Obviously stuff like no problems covering rent and proof of employment is a no brainer. Having Rent/Bond $ for a lease application would be an advantage. I have lived in sharehouse accommodation before, but also just recently just come out of a 5 year relationship, so I can understand how everyone comes with a different story. Note - Having stuff for a sharehouse would be an advantage. I am bringing some living room and kitchen furniture etc.
