing degree next year. Pretty easy going and down to earth. I watch movies, play video games, work hard and gig harder.

I’m a super easy going 26 year old single mother to my 2 year old son. My son goes to his fathers house every second weekend and every Wednesday night and then goes to daycare 2 days a week (Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. I am very respectful of other people space but will get along with pretty much anyone!!
I am creating this add for my father who is a fly in fly out mine surveyor working in Victoria. My father's name is Ian; he is 67 years old and hoping to retire at the end of the year. Unfortunately, circumstances are such that after mid-July, my father won't have a house to come home to after his work rotation. He would like to maintain a home base on the Sunshine Coast to be near his 1-year-old grandson and his medical specialists. He is looking for a small space to rent and come home to as he approaches his retirement, before joining the grey nomads. My father is polite and personable and mostly keeps to himself. He enjoys relaxing with a book, tv shows/movies or his music.
I'm a super easy going chick with an open mind and into all things real like the Laws of the Universe, Yoga, clean eating, healthy living, Gym, Beach Volleyball, Horse Riding, walking the dogs. I'm into intelligent conversation and fun to party with... or meditate with. I know amazing people all around the world and am blessed to have led such an incredible life to date. *WARNING! I'm the kind of person that will inspire you and make you believe in yourself! So I'm starting afresh and ready for adventure, good times, joy, peace and happiness. I do have two dogs who are my absolute BESTIES and THE best trained dogs in Australia, so don't think they're allowed on couches or even inside if the house requires outside dogs only, but I am looking for solid, safe fencing and people who are cool with them. I also bred myself a top level Dressage horse and am looking for agistment for her alongside me or nearby if you have any horsey contacts. I'm into Marketing, I'm a Massage Therapist, Equestrian Instructor and Barista. Having lived in Perth for 29 years I'm ready for change and living somewhere near the beach with easy going people who enjoy peace, love, respect, fun and health.
I am a flexible, community oriented woman who enjoys nature and a natural lifestyle, going for long walks on the beach or in the bush. I love gardening, pets of all sorts. I don't have a a pet at the moment, would love the chance to have a furry friend around once again. Also very keen to enjoy a country life, with a few chickens around to supplement my natural diet. However, happy to do without if that is what is required. I work part time, usually community nursing and midwifery, volunteering my services when called upon to do so. I am a Canadian by birth but am an Australian citizen, living in Australia for almost 30 years. I have one daughter (born in Darwin) who is about to be married and she lives in Canada with her fiancee. Although I am living in Brisbane at the moment, I have quite a few friends in the sunshine coast area and would like to spend more time with them.
Hi guys, My name is Grace. I’m 22 years old and moved to the Sunshine Coast from Gold Coast a year ago. I have a pet Cocker spaniel who is super friendly and cuddly. I work fulltime in Radiology doing 8 hour days with varied start and finishing times. I have currently just joined a CrossFit team so I am usually training 3-4 nights there during the week and home around 7 after that. I am a friendly person who is respectful of other people belongings. I am aware of personal space but also easy to get along and hang out with. If you would like to know anymore information please don't hesitate to flick me a message!
