Hi there! I'm Nathanial, a 27-year-old looking for a room to rent on the Sunshine Coast. I’ve been living in a granny flat in Mooloolah Valley, but I need to relocate as the landlord has sold the property. I’m hoping to move in around the beginning of May, so I’m looking to find something within the next couple of weeks. I have a solid rental history, including share houses, and I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’m a non-smoker and drink socially. I recently completed my Certificate III in Individual Support, Aging, and Disability, and work casually in the disability sector. I’ve also just passed my Learners and now have my Provisional 2 Greens license, giving me more independence and flexibility. In my free time, I love checking out local coffee shops, eating out, and volunteering in the community. I’m active in my faith and attend church regularly. I’m also involved in local political activities, and I serve as the president of the Bula Mate Project, a not-for-profit organisation supporting community development in Fiji. One of the best things about living on the Sunshine Coast for me is how easy it is to go from the beach to the rainforest or bushland—it’s the perfect lifestyle!
