Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time (MHSW/AASW) and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
I’m reliable & sensible, I work full time in a special school & lm an ex nurse. I’m pretty quiet but l love a chat & a laugh over a coffee/red. I’m mature age. I’m neat & tidy, l do have a 12 yo cat. I’m currently trying really hard to give up the cigs & doing pretty well at it so far. I’m pretty flexible with the move in date.
Hi my name's Jess. I'm 29, female and looking for a room to rent. Preferably unfinished as I have all my own bedroom furniture. I work in the city so want to be within 40 minute train ride of the cbd. I have a cat who loves to be outside during the day, so ideally would like a small back yard. At night time she stays in my room with me. Most nights I enjoy curling up with a good book or watch tv. I'm social but like my own space. Happy to kick back with a wine and a good chat on the weekends.
Easy going, respectful of others space. Love the outdoors. Moving for work. I'm a teacher, and I love it :) Looking for rent $200 maximum w/ bills and internet included. Please don't message me if I am not looking for rent in the area I've put in my description. Thank you
Hello potential housemate(s), My boyfriend, Farkhan, and I need a room to stay for short term while we secure a house with our friends. We need to move in on Sunday, 29 October for at least a week, then we can continue the rental terms if we still haven't secured a house. It could take a week to up to a month for us to secure a house and able to move in, so I'd say a week first just to be safe. Looking for: - something in south east /east Melbourne (south east furtherest until Berwick, east is until Box Hill, Mitcham, anywhere between city and these places) - couple friendly - less than 210 per week (willing to pay more if you can accept our fur kid mentioned below) - Furnishing can be flexible as we have our own - happy to share toilet, but own bathroom will be a plus (willing to pay more for our own bathroom)! - Hopefully something with less bond required as well. We'll be respectful of the property and not damage anything. - We have an indoor cat, which we can leave with our friends if not suitable for the house or if you guys don't mind a bonus cute housemate, that'll be awesome!! Foz (the cat) will not make any mess or destroy anything. About us: Nancy is an international student from Taiwan doing last semester in Monash Uni, work part time. Farkhan is an international student from Singapore doing mechanic course in Kangan on Monday and Tuesday, and working as a mechanic in Springvale on Wednesday to Saturday. We are friendly and respectful. Not party people, mostly watch shows when we're at home so internet connection is essential. Foz is a 1.5 years old Tabby who only stays indoor. All he does all day is sleep, walk around and eat. Message us anytime:) Regards, Nancy and Farkhan
I always pay rent and bills on time. Neat and tidy guy, enjoy cooking at times, with a beer or nice glass of wine. Play golf in the warmer months, and generally enjoy getting out and about in Melbourne and the countryside. Not much of a night owl as I have an early start for work (6am).
I work full time Monday to Friday and am happy making friends and hanging out or keeping to myself. I now have a cat as my his owner has been deployed for the ADF: he is very calm and affectionate and doesn't go outside.
I'm a friendly, reliable and clean roomie! I've done the share house thing before and these days I'd be looking for more of a quiet household. I've adopted a small dog and reclaimed my childhood cat since then. They are both beautiful and well cared for by me so don't let that put you off having a laugh and sharing your home with a relaxed chick, who loves to cook, enjoys long walks and a solid Netflix binge on a night in! 💕
